This bridal shop has reasonably priced dresses and dresses of all kinds. Everyone was super sweet to work with every time! I highly recommend this bridal store, especially if you’re looking for a dress that needs to be rushed. They were able to get my dress to me within 1 month. Also, I ordered my veil from here!

This was the first store that I went to and after going to 4 other stores I moved forward with the very first dress that I tried on here.Diana made both visits at this store so amazing and fun. This Magic Moment Bridal Studio was perfect. Making an appointment on their website was very easy; we went in the afternoon on a weekday. My mom and I arent big shoppers, and we knew nothing about wedding dresses, but we got to work directly with the owners, Lisa and Mashel, and they were so knowledgable, helpful, and SO much fun! It also helped that I browsed their website ahead of the appointment and brought with me some screenshots of the dresses I thought Id like (I ended up picking one Id seen on their website!) Their dresses are also so reasonably priced, capping around $3,000. My dress was priced around $1,400, which became $1,575 after taxes and shipping - exactly the price I was looking for. While I was there, I also found a great contender for a bridesmaids dress, and Lisa and Mashel gave me great recommendations for photographers, bakeries, other stores for my mom to shop for her dress (although my mom also found two dresses she likes at Magic Moment), and good places for my fiance to shop for his suit. This has probably been the most fun and productive part of planning my wedding so far hahaha. Definitely recommend!!

This Magic Moment Bridal Studio was amazing from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment and completed the pre-appointment form (selecting dress styles I liked, etc.). I highly recommend you complete the form before your appointment too. It really helps you get in the right mindset and create a vision of your perfect dress. My mother and I arrived at the appointment on Saturday morning, and we received the warmest welcome! The studio is bright, spacious, and has a very large selection of dresses! When we arrived, Lisa directed us to a rack of wedding dresses, which appeared to have been specifically selected based on the preferences I selected in the pre-appointment form.My wedding date is only 11 weeks away so the timing on a dress is tight, but Lisa made sure that each dress I tried on would be available in time for the wedding. I tried on several dresses, and I fell in love with 3 of them! I ultimately picked my dream wedding dress :) It was such a beautiful, fun and relaxing experience. I highly recommend This Magic Moment Bridal Studio for any bride looking for their perfect wedding dress... and wants to have a great time doing it!

I was very nervous about dress shopping. This Magic Moment is where I went for my first and (later) for my last appointment. When comparing This Magic Moment to other shops, they stood out for making it fun and easy, and having the most dresses to choose from. Further, the owners have great taste, in selecting the dresses in the shop and knowing their products extremely well. I had a blast! Time flew!One of the owners, Lisa, was a godsend and I feel very privileged to have worked with her. She drew such meaningful conclusions from my body language (even with a mask!) and she put intelligent words to my attempts to describe my feelings about each dress. When I arrived to this bridal shop I had only gone to two previous shops before and found a few things I was interested in but not my dress. I told the two owners what I was looking for and they helped me pick out dresses I may be interested in. They were so personable and were willing to do whatever they could to make the dress fit exactly what I wanted. They also work with their designers very closely making it easy to make changes if needed. I could not believe what a blast I had trying on wedding dresses with Lisa! I could not have imagined such a positive and wonderful experience. I was impressed with the dress selection; I was in love with almost every dress I tried on. The boutique feel was warm and inviting and the lighting was on point. Lisa was so helpful, attentive and comfortable to be with. She made me feel like I was spending the day with an old friend. It was truly an EXPERIENCE which I will never forget. This was a fun and beautiful experience! I think I was there for about two hours and found my dress. This was the first and only time I looked for dressed. She took what I liked and didn’t like about my body and dress styles and maneuvered through the style of dresses and help me find my dress. She knows what she’s doing! She stays in your budget and does not try to make you go over. I actually was super under my budget - which made me very happy ! She even was able to make wise suggestions about the dress I wanted being that my wedding was to be on a beach. I came to Lisa and Mashel in the middle of a pandemic.. lost, stressed, and feeling like I would never find the right dress for me. They went above and beyond to give me the best service I have ever received! When we spoke, they asked me to send them some photo inspiration. We then scheduled a virtual appointment where they gave me a look inside their studio and showed me dresses they had hand picked to suite my style, budget and would be available for my quickly approaching date in August. Now for the best part.. they then packaged up 5 of their beautiful gowns, boxed it with some added goodies (a few cute gifts for me, veils and jewelry to try and yes/no signs) and allowed me to pick them up to take home and try on!!!! I went home with the dresses and we did a virtual appointment together that was even better than I could have ever hoped for. By the end of the appointment, I had found “the one” and had become This Magic Moments #1 fan. They truly went above and beyond, ESPECIALLY in such an uncertain time. You can tell how passionate these ladies are about their business and brides and I can not recommend them enough!

Lisa and Mashel couldn’t have been more kind and helpful during the process of picking my wedding dress. They were extremely patient with me as I narrowed my dress down to the perfect one! I didn’t get to go to the actual location due to covid-19, but I was in great need of needing a bridesmaid dress hemmed in a short period of time, so I messaged EVERYBODY I could find anywhere near me in/around Pittsburgh. This Magic Moment was my third stop for a dress and I was feeling very discouraged having not found something I loved. I wish I wouldve made This Magic Moment my first stop! Mashel and Grace were amazing! I had something very specific in mind and they worked hard to give me the look I was hoping for. They were not pushy and they respected my budget. One of the last gowns I tried on ended up being my dress, they let me try it on twice before I committed. It was an off the rack purchase and even with the alterations the gown will need the gown came in way under my budget! Again I wish I wouldve started here!

They schedule solo appointments so they can focus just on you. I worked with Lisa and she made me, my mom, and my grandma feel so special. I had a wonderful experience at my appointment at this Magic Moment. The staff were friendly and amazing. I was the only appointment in the studio and had their total attention. These woman are fantastic! I scheduled my first appointment online and they ask what youre looking for... I did not expect for Lisa to have a dress available that was exactly what I was looking for! So when we came back WITH out mom Lisa and Michelle played along as if this was the first time ever walking into the store. It was nerve wracking thinking my mom would figure it out. We had a wonderful experience at This Magic Moment! From the time we stepped through the door, we were made to feel extremely welcome. They even had a little custom sign set up that said, Welcome, Maria! on it, which really made it feel special. It is by appointment only, and you are the only customer in the shop during your appointment! They also provide water, wine, and chocolates to make it an even more special experience. Our sales consultant was very nice and genuinely excited about my wedding. She was able to quickly pick up on what I liked and didnt like about certain dresses and then tailor our remaining selection based on that. We had pulled several dresses to try on, but after she saw our reaction to some of them after I put them on, she was able to spare us time by removing the other pulled dresses that had the features I didnt like. She also found some other dresses that we hadnt pulled! Although I ultimately did not end up buying my dress from This Magic Moment, I would highly recommend shopping here!

Had the most wonderful experience today at This Magic Moment! If you are going to go to one bridal salon, you absolutely need to go here. I was a little nervous beforehand as I was shopping for a wedding dress for the first time and wasnt sure what to expect. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed and greeted with wine, snacks, and a personal sign for me, and I felt much more comfortable and relaxed right away. Lisa was absolutely amazing to work with! She listened to what I wanted, was very attentive to what I did and didnt like about each dress, and gave helpful suggestions without being at all pushy. She was able to show me how a dress that I wasnt crazy about initially could be altered to be exactly what I was looking for, and I ended up purchasing that dress. We ended up staying past our scheduled appointment time, but never felt rushed in any way. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience and would highly recommend This Magic Moment to any bride!

Excellent service! The ladies were so nice and helpful. This was the best bridal dress shopping experience I had while looking for my dress. They let me look through the gowns they had and let me try on as many as I wanted. There was no pressure to buy which made it that much more enjoyable. Plus, great prices. I would recommend going here for any bride to be!! I even got to say yes to my dress :)

This bridal studio is absolutely amazing! Beautiful gowns and on top of it all Lisa and Michele were extremely good at what they do. They will find you the right dress here at This Magic Moment, appointments are by appointment which means you are the only bride in the store hand picking what dresses you like or they will make suggestions with no pressure. You will have two people working with you at the same time if you go on certain days. Which makes the whole process go smooth and easy. You wont be disappointed after visiting, you can book your appts online. Huge selection on different lines of dresses.

I went to Magic Moment Bridal after I decided to change my wedding date. I had purchased a dress at another retailer, but needed it prior to the ship date. I went to This Magic Moment Bridal with a hope and a prayer and I found what I was looking for. Not only was my dress stunning, I liked it more than the first one I purchased it! I didnt feel stressed or forced into a dress I wasnt crazy about. The ladies were so helpful and honest. It was the experience you want to have. The selection was outstanding. I would recommend This Magic Moment Bridal to any bride looking for a dress.

Mashel and Lisa are amazing! Their store had an incredible number of beautiful off the rack wedding dresses for me to try on (3 full rows in my size alone!). Mashel listened and was so personable and kind and could read my reactions to dresses very well! After striking out with the options I had picked out to try on, she knew exactly what dress I needed and went and grabbed it and it was the one!! Walked out that evening with an incredible gown and an amazing experience that I won’t forget! (This took place right after stores were allowed to open up after the COVID lockdowns and they kept their clients separated, kept their stations clean and were very understanding and reasonable!)

I cant say enough good things about this place. A lot of my friends are getting married this year and I told them all about the fantastic experience I had. Most bridal stores are dealing with more than just you and just flipping one dress after the next for you to try on and to them they all look amazing on you. This Magic Moment makes sure you are their only priority when you have your appointment. They listen to what you like and dont like and even help steer you in the right direction. This Magic Moment is amazing! You have the entire store to yourself and can try on anything you want. I appreciated that Mashel didnt pick any dresses outside of my budget, although everything there was reasonably priced! I went with my mom, aunt and two bridesmaids - everyone was given wine and chocolate, which is so nice! They really made me feel special :)

This Magic Moment was my first and only stop shopping for a wedding dress, and I had the best experience! I was very nervous for my first bridal appointment, but I felt instantly at ease here. I had the best experience here! I had 2 other appointments and cancelled both of them because I knew I had found the dress of my dreams and the service and overall experience couldnt be beat! This store truly creates the perfect magic moment. The dresses are beautiful, reasonable, and the people who work there are the best! This place is a must! :) Such a God send!

My daughter is getting married and she found this place. They are only open on Wendesdays for anyone, the other days are appointment only. We were greeted at the door by Michelle, one of the owners. We came half an hour before closing time, but she was very welcoming, showed my daughter where her size was and helped in all ways. The dresses are all off the rack, although they do have some that can be ordered. The prices went no higher than $2300 and most were below $2000, which is great when you are on a budget! The dresses were lovely. My daughter is making an appointment so that we can spend more time and find the perfect dress. There are 2 owners and they each take only 2 people a day, so you know that you are getting personalized service and much help for this important day. I heartily recommend them!!

I was looking last minute for a gown that covered my flaws and made me feel beautiful. I was willing to pay extra if I could find the perfect gown. Not only did I find the perfect gown, but it was a super reasonable price. The ladies there are amazing and set me up with the seamstress to have the gown altered to fit my short frame. I am very happy and would recommend trying here first, you can save yourself a lot of time and headache!

Lisa and Mashel were and continue to be amazing. They helped me during this crazy time. Pre-Stay-at-Home order, I couldn’t find a dressed that I really like on the market. Magic Moment worked with me to design a custom dress that came out beautiful. They were patient and showed me all the possibilities and options. That is not an easy task considering how indecisive I am. During the Stay-at-Home order, COVID-19 pretty much dashed our wedding dreams and we had to cancel everything including putting a pause on the dress. Now in green phase, my fiancé and I decided last minute that we were going to have a small intimate wedding and Lisa and Mashel came through and delivered my dress. Their communication and attentiveness were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress and a great experience.

Lisa and Mashel were wonderful to work with! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly personalize your experience. The store is well organized by size and has an excellent selection of designer dresses in a range of affordable prices. I went in to try on dresses for the first time on a walk-in Wednesday, and ended up scheduling an appointment for that Saturday where I walked out with the dress of my dreams.

I went to This Magic Moment with my mom and sister to try on wedding dresses. This was the first place that I went to try on gowns and Im so glad we went here first! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the gowns and even though they are a sample store and dresses are only in the sizes displayed, they have a wide range of dresses to choose from! I picked out 6-8 dresses that I was interested in and Lisa was so great at reading our enthusiasm for each dress I tried on and picking others off the rack that we would like. The dress I ended up buying from them wasnt even one I picked! Their prices are very reasonable and they have one appointment at a time to give you great individual attention.

SPECTACULAR! This was the first bridal appointment I made and met with Lisa and Michelle who both made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in - they had a chalk board with my name on it, such a nice, personal touch. They let my family and I choose gowns we thought I would like, as well as they chose dresses they thought fit with me too. The final dress I tried on that Lisa pulled for me was my dress, and I said yes to the dress! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience or these women who know what they are doing - fantastic!!!!

From the moment I stepped into the store, Lisa made me feel so special. She allowed my mom, sister, and me to look around the store and try on everything and anything I wanted. She didnt make me feel pressed for time, and took her time helping me with every single gown to make sure it fit perfectly.I found a dress that I loved but wasnt sure about it, so Lisa let me come back the next day without an appointment to try it on again. Even then I wasnt sure, and Lisa was so patient with me and didnt pressure me at all. She was more than accommodating the entire time. I ultimately did go back and purchase the gown and am so glad I did. The customer service is phenomenal, and they have an incredible selection. Any Pittsburgh-area bride should absolutely visit this store. The experience I had here was FAR above the four other shops I saw. Thank you, Lisa, for making this a truly magical experience!

My experience trying on wedding dresses at This Magic Moment Bridal Studio was great. They were so welcoming, and it was nice to have the whole studio to ourselves. I was able to try on a variety of dresses within my budget. When I couldnt decide between two at the end of my appointment, I didnt feel rushed or pressured by them to make a decision and buy a dress. I would recommend going here to buy your dress!

Everything about this store is amazing! My consultant was Lisa, the sweetest woman I think Ive ever met. Today was my first day of dress shopping. So Im nervous, and I dont really know what everything is going to look like on me, etc etc. Lisa focused on me. She took what I not only liked in a style, but listened to what I did and didnt like in a dress and made wonderful suggestions. They even had a dress that I loved at another store, in my size but a different color and $300 off! When I continually came back to it, she looked right at me and said sometimes you just know. Go back and get that grey one you love, I really wish we carried it here for you. That really meant a lot to me, that she placed my happiness above a sale. My sisters wedding planning is coming up next and we already know where or first stop will be

The women who work there so sweet, and they really too the time to listen to what I wanted! They also gave me privacy changing, which is really difficult to find at any wedding dress store. As I am not originally from Pittsburgh I was unsure of where to begin my wedding dress search. After having an underwhelming experience at a larger chain dress shop I was pleased to find This Magic Moment Bridal Studio. I was able to schedule my appointment within a few business days. Even though I went to my appointment alone I felt more than supported once I entered the shop. Lisa was willing to search through gowns of multiple sizes and when I finally found the dress that made me feel like a bride she took pictures of me to be able to share with my out of state friends and family. The studios lay away option allowed me to purchase the dress of my dreams that was over the budget I walked in with which made the dress buying process unstressful and enjoyable. I look forward to referring other brides-to-be to This Magic Moment.

My wedding is tentatively planned for May of 2017 so I started dress shopping. After looking up some reviews, I decided to make an appointment at This Magic Moment. It was such an amazing experience. I went to one other place beforehand where the consultants were very pushy. Lisa and Michelle from This Magic Moment were nothing like that. They made me feel right at home in their nicely sized studio in Allison Park. They were so friendly and accommodating to me and my four person entourage. They have lots of dresses in lots of sizes and very reasonably priced--even designer gowns! The first dress I put on when I walked in fit me perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. Even still, they let me try on as many dresses as I pleased until I was sure I had found my dress. Every part of this experience was personal, professional, and wonderful. I would highly, highly suggest This Magic Moment to any new bride--especially one on a budget.

My experience at Magic Moment was wonderful! Lisa and Mashel created a very welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for my mom and me to dress shop. They were not pushy with styles or their opinion, but rather very knowledgeable and understanding in my taste and needs. Found such a beautiful and unique dress (unlike ones I could find at other bridal shops) for a great price! Mashel was wonderful to work with and provided extra time for me to be truly happy with my decision and consider lots of options for veils. Truly a great and relaxed experience compared to less positive experiences at a few regular bridal shops. Would highly recommend!

The service was excellent. Mashel & Lisa was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. My family had so much fun. I LOVE This Magic Moment. My sister had gotten her dress here 2.5 years ago and it was the first appointment I booked when I was wedding dress shopping. Lisa, who helped both my sister and me and is one of the owners, is seriously so amazing and knows her inventory absolutely inside and out. I tried on probably 8-9 dresses and she was so helpful in finding me new styles, helping me find out what I do and dont like, and was so patient and non-pressuring! The whole place is booked just for you when you make an appointment, which really makes you feel special and important. I ultimately did not end up getting my dress here, but found a lot of things I liked that were in my price range. Id recommend every Pittsburgh (or out of towner! Im from Columbus OH!) bride goes to TMM!!!! Cannot recommend it highly enough!

This place has a very good selection of beautiful dresses, I felt like they were all about getting your money more than the service! At this point I am very fed up. Alterations was not of any importance to them. I felt as though they were scared we were going to shop around. Nothing was mentioned about final sales till I seen it hanging on the dress. Customer service is devastating anymore! We have traveled three time for alteration am Im to wits end! The price we paid and the service we got I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone.
