I could not recommend Luxe Redux in Pittsburgh more! From start to finish all of the girls were patient, kind, and thoughtful. Most of all, they are excellent listeners and gracefully pivoted each time my opinion changed. As a new bride who is a novice at wedding dress shopping, they skillfully gave their input that put us at ease with their expertise but were as equally great at including both my mom & grandma in on the process. They picked styles I loved on but would have never picked out from the hanger and I am so grateful because one of their picks was my dress. I am indebted to these girls! I could not recommend them more for your wedding dress shopping (and at an insanely amazing price!).

Thank You Luxe Redux! Due to a bunch of different circumstances I made an appointment here 1.5 weeks out from my wedding to find a dress. We had the salon all to ourselves ( Me, my friend, their boyfriend) and the consultant was so friendly and kind! Conversation with her was so easy, and we tried on a bunch of different styles of dresses. I am a 0-4 depending on what designer is asking and every dress she pulled fit me perfectly. It was fun! After wed decided on a dress I took a look over all the accessories and decided on an absolutely gorgeous belt I would never have found or thought to wear looking on my own, and we added in the most delicate beautiful veil. It worked with the style I was going for perfectly and seemed to meld into my dress.Even after Id made decisions/found my favorite the consultant encouraged me to try on some different styles, both of accessories and dress, which I appreciated because it really helped cement how much I loved my initial choices. She really knew what she was doing and I didnt feel uncomfortable being half naked in front of her either, she made everything feel very comfortable!I really appreciated my experience here and if I ever need a wedding dress again - perhaps a vow renewal or something, who knows - this will definitely be the first place I make an appointment, and if a friend needs a dress it will definitely be the place I recommend!

I had the BEST experience shopping here! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Rebecca at the Pittsburgh location was so kind and patient with me. I had no idea what I was looking for, and she was incredibly helpful. She insisted on having me try on every style of dress, and was careful to stay within my budget, too. She was so encouraging, patient, and not the least-bit pushy. There were so many beautiful dresses there. :) In the end, I didnt find THE dress, but Rebecca followed up with me afterwards with an email of other dress suggestions from nearby stores that very much matched the style she helped me discover. When I bought my dress elsewhere, I told my sisters I was so glad I found the one, but also was sad I didnt get the chance to find it here. If you have the chance, you have GOT to go visit Luxe Redux, and ask for Rebecca. The experience alone is worth it. :)

We had a wonderful experience here. Maya was absolutely the sweetest. I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted and had just left a really bad appt with a snooty salesperson who only cared about making a sale. Maya was not just in it to sell me a dress. She really listened to me and pushed me out of my comfort zone a bit to try on some styles I hadn’t yet. I ended up really loving one that was so different from what I thought I wanted. I still wasn’t 100% on it because of how different it was, and needed some time to think it over. Not once did Maya make me feel bad about that and was more than helpful in answering questions and providing options for coming back if that’s what I wanted to do (knowing that I was risking someone else snatching it). After thinking about it, I decided I want to keep looking, but I think it’s only fair to share the great experience I had regardless of whether I found THE dress. Thank you so much for the awesome experience, and I am so glad we came to you, as you reset my mindset and gave me a clearer picture of what I want going forward!

This is the bride here, just don’t know if I have a Google account. I had one of the best experiences here. Alyssa is amazing at her job! I’m very self conscious so I was nervous for her to help but she made me feel good in my own skin! The dresses are good quality and so comfortable. I didn’t find THE dress but when I left she told me she will do her homework and help me find the perfect dress. They do have a cancellation fee which isn’t ideal but they let you know that ahead of time so plan accordingly. I can’t say a single bad thing about this place! It’s also super cute inside too

I had limited dress options and time due to my wedding only being 6 months away which considered extremely late for shopping in the wedding world. I went to Luxe because I could take home that day. I was extremely nervous as I had never tried on dresses. We worked with Alyssa who was awesome, listened and made me feel comfortable. She did not make me feel pressured with dresses, styles or accessories which I was nervous about. The second dress I tried on was “the one” but she had me try on several other looks to make sure- not too many though. The store was beautiful and there were way more options than I had thought there would be. I walked away that day with a dress and was relieved because I had a dress and also because it was such a pleasant experience. My mother and sister thought so too and we have all said we would suggest to anyone- not even just brides in a time crunch.

Wow, if you need a dress and are deciding where to go-BOOK AN APPT HERE. I was blown away with how the girls paid attention to the details of what I wanted and how patient they were. I didn’t end up deciding about my dress during my appt and left. We ended up booking another appt for the same day to come back-again they listened, they were patient and I found my dress! What a beautiful boutique in the heart of short north. There’s nothing I could complain about, what a beautiful space and even better employees!

I have so many amazing things to say about Luxe Redux I don’t know where to begin! Alyssa was my stylist and I honestly have never had better customer service. My fiancé and I had planned on a small destination wedding with just immediate family and I ordered a cheap dress online to wear for it. When covid hit, all of our plans were out the window, and I started to think i was doing myself a disservice by not having the wedding dress shopping experience. My friend urged me to go for it, and when she was in town we went, and I’m so glad i did! I had an idea of what I was looking for in my head, and had even thought I had found it already at a different store (a regular store with bridal like options). After talking to Alexandra about my wedding, style, etc. she picked out a bunch of options, none of which I would have picked for myself. Dress #1 that she picked was the hands down favorite by my family and friends, and blew the rest out of the water, including the ones I actually had picked out for myself to try on. Once I decided to go for the “wow” factor instead of the safe option I had picked out elsewhere, I ran back to Luxe and bought my dress. Alexandra was so nice, and easy to work with, and she made the experience a great one!

HIGHLY SUGGEST!!! The gowns are beautiful, amazing prices - which really give you the ability to customize if you’d like -, AND the stylist, Alyssa, is INCREDIBLE. I came in stressed about COVID and this was my first bridal appointment. I had many more set up for the rest of the week and was more than happy to cancel them all when I found the perfect dress and accessory. Alyssa fit in perfectly with my mum, MOH, and I. She was no-pressure, upbeat, witty, and 1000% helpful/knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better first and last wedding dress experience!!!!

Alyssa is amazing. She does this ALL by herself and she crushes it. After ordering a dress from another store, I suddenly found myself with a back ordered nightmare less than two months to my wedding. Made an appt with Alyssa at Luxe Redux (who was so sweet on the phone when asking the story) and walked away with a BEAUTIFUL and unique gown the next weekend. Some impressive things about LR: the selection is pretty surprising for a small shop. I was able to find a unique dress at a great price. Alyssa actually picked things that fit me, and that was surprising and reassuring as I always feel like people have a hard time clocking my body type. Since I had to go alone (last minute + CoVid = loner bride) I was worried I’d be sad, but she really kept my spirits up! Super thankful for a smooth experience.

This company does not care about brides that do not get their wedding gown else where. I made a day trip to the Cincinnati bridal district and had multiple appointments scheduled that day. I found my gown at a different store one hour prior to my appointment with Luxe Redux and I called to cancel. No one reminded me or informed me during that phone call that I would be charged $50 for canceling my appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time. One bride should not be penalized because she found her gown elsewhere. THE WORST POLICY I HAVE EVER HEARD OF.***reply to owner’s responseLuxe Redux Bridal Very professional first paragraph. I have every right to express however I feel, however many times I wish. What is the most upsetting to me is that you did not convey any reminder of your cancellation policy when I called to cancel my appointment. Yes I “simply forgot” because I just said yes to a dress 10 mins prior to calling your store and I was told the policy 4 months prior to that....You just expect people to remember a stupid policy for an appointment that they had no intention of canceling which I clearly didn’t plan on cancel. You are the only store that I spoke to (which was a total of 5) that had a cancellation policy. And after reading other comments I have found other brides had the same complaint about your policy. So for future reference maybe give a friendly reminder on the phone when people do call to cancel just prior to charging their card, because yes people do simply forget.

Alyssa provided an absolutely fantastic experience as I searched for the dress with my mom and cousin. The studio is modern, clean, with exposed brick and beautiful lighting. We had an appointment and had the place to ourselves. While the selection of dresses is small, the collection is stunning. We went through the store picking out our favorites, and then Alyssa brought over a few at a time for me to try on, some our choice, some hers. I tried on maybe 10 dresses, and happily foundthe one at a fraction of original retail price! Alyssa even went above and beyond to find the dress in a smaller size at one of the sister store locations. I went to two other bridal salons that day, and Luxe Redux had the best selection of modern dresses, and the best retail experience. I would recommend to any bride -- especially if you dont have the budget or timeline for a more traditional wedding salon. Thanks Alyssa!!

So happy I went here for my wedding dress. I took the last appointment on a Saturday. The associate who helped me was so sweet and accommodating. She was patient while I figured out what style was right for me, and made a lot of great suggestions until she finally picked a dress that I fell in love with. It was like the knew what I wanted when I didnt!

Alyssa was seriously fantastic. I came into the store kind of knowing what I wanted, since I had already been to a few boutiques, and Alyssa was great at pulling styles similar to what I had described. She was super patient and went back for different dresses quite a few times! I ultimately did not end up getting my dress here but had a really fantastic experience overall!

I called to make an appointment and they asked for my credit card info to book with a $150 cancellation fee. Ive never had to give payment info just to book and I certainly wont agree to anything with a potential fee that high.

I had a great experience in the Luxeredux bridal store. I worked with Erika. She was very attentive and helpful. She understood what I was looking for and picked out the ones I would like based on my feedback. None of the staff members here is pushy (but very professional) which relieves the stress. The store carries a couple of labels which I love but couldnt find in other stores. I would definitely recommend the brides to stop by this store and try out the gowns. You will probably find the one you are looking for and will have a pleasant experience.

If you an indecisive bride like me, you will face a low judgment and non- pushy atmosphere at Luxe Redux on Butler. Dont follow my lead, as I did visit the store three different times and called probably monthly to follow up on my dress. I second what folks say about the space, its beautifully curated and brings a smile to your face. The inventory is really great. Trying on dresses is always fun, but it was very purposeful at this salon. I know people say this all the time, but its true that a good stylist learns your likes and anticipates your preferences. This was my experience at Luxe Redux. The online chat function combined with the onsite staff is a dream. My stylist even went so far as to accomodate me to call their Columbus based seamstress to walk me through alterations. Having an expert on call is a very serious competitive advantage. This is a Pittsburgh gem and I recommend it highly.

This bridal staff ruined our bride’s gown shopping day for my daughter (the bride), her maid of honor, and myself (MOB). My daughter scheduled gown viewings with three different bridal shops for today. She has been going by herself for weeks, until her MOH and myself could come in from out of town. She found the dress of her dreams at first shop of the day, so she called Luxe and cancelled her viewing~we didn’t want to waste their time.THEY ARE CHANGING HER $150 for cancelling her viewing.So my daughter said, okay we’ll still come and try on gowns; staff told her. NO if she already found a gown and they knew that, even if we came, THEY WOULD STILL CHARGE HER $150.My daughter asked to speak to the manager, but the manager never called her back.We should have read Rachel’s review before we booked with this shop.If you want a truly, amazing experience DO NOT GO TO LUXE REDUX, they only care about the money, not the bride.Instead go to ONE WHITE LANE BRIDAL GALLERY in BELLEVUE, PA Dania is a wonderful. My wife, Kelly, purchased a dress from LuxeRedux one year ago this week. She has not left a review yet because she wanted to erase the bad experience while planning the wedding.Kelly had initially felt very positive about the experience, but in looking back, Luxeredux seemed to care more about selling a dress than whether it would be feasible in the end with the necessary alterations - See below:From Kelly:To supply advice to suggest that the size of the dress does not matter is misleading. My measurements are 34.5 in bust, 27 in waist, and 37 in low hip. According to Eddy K size charts, that would align me to a size 8. To suggest that four sizes up would be appropriate is not advice that is looking out for the customer. It appears that a size 16 was sold to me to make the sale. I was told seamstresses as magicians and can work wonders. There was no discussion of the severity of alterations that would be necessary. I have never purchased a wedding dress before nor am I a seamstress, so I was putting confidence in the store. I realize it is a sample dress shop & dresses cannot be ordered by size, however, when I called initially to make the appointment, the associate assured me that with my street size of 4 or 6, it should be easy to find something not far from my size. Perhaps more time and attention should’ve been taken to direct me to options in store that followed this guideline of sizing up 2, maybe 3 sizes at most, instead of four sizes up. I have since decided to purchase a new dress by Morilee (Madeline Gardner) - style Laura, at another store. Based on my aforementioned measurements, a size 6 was ordered for me. AS YOU CAN SEE, A SIZE 6 OR 8 (based on sizing charts from Morilee and Eddy K) ARE FAR FROM A SIZE 16 THAT I WAS SOLD! While I can admit that my seamstress had some fault in scenario.. This store felt they were free from blame and refused to try to meet me in the middle. They held it against me that I had been positive when they initially reached out to me. I had still been blissfully oblivious to the drastic sizing issues at that point - that multiple professionals since have reiterated! Waste of money, time, and stress.
