A whitetail hit my work truck, a 2021 Colorado, and did a fair amount of damage to the front end. The fleet company was not the easiest to deal with and actually had me drop the vehicle at a different garage. These guys were GREAT. They got the vehicle to their shop on their own.The truck looks great! No drips, no runs, no overspray. The spacing is perfect - honestly, better than before!I hope I dont need their service again, but if ever I should, I know the job will be done right.

Jeff Wokutch is the best. My wife and I have been loyal customers for the past few years. Dan has been absolutely amazing. We just got our car back after having repairs done from an accident, it looks beautiful. They did a perfect job. We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks better than it did before the accident. I got side swiped by someone a few weeks ago and Ive never had someone do damages to my car that I needed to go through someone elses insurance so I was dreading the process. I needed work done to the back quarter panel. These guys made the process so easy!!!! I just had to file my claim and they dealt with the rest. They helped set me up with a rental car as well. I thought the work was going to take at least 2 weeks they had it back to my in like 4 days. I was really pleased with they way everything turned out, and how communicative they were. Will definitely go back!!!

AMAZING almost does justice in words to describe my experience at Jeff Wokutch Auto Body. Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgeably from explaining each part of the process, to staying in contact with multiple updates while they had my vehicle, to even answering some questions I had outside of the reason why my vehicle was there. Everyone I spoke to was extremely courteous and professional throughout my entire experience. It was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to any other experience Ive had with any maintenance shop of any kind. Took my car in after I hit a deer. Car was a mess. The guys in shop did an amazing job putting it back together. Turn around time was nice and quick. Dan in the office set up my rental, kept me informed of every step in the process and explained everything that was done. Great experience. If I hit another deer, I will definitely get repairs done here again.

I love this place as a garage. Ive gone there shortly after I moved to Pittsburgh. I feel like they listen to what my car needs and take care of it. Bob and Alex do an awesome job fixing it. Dan and LeeAnn are empathetic and are able to find parts at a cheaper rate in the area when needed. Theyre just a notch below the garage my parents used growing up (and to be fair, thats a hard standard to meet). If you live in or around the area, I highly recommend them.

Dan and his team did great work. I had an oil change, inspection and some body work. Replaced my bumper and repaired the fender in no time. Paint job looks beautiful, nice and smooth.

Best place in the area. I made the mistake of dealing with Critlows near by and it was a disaster.

Being new to the area, I unsure of what shops were good in the area - a coworker mentioned this place. My car had gotten hit by a young driver, marked all along the side of the vehicle. They did a great job with the repair and even fixed a small amount of road noise I was hearing at high speeds (from a door panel that was replaced) within a half hour, a couple days after I got it back. Everyone was very nice, they arranged for a rental for me and they even cleaned my car up a bit. Very happy and will be back.

These guys are full service and Dan at the front is personable, communicative and professional. The rear right passenger side of my car got sideswiped in a garage several months ago and these guys gave me a quick estimate, worked with my car insurance quickly so that I could have it in the shop. Quick turnaround time with great quality, looks like brand new again (and this car is my baby).My car handles have built-in light and sensors on them, I noticed last week that the light on the handle they replaced got completely painted over, so the other handles would be bright at night except for that one. I never look at that side of the car at night so I didnt notice until recently. I brought it in today expecting that I would have to come back a different time since I didnt make an appointment. They were friendly/prompt - told me to just leave my car - fixed it by the end of the day, and even washed/vacuumed my car! I was so impressed. Could not recommend them enough; very thankful to them.

I recently had to have my car repaired after being in an accident. I was sent there through my insurance company and when I went to have my car looked at. I was told exactly what the process was and how long it would take. They ever sent parts back because they didnt like how they looked. They are a top notch group who guarantees the work they do for as long as you own your vehicle and when I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new. Thanks for treating me with such great respect and showing you care and take pride in your work. If anyone ever needs their vechile repaired this is the place that I would recommend without a doubt. I was involved in an accident and the insurance company coordinating all of the repairs suggested this auto body shop. From start to finish they were very helpful with their explanations and communications. They contacted me to set up times for the estimate and helped get the rental car set up. From the estimate to the actual repairs I had no problems - they thought it would take about 3-4 days and they finished within that timeframe. The work they did looks fantastic and you wouldn’t be able to tell that my bumper was cracked. Would be happy to use them for body work again.

Was suppose to get emissions test here today. Booked it as a wait while done last Friday, unfortunately wasnt annotated by front desk person correctly so I was told I would have 2 plus hour wait. There was no real attempt to try to make the situation better even though it was their fault. I am new to Pittsburgh area, this place could have gotten my business for all car repair moving forward but I will never go back again. The other reviews couldnt be more right- this place is full of people who work hard, are extremely polite, and communicate effectively. The prices are reasonable and the work gets done in a timely manner. I will certainly be bringing my car here again for any future needs.

I was instructed to go theyre from Erie Insurance I talked with Dan told me to bring the truck down to take a look at it took a look at it and some other damage I had that a truck give me a good estimate and a good time frame for when how long will it take to get the truck fixed as he was fixing the truck he noticed a very important part of the truck that needed to be fixed it was very dangerous the way it was and he took pictures and showed me and Im glad he did cuz I might be going down the street one day and lose my trailer because my trailer hitch was rotted through and I had no clue that it was like that so thanks Dan for helping me out with that problem I was having he put a new trailer hitch on it repair the truck and Ill look beautiful appreciate it thanks

My mechanic for years recently closed shop, so I decided to try this local auto shop. Scheduled an appointment, and when I arrived my car was taken right into the bay. Oil was changed and they also checked on a brake noise per my request, and I was in & out in about an hour. Waiting room is comfortable (plenty of seating, reading material, water cooler) and staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely be back!

If yourre looking to get mechanical work done on your vehicle, I would recommend avoiding this autobody center that claims to do repairs and go to a true repair shop instead.This garage charged me $85 to balance my front tires after coming to them to diagnose a vibration in my steering wheel. It was $30 for the balancing, an additional $35 for the test drive, and then another $15 charge for miscellaneous shop supplies + tax... and after all that money well spent the vibration didnt change at all. It turns out my front tires were horribly worn which should have been easy to spot by even a rookie technician. I wouldnt trust this shop to diagnose or fix anything

We had some minor damage from an auto sideswipe. Jeff and his crew took care of the exterior damage, cleaned up the front cab portion, (got that smell out) washed the vehicle and checked for damage that could have occurred due to the accident. Looked great! Fortunately no mechanical damage, and they did an allignment. Staff was courteous and flexible and even assisted us with our Enterprise rental. We have used them before and have always been pleased. We would use them again.

Great place. My husband and I have taken our cars here multiple times, have always gotten great service, and their price is always fantastic. There has been several times we have been in a jam and they were able to fit us in.

This place is down the street from our home and when my husband was side swiped, we took our car here. The work they did was flawless from my inexperienced eye! They also cleaned the inside of the car, and even replaced a side mirror cap that wasnt even involved in the accident! Everything and everyone was very professional, and well definitely come here again if, God forbid we need to.

I am so happy with these guys. Ive had two accidents this year and they were quick, efficient, and did good work, getting the car back to me really quickly! The second time, after a few weeks, I noticed a problem, took it back, and they took care of it promptly. They also dropped me off at work and drove the car back, and then dropped the car off at work for me as well, which was incredibly helpful. I will be using these guys for everything from now on.

I dropped my car off with the issue that after driving a short distance, the car would gradually drag to a stop to where it didnt want to move. I suspected it was an issue with driveline binding, or brake lockup.They diagnosed it correctly as brake lockup, however they blamed the wrong part, they said I needed new rear calipers. I specifically asked them if they were sure, because it didnt make sense that both rear calipers would lock up at the same time and severity such that the car didnt pull to one side or the other, logically it seemed far more likely to me that a component common to both sides of the brakes was to blame, such as master cylinder, or booster, however they assured me it was the calipers, and against my better judgement, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.I should add that they sucked at communication, I always had to call them, I wasnt even in a hurry to get my car back, but when I dont hear anything for a week, I start to wonder whats going on.Well after ~$300 in parts and labor, I find out that its done, supposedly. I ask them if they test drove it to make sure, they assure me they did. Again against my better judgement I give them the benefit of the doubt. Now mind you, this car wouldnt make it 5 miles before coming to a full stop, really not that long of a test drive to ensure it was good to go. So I get there to pick my car up, I make it about halfway back to my house thats only 10 minutes away, before I am stranded on the side of the road with a car that wont move, despite all their assurances that it was definitely fixed. At this point I decided to try seeing if it was the booster and pulled the vacuum hose off, low and behold I got a whoosh of air releasing from it, and suddenly the car moved freely again. I didnt call them right away or take it back right away, because they were closed at this point.I called a week or so later, explained that they replaced the wrong thing, and asked them if they would be willing to replace the booster for me free of charge if I brought in the replacement part myself, they said they were willing to do that, and while not ideal, it was a solution I was willing to accept, and wouldnt be writing this negative review if it had happened. What did happen, is I dropped the car off, and after a week and about 3 phone calls(from me to them, bc again, they never called me) I get told that they cant replace the booster, I quote cant, because ANY remotely competent shop can handle replacing a brake booster on a 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. So I have to go down there again, and pick up my still broken, not safe to drive car, except now I have to drive it an hour away, because at this point I had moved to a new house. So I had to drive it an hour away, with no power assist, because I had to disable so that I didnt lock up in the middle of the road every 5 miles and destroy my brakes.Needless to say they will never have my business again. Also I was able to replace the booster myself in my garage in about an hour or 2 with no real difficulty or specialty tools.

Terrible service…Wouldnt recommend it to somebody that lived next door to the place. They tried to pull a fast one on me and dick me over. If youre thinking about taking your car here, you better read my story first.The brakes went out on my car (2000 VW Passat) at a friends house about a mile and a half away. I tried to bleed my brakes with help from the internet, but I just couldnt get my brakes back. After enough unsuccessful attempts, I decided it was time to take it to a garage…I couldnt drive it to a garage with no brakes because I was parked on top of an enormous hill. I looked up nearby garages on Google, and Jeff WoKutch Auto Body was the closest and had the best reviews. Naturally, it seemed like my best option. So, I had my car towed there. I tried to tell them what had happened with my car. The brakes locking up, losing pressure, bleeding, etc….They seemed uninterested and didnt really ask me any questions as if pursuing a diagnosis. I left my car with them and waited the better part of a week just to hear back from them. I decided to call and ask….They hadnt looked at it yet…..A couple days later they called me and told me I had a contaminated brake system. They told me the cost of repair would be around $1,200….If that wasnt already enough, they called back immediately afterwards and told me that it was actually going to be $3,000 because supposedly an oil-based product was used in the brake system and it had ruined everything. A couple things about that: I ONLY used brake fluid directly from the dealer and specifically for my VW. Also, I thats how much I paid for my car, so I couldnt understand why the brakes would ever cost that much. I didnt have very many options because Id have to tow it again just for anybody else to look at it. I even thought about selling my car, but not without talking to a couple of mechanic friends (who happen to live 3 hours away, so they couldnt look at it). My most knowledgable friend when it comes to automobiles told me that type of a thing is very rare and chances are its not actually so. He recommended I find a more trustworthy mechanic. So I posted on Facebook asking my friends is they know anybody that can help…One of my friends responded with a guy that has helped her out before so I decided to take it to him. When I got my car to him, he started asking me all kinds of questions…He came to the conclusion that since it was my driver-back and passenger-front wheels that locked up, that it had to be something screwy with the proportioning system in the master cylinder..He ordered me a new master cylinder to arrive the following day. By that night he personally delivered my car to me and only charged me $325 for something that Jeff Wokutch Auto Body tried charging me 3 grand…He also told me that as an experiment he used old brake fluid and put a little oil in it. It separates, and the oil floats to the top, so a contaminated brake system would be apparent from a look in the reservoir. They tried to scam me at Jeff Wokutch Auto Body. And even if they just didnt want to do it, they still lied to me and gave me a misdiagnosis that couldve cost a fortune. They are not running an honest business there, and I highly advise against letting them handle your vehicle. I felt the need to write this review of my experience with them because I was misled by the other reviews on here. There are plenty of other mechanics out there, do yourself a favor and keep looking.
