We took our car there after an accident when the other parties insurance listed then as an approved service garage.They were very kind, professional, quick, ahead of schedule and did a great job on all repairs.As a traveling covid nurse, I spend a lot of time in my car so it must be safe. I brought my 2017 Impreza here after a minor fender bender. Everyone in the shop was pleasant and easy to talk to. It only took a few days to fix. Now it looks as good as new and was freshly cleaned when I picked it up.

ARS is the best! Better than 5 stars! I had my car in for repairs after I hit a truck tire laying in the middle of the parkway. The heat shield etc were damaged. Justin looked at the damage, ordered the parts and it was fixed within a week. Everyone is just great to work with. Also when I picked up my car they had it spotless and looking like new! I highly recommend them for ANY automotive needs!

I recently got into a car accident. I drive a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk purchased in August of 19. I did my research for places that my insurance would cover that were considered in network. I was very skeptical about taking my car anywhere other than a Certified Jeep dealer, however I trusted the reviews. I was also worried about them being able to match the color. I’m glad I trusted the reviews - ARS Automotive did an AMAZING job at fixing my Jeep. It looked brand new, just like the day I bought it!! Chris was very informative and reassuring putting my family and I at ease. Very good at keeping me updated along the way. He connected me with their progressive agent who made sure I got a rental (fully covered) and everything ran smooth. The whole process went very well and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

My ‘08 PT cruiser had developed a handful of electrical problems: gas gauge not working, windshield wipers non responsive, horn not sounding, blinkers blinking too fast and dash lights randomly illuminating. Two garages could not identify the problem and suggested it might be time to let the car go, but I was hoping to get another year or two out of it. Found ARS and scheduled an appointment via email (nice option as my work schedule is pretty hectic). They were able to identify the problem as 3 improperly grounded wires and fix it up for just $200! Very easy to communicate with, honest with pricing, and skilled in automotive electronics. Would definitely recommend.

I strongly recommend ARS - honest, reliable, and quick service! I contacted ARS last week about a mirror that needed replaced. Chris was quick to follow-up with me and get the mirror in ASAP. Upon arriving they had the mirror installed and done within 30 minutes. Everything was easy and it doesnt hurt that they all were friendly and professional. Great experience with ARS!! One shop told me I needed a radiator, head gasket, and the engine replaced. I had the car towed to ARS they replaced the radiator and the car is running great. I am so thankful to Joe and the team at ARS!! Thank you!!

Someone insured by Progressive did a nose dive into my car while trying to parallel park in front of it. They admitted fault and Progressive was willing to completely cover repairs. I chose ARS Automotive, even though they are pretty far from me, because they were one of Progressives service partners and were able to see me about a week after the fender bender. Based on the reviews already here, I felt comfortable trusting them with my car, and Im glad I did! They were super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and notified me the moment my car was ready to be picked up. They cleaned my car inside and out and did fantastic work repairing and repainting the bumper. They are well worth the drive from Pittsburgh, and I will be sure to recommend them to friends who need work. Hopefully I wont need work done again soon, but if I do I will be sure to take my car back to them!

Ive taken my cars to ARS for body work on two separate occasions. The first time, the owner told me my car should not be fixed due to the extent of the damage, and he worked with me to make sure the car was totaled by the insurance company. He didnt made a dime, but he felt it was the best advice for me on a difficult decision. Next time I came in, work WAS preformed, the price was fair, the workmanship was excellent. ARS earned my trust, I wont go anywhere else!

My FJ Cruiser had significant steering wheel shake above 60 mph. I had taken it to NO LESS than 6 different shops, including tire centers, brake centers, and the dealership (three times). I was told everything from the spacers are causing it, to the tires are uneven, to our wheel balancer doesnt go above 60mph. Exasperated and ready to just buy new wheels and tires, I took it to ARS. Fixed. FIXED. Two months later and still no wheel shake. They actually balanced the wheels with no wheel shake, at all. And when I said I would buy new tires, they told me just to drive it for a bit to see how it felt. They didnt even try to up-sell me when they easily could have! Fantastic shop, honest people. I couldnt be happier!

Just picked up my car from ARS 11/21/2017, picked them based on Google reviews and proximity to where I live. I had mild damage to my hood due to an accident, my car is old (2004) and I explained to them that if possible if they could just get the hood to function I would be grateful since Im due for an oil change, they convinced me to just pay my deductible as insurance would cover the rest of the cost and it seemed reasonable. They fixed my car in ~24 hrs (dropped it off 11/20 around 7:30am), picked it up the following day in the early afternoon, to which I was pleasantly surprised. When I picked up my car the fixed my hood and it looked nice but it was a bare minimum because they didnt bother painting the rest of the car which now looks uneven (partially understandable). However, they changed one of my headlight bulbs because it was out, but didnt bother buffing my headlights or vacuuming my car, which to me is very basic service I have received at other places. Honestly I feel like they charged my insurance $2000 (exorbitant labor costs) for
