Ive went into this store today to get my phone repaired & when i went to pick it up my phone they called me letting me know that its ready & when i got there i dont even recognize it. its like a new phone. They did such a great job 4 me. Id like To let people know thats the place to go to get that phone help you need. My hat is off to them with a big THANK YOU

This place is definitely a scam!! Dont waste your time or money at this store. I bought a new phone from here and I honestly think they sold me a refurbished phone. I only had the phone for 2 hours and it stopped working. I took it back the next day and they were acting clueless then started to be rude like it was my fault. I bought plenty of phones and never had these kind of problems. They could clearly see that half the screen was black. No I didnt drop it on the floor or in water. You sell bad products!!!!! Not sure how you managed to stay in business this long. Anyway, they were willing to fix my new phone for more money of course. I didnt bother with them. I went to a Verizon store and bought a NEW phone. No problems with the phone or the service. So if you want to WASTE your money, I guess this is the store for you. I learned my lesson.

After two and a half years of use, the charging port on my K20 Plus phone began to die. I took it to the Name Brand store where I bought it and -- after standing in line for half an hour -- was told they couldnt repair it but they could sell me a new phone for twice what I paid for my current phone. I said Id think it over. On the way home, Wireless Superstore caught my eye and I decided to give them a try. There was no wait for service. Roni, the technician, quoted me a reasonable price for the repair and promised it would be completed in four hours. Well, he was wrong about that -- it was done in only One Hour! The phone works Great!! Roni was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and an all-around pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Whether you need a repair or a new phone, make Wireless Superstore your first stop.

I walked by this store with curiosity and found my Harman Kardon blue tooth super speaker sitting there and took it home happily ever after. So if you go to a store selling Metro another Simple Mobile, and so on would it make sense to compare over twenty different providers in one place. More than that many companys with different plans to provide the exact service you need to save money or provide more coverage. It is a super store that can fix your phone or at the very least be capable to repair as well as replace. I dont know about you but I like saving money almost as much as spending it.

This place is a scam. The staff are clueless, lost, and unprofessional. From management to the lower staff who spend more time looking at their phones and makeup then doing their job. Customer service is non-existent. I paid for a part that seems to have never came in, and I cant get a refund and my phone is still broken. If you want to get screwed go ahead and go in,if not go somewhere else. My attorney will be having fun with these people.

These reps were great they were very smart and they were very kind, we were there a while and kept offering drinks making sure we were well taken care of, the reps kept asking if there was anything we neede or if there were any question we needed answered, i only came in because i had a question and it was answered right away other stores would just tell me i needed a new phone and couldnt help, ill be coming back when i decide to upgrade my device

This place sells more than one provider of your cellular needs. They have Simple Mobil, Boost, and twenty others to find the best plan with the lowest cost and best service. No matter what the problem they usually can fix it being the only one of the few places that does repairs not just selling you a new phone knowing cell phones inside and out. Their store has a knowledgeable staff that are very courteous and help full. I highly recomend this store as it is one place I go to myself. They also have more accessories like blue tooth speakers and phone cases and carry much more in stock than other single provider locations.You decide after you hear all the prices and services offered by the twenty different carriers they have available then you know the provider best for your needs.Super is the only way to describe themJust remember the word superstore and go to 35th ave at Northern

Very pushy and staff kept excellent eye were and what pocket my visa card was in. and push on buying top price item and also false advertising and false information about products . sold me a phone and charged me double the amount that its is worth and head phones that also they told me false information about how they work.... Great store to get a phone but dont try to talk to them over the phone. They wont give you prices whether you want to buy or sell. Everything is you have to be here physically no matter if you only want an estimate.

Very Unsatisfied with their service, Just be sure you have all the knowledge you need in regards to your cell phone service ......I thought i would go and try and get my mom a new updated phone since her phone was outdated .....I went and purchased a used phone for 180.00 and choosing to go with a Business “Wireless Superstore” rather then someone on offer up (Which i should of done ) .....I thought i was being cautious by my decision i purchased the phone worked for a two days then services stopped i called customer service with the phone company they said it’s the phone itself “It’s Locked” and you cannot transfer any i for over and now not use it .....I went back to the store only so they can tell me the phones locked and too new for the service so it’s not compatible hmmm 🤔 being a service provider and me a customer you should of known this and why sell a cell phone that is locked ....The only option i was given was to purchase another phone and service from them but F the phone and money i lost already ......Be careful what you buy they are not phone savvy and have very little knowledge you could be buying a locked phone ......

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Never come here. Worse experience ever!!. I took my kids Tablet to fix because the charging port was not working. They told me one week max took them 2 months to fix on top of that it was NOT fix I had to take it back the next day I had picked it up, because it was still not changing. I was in a hurry to get out of of there that I just checked to see it was fully charged and didnt asked them to charge it in front of me.

They charged me 300 dollars for a Samsung a20 and they took my moto g 7 on top of the 300 I wanted the 50 a byt that one was too much. I should have done my research first but they pressured me In to buying it. In stores the phone goes for 180 brand new never been used and I gave them 300 plus my moto g7. Ive been going to this store since 2012.Thats when I bought my very first Samsung Galaxy.They are the definition of good customer service and good customer relations.If I ever had a question,they have been patient knowledgeable and helpful.It has not been an issue if I was freshly dressed out of shower, or just got off of work and hot and dirty, the staff has ALWAYS been nothing short of professional!Louis and Johnny always been my favorites.But every single person Ive ever dealt with, whether its getting a screen protector, a new case, a charger or having a repair done, has always took care of my needs.I have business cards and my cell phone is my lifeline.Even when I havent had much money they give me options.I would rate this store and staff a six-star if I could.Its easy to write a bad review,but not enough people right when they have good service good information and good advice.And plenty of cell phone stores in the valley, but I recommend this one by far!!! My Samsung tablet had the screen smashed and they diagnosed the most cost effective way to fix it and replaced the worn battery at the same time. Breathed new life into my now perfectly good tablet. Give them your business.... you wont regret it!

Dont waste your money! Cheap knock off products that crumble in 3 days. I buy a stylus for my note 8 after I left mine at the MVD. My husband didnt want to drive back, so we stopped here originally. My husband quickly turned away after looking at it, and the price he heard. Of course I went back the following day. Today, I took the stylus out of my phone and it broke. I went back and the guy who sold it to me refused to exchange it. Lied saying it was worth 40 and he gave me a discount, which is kinda funny when he told me it was worth 35 the day I bought it. Just a waste of time and money. Lesson learned... listen to your husband. SMH.

Hated it since the first time i met the fat short Mexican dude with the beard, the service is bad, they stole 100$ from me! And they broke my phone, told me it would be fixed in 4 weeks came back 4 weeks later and he told me my phone doesn’t work anymore and charged me 100$ for his services..! HE BROKE MY PHONE!!!! WTH!!!!! Then he tried to sell me a other used phone! That was older than my iPhone, for 400$!!! I bought mine for 160 and it was newer!

Never go here to fix anything. Please go somewhere else, I would not want you go to go through the headache I went through to fix my phone. This place has horrible service and they are scammers, trying to get as much money out of you as they can. I was having issues with charging my phone so I took it there thinking they could help me and fix it. They said it was the charge port and they will be able to help me. Well they did something to my phone but fixing the issue was not it. When I got my phone back the battery would not take a charge, it looked like the switched the battery. When I called them and explained what was happening they said they can help me out but for an extra $25 bucks. This all happened the same day and they still wanted to charge me more money, they did not fix anything but cause more problems. Please take my loss as a lesson and never use this place.

All the staff members that work here in my many experiences here are always great. I would rather girl across the valley to this place to have my phone worked on or even buy a new phone. Even have different selections for your phones such as Bluetooth speakers earbuds. Etc. Many wonderful phone cases as well all sorts of different phone companies and great selections of plans. Everyone here has always been a joy to work with.

This place is a bunch of BS. My fiance went in to pay his simple mobile bill and we walked out with what we thought was a good deal. Three phones with a month of service for $150. Well not so good. First of all they are trying to say our bill is due on the12th of February and we didnt even get the phones till the 19th of January. Second they are not even in our name. So somebody else came in and attempted to get this deal and something happened that they didnt and so they were stuck with these phones until they seen us. What a scam!!!!!! I called boost mobile this morning and they said these phones are not even activated. Wow really. You just going to steal $150 from us? I dont think so. I know what to do. I only gave this place one star cause I had to to post this review. You dont deserve any stars at all.

Staff a little seemed preoccupied with everything else but customers. I told her want I wanted and she ended up giving me a phone that was older and no different than my current phone. Once I realized she got one over on me, I went back and the manager kindly traded out the phone for a very nice expensive phone at no charge. If you go there my advice only speak with manager.

I will never return back for a repair. My cell crack screen and needed replaced.So I Googled this place and they replaced it. I was thankful.After about 3 weeks it had bubbles in the screen.I returned to the store to ask them why this was happening and can they fix it.They ask for my receipt.They told me, according to our policy. We need proof you had it repaired here.I told them I did not have my receipt .So I went online to my bank and showed them where the $100.00 plus dollars came out of my account.The still refuse to repair.So it was like in that gray area. OUR POLICY IS YOU NEED A RECEIPT.I ASK CAN YOU SEE WHERE I PAID.it came out of my bank.They cotinued to refused to honor it.So I was done with them FOREVER.SO PEOPLE COVER YOURSELF BECAUSE WILL NOT COVER YOU.THE GRAY AREA.ITS ABOUT CUSTEMER SERVICE. with me they fail at that.BYE BOY.

This place give false information. We called to get a phone flashed. When we spoke with the representative over the phone, they said it would be $50. We got there and they said it would be $140.I had someone call back after we left asking the same question and they lied again. Don’t waste your time or money. For that price, you may as well just buy a different phone. The manager here really needs to train his staff.

I went in today bought a case & screen protector which they put on. About an hr afterwards, the edges were already lifting. Here it is 3-4 hrs, and its getting worse. $35! Also wanted to get some Bluetooth headphones he said they were $69.99. I said lemme go online do a price check.. Same ones were $14.99. Guess he didnt think this older lady would be smart enough to. CUSTOMER BEWARE!! ME AND MY FRIEND BOTH RIPPED OFF! I go in for a broken screen took 3 days not 2 hour like i was told. Worked but they wiped it clean lost everything. My friend had water damage. for 2 days they tested it to see if it COULD be fixed. they said yes. he paid $170 and 4 days later he gets it back. It worked but the next day it wouldnt charge. he takes it back and was told it would be another $50 to fix. he pays and another 2 days go by. they call and say its ready, but when he gos in to pick it up he is told that its not able to be repaired. Went in an hour before they closed to check out phones and prices, first thing I noticed was the size of this place is pretty big, I was amazed that there was so many different phones and services to choose from. Im like, no joke, they have a awesomely HUGE selection... Lots of customers were in the store, which was a good sign and they also had lots of employees helping the customers, and from my observation, every customer appeared very happy, which is always the first thing I look for when going to a store for the first time.. The employee that helped me, Arianna, was f***ing awesome. She was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable about each phone that I asked about... I love the phone and case that she recommended. She had my phone activated quickly and the prices there are the best Ive seen anywhere... Im so glad that we drove by this place and decided to pop in... I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a new phone, tablet, blue tooth speaker, phone case, blue tooth earphones, ect...defiantly check this place out... !! They have it it all...

**DO NOT GO HERE** Wish I could leave a negative review.I went to the store over on 35th ave and Northern yesterday because the phones we bought the day before were unable to call and text. I told them that this was a serious issue because my girlfriend is in her last month of pregnancy and we cant have a phone service that we are unable to use. Rather than understanding they basically all laughed at me. Then a rep named Ronnie took my phones to reset them, still smiling. I asked him, You understand why Id be worried about this right? he said Nope. No I dont. I said So if your girlfriend was pregnant and you were unable to get ahold of her, you wouldnt care? he replied I dont have kids so.. and proceeded to laugh at me and then added but grats on your pregnancy or whatever. He was ridiculously rude, just laughing with no respect for the customer whatsoever.Also, at purchase I paid for a phone transfer on a phone and they said it worked at that time and was good to go, but the next day told me it doesnt work and that Id need to pay for a phone full price to use that service...This kind of respect would hurt any business, so I am unsure why any business would allow this kind of lack of respect to customers.

The first time I went they said it was going to take one day to unlock my phone took about 5 days ... Second time I went with a different phone to get the USB charger port fixed the charge me 60 dollars in about 2 hours.. a week later it was not working went back and they said it was my fault ?? I had the phone for a year it took me a year so it can break down but it broke down with in a week with them

Alex the manager and Frank the owner stole my phone and took $108.30. They sold and or kept my phone that I gave to them to repair. Mind you my phone was a $600 phone originally. When I went to go pick my supposed to be repaired HTC Sensation phone up they were not able to locate my phone and refused to give me the $108.30 I paid to have them repair my cracked screen and then antagonized and dismissed me when I told them I would put a review about this incident and take further recourse. They are also very prejudice at this store and I felt I was treated like this because I am not white nor am I Latin. They cater only to these type of individuals I have noticed and witnessed. They hated me for no reason when in fact i now have every reason to hate this place of business. This incident took place 10/14/2014. DONT WASTE YOUR VALUEABLE TIME, ENERGY, OR SELF WORTH HERE. IF YOUR NOT LATIN OR WHITE THEY WILL YELL, POINT FINGERS IN YOUR FACE, AND MISTREAT YOU LIKE THEY TRIED DOING TO ME. TO ALL MY PEOPLE. WORST PLACE TO FIX YOUR PHONE SLICK LITTLE LIARS and heres why, i go in with my iphone that i know the charger port was messed up on the guy tells me its my cracked screen (wich is 90$ to fix and a charger port 50$) which is why my phones not turning on, so i tell him whatever it takes to get my phone WORKING do it, they fix my screen for 90$ THEN put in a charged battery KNOWING my phone wont take a charge, so my phone dies and cant charge and i go back and had to literally argue for them to fix my phone long story short i never got my phone fixed and basically gave them 90$ for a screen i didnt need. 90 isnt much but i feel bad for someone trying to get their phone fixed with their last 90 dollars!

I am very disapointed, I took my daughters tablet to get the screen replaced, and payed 50$ When they were done the LCD part was still broken and they didint give me a refund, they wanted to charge me another 50$ to open it back up and and Replace the LCD. They are shady.

I took my new note 4 to wireless superstore to have cracked screen replaced took 6 days and they switched my phone for a used refurbished note 4 Look a like but has none of the capabilities of the note 4. It was the owner himself that scammed me and Im filing a complaint with st of AZ Attorney General
