I needed a new phone bad when my old phone took a tumble down some stairs…luckily l didn’t go with it. I Walked in met the nicest lady (Nubia) who assisted me with a port over, number transfer.She was so very patient and kind with me.Explained in detail various phone options...In addition she helped transfer my contacts, accepted a iPhone trade in, set up my cricket app, hotspot password...and answered all my questions! And she gave me water when l left... how thoughtful.In and out in less than 20 minutes!Thank you Cricket 😊

The rep assisted me professionally and walked out good deal of tempura glass, ear phones and a case
