We enjoyed being able to make an appointment in advance. This meant the store was not that busy at all. The young salesman was very helpful and got us on our way with an upgrade to our current phone. He transferred the data over and everything and we were able to do this in about 30 minutes.

I decided about almost 2 years ago I’d try AT&T. Turns out I really hate at&t. Me and my family are just about ready to cancel them. We pay for 5G and good service. But it’s a lie. They have no 5G I moved from el mirage to central I also door dash and no matter where I’m at there is no service on my phone or 1 bar or get this I’ll have all 5 bars up and no service no nothing. Won’t load. We get our calls cut off because of service I’m just done. Over it. Ready to go to another line.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 13 and was told the iPhone 12 case would fit, so I bought one and it did not fit. I could not simply come in an exchange for the correct case, I had to get in the queue and wait an hour when all I had was a simple exchange… a $50 case for s $40 case… The store needs a process for dealing with simple transactions, especially when they are the ones that steered me the wrong direction to begin with, I had already spent an hour in the store for the first transaction and should have been able to simply make an exchange and get out of the way.

I stopped in at AT&T to get help with my ear plugs not working and information on how to send pictures to my 90 year old brother. Christian took a lot of his precious time to educate me and as I left, all was working. I am a very happy camper. When this great grandmother is stuck again, I will always return to Christian. He is very patient and highly knowledgeable.

Last November I entered the store expecting to have my brand new iPhone 11 unlocked. What ended up happening was I returned it that day, announced that I wanted my old plan back and absolved myself of any further entanglements (or so i thought) regarding the new phone. it didn’t turn out that way.For the next four months I was charged over $100 each month for the phone line attached to the phone I’d urned in. Each month I called, raised hell, was told it was ending and there’d be no more charges for the phantom line. December, January, February, and March I heard the same lip service.I filed a dispute, but never received any type of response. I boycotted paying them. They left my phone on.In the end, I wound up paying every penny of the billing for a line I never had access to nor used once for a total of over $400.I have been a loyal customer since the seventies thinking I was hooked up with the best, never realizing just how unscrupulous they can be.For an outfit who’s purpose and focus is communication, they demonstrate little skill at it themselvesAt&tAdvice?Shop around.

Enjoyed coming to AT&T store in Phoenix for possible service. After getting to the store on 20th & Camelback, I met Representatives Henry & team(Jess & Amy) who all made me feel welcome and provided me many options to consider for service. After carefully reviewing their offers, I decided to switch to AT&T TV. I would highly recommend this team to anyone interested in a professional team and good deal.

I would like to point out that this is by far the cleanest store I’ve been to. Their employees take pride in cleaning after you leave, making sure everything is sanitized for the next customer. It was a pleasure working with Ezequiel and Jessica, they where both very helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They deserve a raise !

I visited the store right before closing and Connie and Pamela spent an hour and a half after closing to help me out!! They set up my account, helped me get the right phone, applied my screen protector and case. Great attitudes, knowledgeable about products and plans, and awesome service. This is the first time I’ve ever set up an account with AT&T and the experience they delivered in store gives me the confidence that I’ll be a subscriber for many years to come. Had an amazing experience with Jessica, Anthony and Amy! Came in with the worst issue but all three tackled my problem. Things happen, but At&T was able to make things right. My fear of having to leave to another carrier where quickly gone as I saw how all of them genuinely cared about me. If you are looking for a new carrier At&T on camelback is the way to go!!!

This place is a life saver!!! Litterally was hours from my phone shutting off because I couldnt switch my credit card online on my phone. Because Im on autopay! So I get there and I couldnt get it because I didnt know my old password or my old credit card number. Now the store is closing because. Then I believe his name was Estevan I will go find out to let everyone know for sure what his name was because hes excellent comes up to me and the other AT&T employee and ask whats wrong and now its 6:00 and the stores closed well I explained to him my situation and then so did the employee and literally called somebody on AT&T got it handled in like 7 minutes and then boom I was back on auto pay they switched my account credit card information everything was done and the bill got paid.look this locations in a really nice spot I got everything you need there from iPhones to Samsung everything stocked up I dont have anything ran out customer service there is pretty good honestly Ill just go right there if you need to find an AT&T store they helped me theyll definitely help you

Great experience at this store. Damian and Earl were so helpful. They sold me a new phone and transferred all my data. It was so efficient. Now for the bad..This followed an unbelievable experience at the Scottsdsle and Bell store. Even though I called yesterday and made an appointment, there was no record of it. So I waited. Then when it was my turn, both Ruben Joseph and the assistant manager,Jon McKinney said all they could do was sell me a new phone and I was on my own to transfer data . They were instructed by corporate to only be sales people and could not help people with anything else. I inquired why other people were being helped with setting up new phones by other employees,, and all I received for an answer was that due to covid they could only act as sales people. If I wanted to get at the end of the wait list maybe one of those employees would help me...Corporate, u need to look into this bad management style and employee laziness. I almost cancelled my service and went to the Verizon store.

I am extremely frustrated with AT&T as well as their insurance carrier, Asurion. I have spent over 30 days, 26 hours of phone calls and 9 personal visits to 5 different AT & T stores trying to get the issue of my daughters insured phone replaced. AT & T customer service whether in person or over the phone are unable to answer the questions that their own insurance company needs in order to process the claim. Bad business, bad customer service with a pleasant voice! It is a waste of time and money to have your phone insured!

Worst company to try do business with, I have come in 3 days in row. Every day I came in Ive been told because I came in at night the system automatically doesn’t work for certain transactions, I have a job At&T I can’t come in earlier, AT&T THIS IS PATHETIC! Very poor customer service from the store and the 800 Number. My mother had got another phone they AT&T 1-800 they told we her she should go to the store and have her number changed back to her original number. The store wouldn’t do it they wanted us to get a new phone and return the phone she just got. I told her that was not what customer service told us to do and that I wanted to speak to the regional manager. The store manager refused to give it out and said “if your continue to ask I’m going to have to ask you to leave”” I then pretend to record her and she got nice.Bad AT&T are there any layers around I can talk to?

When I came into the store I was not very happy, because they were really busy and I knew I was going to have to wait for awhile until someone could help me. The manager made sure I was seated and that she would do her absolute best to help me out as soon as possible. It didn’t take long before I got help and when I did they made everything fast and easy! I had called ahead of time to explain the issue I was having. I was told it was an easy fix and just to come in to the store for an easy fix, free of charge. I came in twice and received no help, and was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. The issue was with my sim card and it turns out I was given two sim cards with no number attached and then was told I was going to have to pay for them. The staff was rude, and not helpful. I ended up having to drive to a different store almost an hour away, where I was helped instantly and spent less than 5 minutes in the store and left with my problem fixed.
