A few weeks ago, I went to this location for an upgrade. I was instantly greeted and helped promptly! The gentlemen that work at this store are very welcoming and motivated. My experience at this store was actually perfect! Very welcoming, encouraging, & ultimately a well-driven team that equips themselves with energy, professionalism, character and most importantly, customer service!:)

The salesman “Alexis” appeared unmotivated and disinterested. Came in to upgrade and buy a new phone - he acted as if I was a burden to him.My old phone is paid off so I wanted to trade that in also. The T-Mobile website says that I can get credit for my phone (once I fix the crack), however Alexis said that it has to be during a “special promotion.” This information is conflicting between the main T-Mobile website and its stores.Their phone color selection is almost non-existent. Black and blue.I wonder if Verizon will have better customer service? Guess there’s a reason this specific store has so many negative reviews.****Edit: immediately after leaving this T-Mobile store I called Verizon and got a totally different experience. The representative was courteous, polite, and sounded like he actually wanted to be at work.I switched to Verizon. Instead of being told that I couldn’t trade in my phone for credit because of my cracked screen, I was told that I can turn it in for a credit of $350.00 regardless of the cracked screen.Additionally, I was offered discounts that would have me paying the same amount each month that I was paying for with Sprint.And instead of owing around $150.00 for the “phone tax” that T-Mobile wanted to charge me, Verizon said I didn’t have to pay that.Brand new phone, better customer service, and money saved. In a way I’m glad that I had that bad experience with T-Mobile.

I was having technical problems with my previous carrier, and decided to try T-MOBILE and went into this store. I was promptly greeted by the store manager Jose and he walked me through the different plans and services and I knew I could give it a try. I am not disappointed with the service and specially the customer service that I received. I highly recommend T-Mobile and specially this store.

Who owns this store? You need to know, the people youre hiring are either unqualified, unwilling or somehow otherwise unable to properly do their jobs. Theyre very nonchalant about it, no less. Two employees in an empty store (EMPTY, zero customers) unwilling to help or provide me with basic customer service. I spoke with a TMobile representative a week prior, about what I wanted to do and they told me that I could be helped in the store. Then I go into my local store on Monday and the salesman tells me I have to call customer service, that he is unable to help me in the store, even assured me it would be a quick call. When I inquired about upgrading my phone saleslady told me that that could only be done after I made the call to customer service essentially. I called customer service today and the representative was surprised and told me that I absolutely could and should have been helped in the store, theres no reason why I should have had to call customer service. She apologized on their behalf and said this store location will be reported specifically. Save yourself the trip, its a waste of time. If you need anything from a TMobile store, find a different location in town with hopefully better management and employees that will actually do the job theyve been hired for. Dont waste your time here.

I stopped by the store to pick up my free item for TMobile Tuesday. There were two employees working and they were helping other customers but I was still greeted with a kind hello and that they would be with me shortly. I didnt have to wait very long. The gentleman thanked me for waiting. I advised I was here to pick up the free Tuesday item. He said great I love giving out the free items He was very polite and seemed happy to be helping. As a former Sprint customer, I am happy to see TMobile has great service.

Truly Awful place found out my account was altered and charges where added without my consent. I advise against ever visiting this location there manager Jose is the main culprit and ringleader in their account fraud. Be very careful and check you bill and receipts if you ever visit this location. Take it up with customer care if you do see irregularities this management will give you run around. I am warning others from personal experience. Had a mobile internet line added I never knew about an extra voice line and insurance on a device I declined to have added. Visit 20st and camelback instead much better and will not screw you over.

I dont know why every time I walk into a T-Mobile, it takes years off my life. I called ahead and spoke to customer care about getting a new phone. What they told me was different than what the location says. Our person tried her best but getting a new phone upgrade took an hour and a half and we paid more than what was told. Also, no accessories in stock for the samsung s7 edge.

I went in because I was having a difficult time transferring my pictures and videos onto an SD card and the manager Carlos was 🎶awesome🎶!! Not only did he assist with that issue but he also helped me with another purchase and let me hang out until all of my files were done transferring over. Sometimes you come across representatives who make you feel like youre wasting their time but he was not one of them. All of the representatives who were there were polite and willing to help. Luis was pretty amazing himself (too bad he couldnt find the watch that I wanted but he looked👀 so I appreciate him for that). All in all my experience at this location was a 10 out of 10 or on Google I give it 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. Thanks guys for your assistance!!

The T-Mobile location on 24th St and Baseline completely gave me totally incorrect service and information upon setting up service with TMobile from Verizon!However on 06/08/2020, I came in and David did all he could to rectify the situation (as I was completely ready to cancel and go back to Verizon, especially after how the T-Mobile store on 24th Street and Baseline *completely* messed up my stating service to where I am being charged for a phone they told me would be free, minus taxes out the door,w/T-Mobile !)David stayed on the phone with his support agent and really did all he could to fix the issue and retain me as a customer.Unfortunately I still have to go back to the 24th Street and Baseline location to get further assistance fixing the original issue they created (which apparently that location always has issues! :( )...Yet I feel like my time spent here at the 7th Ave location was worth it and that David and his staff do care for the customer and value their business. If I stay with T-Mobile after this issue is fixed, then I will only return to this store whilst I love in Phoenix.Thanks again David! The staff was nice enough in October 2017 when we opened up the account, but nice doesnt compensate for incompetance. We went in to sign up for the 55 plus plan. Both my husband AND I, I am the one who was over 55 so both of us had to be there. I gave my drivers license to prove my age and he provided his because the employee asked for them. But a year and a half later we come to find out that I need to go in and show my ID. It was then that we found out that this account was set up using my husband s I D and not mine. The odd thing if they texted me to come in to prove my age. They did NOT text my husband. And so to correct T-Mobiles error, my bill has increased $120 a year. I am not a happy customer and would be giving this company a negative one star if possible.***Update-the district manager contacted us and worked very hard to get this straightened out. Im very happy with his level of customer service. 😃

If I could give a negative rating, I would. I went in with a simple question. The young man helping me essentially said he could t help me and to call customer care.So I sat there at his desk, while I called. He got up, left me there, got on the phone, sat away from me talking on the phone.Then a young lady sat down, texting, never made conversation with me.Nobody seemed to be doing anything.I was there 4/19/19 @ about noon.Then when I finished the call I got up and left and one person said bye.Worst customer service I e had in a while.

Kyle Lahiani is a star!! On a busy Saturday in Store #2173,Kyle took the time to help me even though I just needed technical assistance and on this day was not going to be buying anything. But, he treated me with respect, caring, and HE had AMAZING skills and was SO POLITE! The store is so cool(this is Phoenix in July!) and clean and the rest of the staff were customer service savvy as well...even with children running around. Bad customer service... need to hire older, more customer service oriented staff instead of young kids that dont want to do anymore than they have to . Why have a phone store at all that does not provide replacement phones on site through the insurance company. Also they do not sell or have extra batteries on site if there is an issue with a phone. They did not know where I could by a new battery. Great store if you want to buy an expensive upgraded phone and have no issues. I used to get great customer service there until a year ago. Maybe I went on a bad day. A monkey in an air conditioned red box machine with phones could have done a better job.

Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful staff. I went to the store and needed to not only purchase a new device but also transfer multiple devices from a different carrier. Given the complexity of the transaction, it took some time. That being said it was all done with in 30 minutes. Equally important is that the sales representative, Alex, was fantastic in not only his knowledge of the process and the technology and available plans, he was beyond capable in explaining everything to me. I am extraordinarily pleased that I switched to T-Mobile at this particular and would highly recommend it to anyone. Dealing with a new wireless carrier can often be frustrating because of the nature of the transaction, but if you go to this store you will not be confronted with any sort of angst. Especially if you are lucky enough to have Alex help you.

Great customer service, but theres no where to sit while you wait. You can spend up to 20 minutes with someone on top of the 10-15 minutes of waiting so youll be standing there the whole time. A couch or some ottomans wouldnt hurt. Otherwise, theres the window sill, but I wouldnt want to dirty my ass.

Carlos the manager went above and beyond on customer service. I would only hope that the CS on the phone end would take time to explain that when you transfer or change over an account in the store that you will be sub septuple to a activation fee. Yes, the CS over the phone failed at telling us those things. So we almost canceled. Manager Carlos assisted us in setting up the appropriate account for my family as well as a business account. The young lady that initially helped us was not only easy on the eyes, but gave us a awesome recommendation to a flick to watch on our Netflix account... Well done kids!

Cesar Buelna, you really set the bar high for T-Mobile. I currently have Verizon, but I was there with a friend. My friend visited the store to purchase phones for his two sons. Due to a having a budget, phone choice was limited. Cesar was able to find two identical phones that met the needs of teenage boys, all the while keeping dads money well spent. I was really pleased with how well my friend was taken care of.Great job T-Mobile, Cesar Buelna is a real winner!

On Saturday July 16, 2016 I walked into this T-Mobile store and right away I was greeted with a friendly welcome T-Mobile then after that Christian came over and asked us my sister and I if we needed some help we said yes we wanted to add here to my plane he said okay let me help you. So we go over to the little desk area and then the Manager Kylie came over and greeted us and ask how we were doing and I thought that was very cool of him and also I had my children with me so he greeted my kids as well and ask them how they were doing and asked if the they wanted a sucker I was like that was a cool thing to do and a way to keep the kids quite while Christian worked he magic and as Christian was working his magic he also let us now about a promotion they had about adding 4 lines and how you get a free Samsung because my sister and I was talking about getting a phone for Daniel so we like sweet and he told us are bill would only be $120.00 and I was like even better so we went head and got that plane and also while he was doing that Kyle was hooking us up on accessories for my sister new phone and got me one too I was like man this was the best service I had and a long time needless to say Christian and Kyle the store manager are both awesome and are a great team I was glade I was able to be provide service by them today it made my day and also made my trip to T-Mobile a pleasurable one to. I love T-mobile, Ive been a customer with them for a very long time. However when I went to this location there was a very long wait. They dont have a lot of phones on display, and all of them are anchored down so that you cant even pick them up; no drawstring or anything. The employees are some what (not as bad as Verizon, AT&T, etc) pushy, you definitely get the vibe they are sales men/women and want to sell you stuff, even if it isnt a good fit. Combined with the lack of phones, not being able to actually move the phones off the stand, the long wait, and the pushy sales people, I dont see a very good reason to go into the T-mobile store. If you have questions for T-mobile just call them. If you want to look at a phone, youll have to go else where.

If there was an option for negative starts thats what I would give. My daughter and I went in after I got off of work to change over from verizon since it was so expensive. The employee was fairly new and was super cool in the beginning. He hooked us up with several deals including two sets of beats headphones, otter boxes and two glass covers. FOR FREE he said. I verified this with my daughter a couple weeks later and thats what she heard as well.So I get my first bill and see that Im being charged for the headphones, cases and glass cover so I call the store and speak with the inept manager who says that they would NEVER have offered Beats headphones for free. He did let me return them though.The service is spotty, and cuts out when I go on certain curved roads on the freeway or down stairs in my own house. I actually called verizon to see if tmobile had reimbursed them for the early termination fees and they had not. There had never even been a submission of paperwork and weve been with t mobile since Oct.1 this year.I called the tmobile store where I got the phones and spoke with another idiot manager who said oh yeah, he didnt tell you that you need to submit the reimbursement paperwork? Ummmm no or I wouldnt be asking you about it!! I told the manager that Michael either needed to be retrained or fired.Once tmobile reimburses for the early term fees, Im going back to verizon...absolutely the WORST cell phone company ever
