I came home from a weekend trip on a Saturday afternoon, got online and found Screen Repair Plus... they seemed reputable enough to trust with my phone, so I used their website to make an online appointment.. I saw an appoint available for the same day, but was skeptical that they would be able to fulfill it with that little notice. I booked the appointment with their easy to use system... and a repair tech was at my house with in 45 minutes. He showed up early which was great! My phone screen was replaced within 20 minutes and at a very reasonable price. The technician was very professional and did an excellent job.After watching a YouTube video showing what it takes to replace a screen, I realized I really wanted to trust whoever was making the repair. The process is pretty simple, but there are enough delicate small parts that need to be transferred over that a lot could go wrong. Screen Repair Plus gave me the piece of mind that I needed to feel comfortable with the process.Bottom Line: I will use them again, and I will recommend them to friends and family.

The process was great and super simple. I booked an appointment online and selected the most convenient time for me. I put in a Starbucks location as a meeting point. Isaiah was running a little late and I was contacted immediately which was really nice. Once he arrived, I sat and drank my coffee and about 20 minutes later Isaiah handed me back my phone fixed and ready to go! Awesome price, friendly service, and convenience for your busy schedule. Screen Repair Plus is awesome! They let you make an appointment online via their website, they confirm it with you first thing in the morning and arrive on time to fix your phone. Price is great, given the convenience of having them come meet you where youre at! I definitely would recommend them for any of your phone screen issues. Andrew was awesome!

The service is easy to schedule online and the tech, Andrew, even showed up early after calling first. Andrew is very knowledgeable and was quick to show me that I was sold a phone which had water damage. He talked me into not spending the money and instead referred me to a reputable source to purchase another device because it was out of Screen Repair Plus scope of work. All this with no cost to me, and I was able to purchase a brand new iPhone 6s at a very low price. All businesses should be as honest as this one. Im a happy camper now!

First off Isaiah is extremely professional and knows how to run a business. After coming out the first time to repair 3 phones at our business, 1 of the screens had a short and wouldnt respond . He immediately said he would take care of it and did so the same day. Great customer service and his reviews show it.

Yesterday afternoon (Saturday August 8) I made the unfortunate mistake of hopping out of my truck with my iPhone 6Plus in my lap causing it fall screen down onto the pavement and rocks. Upon searching Craigslist, one of the first ads I came across was Mobile Device Docs. Their price was good and they appeared to be professional after checking out their website and some of their reviews. While in the process of booking my appointment via their website I had a question about some of the service options so I gave them a call. I spoke with Jeremiah who was helpful in leading me towards what service I needed to have done. I asked him if I should schedule the appointment with him while we were on the phone or just continue with the online appointment and he replied, you can just continue booking online since youve already started filling it out. If you see a time there its available and well be there! It turns out that statement couldnt be any further from the truth; 30 minutes after scheduling the appointment I received a text message, not a phone call but a text message, asking if I could reschedule for Monday. The first excuse was that his brother was exhausted, and then after I cancelled the appointment entirely the second excuse was a scheduling error. Simply put, this was bad business and a terrible experience. I called another place, We Mac It Better, and for $10 more I got the phone repair and customer service I was looking for. He showed up 45 minutes after I cancelled my appointment with Mobile Device Docs and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. If you choose to use Mobile Device Docs I hope your experience is much better than mine but I will not be recommending them to anyone, ever.

This has to be the best phone repair shop in Phoenix. I have never dropped my phone before so I do not have a lot of experience with other shops, but it is hard to imagine I could have had a better company fix my iPhone.I called 3 other places before these guys and they were the first ones to answer. That alone was impressive. I did not realize they did not have a shop till the guy on the phone explained that they have built a damn shop in the back of a van and would be driving to me. Since I found them on craigslist, I was a little hesitant but the guys sounded legit so I agreed.From there it was easy street. They showed up on time, explained what he was doing. He showed me the inside of the iPhone screen and how I broke a few components on the inside, he was able to get that fixed at no additional charge. Clean cut dude know what he was doing.If you drop your phone call these guys, they will actually answer and show-up.

This company has repaired my phone twice. Isaiah came to my home, was incredibly polite, and fixed my iPhone 6 screen in about twenty minutes. Definitely a plus for me, since I cant live without my phone. Their prices are fair, too, especially since I dont have to waste my time going to a shop.As far as Im concerned, theyre the best iPhone repair people in Phoenix.

This is business is a joke, I just called to schedule an appointment. Guy acts like he doesn’t want to even take the call than says they no longer meet you to give service. Sounds like they may have been making good money but now it’s too much of a hassle to give the same quality all the time.

I shattered my iPhone 6+ screen about 3 months ago and havent had the money to pay the extremely high deductible through my carrier so I was just dealing with it. I was referred to Screen repair plus from someone who found them on Yelp. I called and talked to Kelley and she made a same day appointment and sent out Isaiah to fix my phone. He arrived right on time, was super professional and friendly. He ran tests and explained some of the tests to me before fixing the screen in only 20 minutes. He ran additional tests before giving it back to me and having me pay. The whole experience was so quick, easy and professional. The total with tax was under $115 dollars WITH an added tempered glass cover on the new screen. Its so nice to have my nice clear screen back!!!!

Isaiah is the best. I called for my grown daughter who was distraught after she stepped on her iPhone and smashed the screen. Isaiah answered and helped me pick a time that he could come out.He came to my daughters house and fixed her phone in no time at all. Its been a week and the phone still looks brand new. SO happy.

If I could give it no stars I would. I may an appointment online for 9:30am and received a confirmation email to ensure that all was in order. They no showed with no with not call or text to let me know they are either running late or had to cancel. After trying to reach out to them I still got no response. Really happy with these guys. Found them on Craigslist while visiting family in Scottsdale. Gave them a call and Katie answered the phone. She was professional and answered my questions and gave me a quote. The soonest they could come out was the next day. Joseph text me before he arrived and was on time, which was nice. I wish he could teach my friends that trick.Once he got to my house, he explained what he needed to do and how long it would take. He then told me the same quote price which was great since I was worried it might be higher than the quote Katie gave me. 25 minutes later my 6 Plus was looking brand-spakin-new. These guys have their stuff together. The whole thing could not have been better.

I called last week and scheduled an appointment for Sunday after noon . Well it turns out I was busy that afternoon with family so I called and they had an opening for the next day witch was perfect because I needed my phone fixed by Tuesday . Anyways their tech Isaiah came out and fixed are phones very quick and precessional . He was in and out quick and made every thing so easy . There prices were the best we found around and I was very satisfied with the quality of work .

My husband made an appointment with them yesterday to fix my IPhone 5S. We got email confirmation for 10:45am today. It is now 1:00pm and I havent received a text, phone call or any type of correspondence explaining why they didnt come. I tried calling their office several times throughout the morning as well as leaving two voicemails asking for an explanation and havent received any response. This is completely unprofessional. Making the appointment was easy, but ultimately pointless since they clearly dont show up. Wouldnt recommend this company.

This company is completely unreliable. They pushed my appointment back 45 minutes, which was fine. He tests my phone and takes the entire screen off of the phone, which takes about 25 minutes. He comes back and I expect my screen to be fixed, credit card in hand. Only for him to tell me that he doesnt have the correct screen with him, and if I want it fixed I need to make another appointment. I wasted two hours of my day to have my screen remaining cracked.

I call Screen Repair Plus because I dropped my iPhone 5S and broke the screen. Not just broke the screen, but actually bent one of the corners of the frame, itself. I didnt even think it could be fixed. I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment for the afternoon. When the technician came to my house, he fixed mine.

Got my iphone 6 screen repaired a few months ago. My screen more recently started to peel off. Called and spoke to Isaiah and told me that my warranty was up but that he would still take care of me. He secured my screen down and later that day I realized the touch function of my phone was not working. The next day I called him and told him what was going on with my phone. He told me he would not replace the screen for free since I was out of warranty. I told him why is it now that im out of warranty but two days ago it wasnt a problem. He of course realized the problem was due to what he did and refused to take responsibility. He said I dont think it was anything I could have done. There is no such thing as a coincidence.I did what everybody does- called around to find out who will quote me the cheapest. And they will be one of the cheapest, but I realized going through them was a mistake. Because Isaiah refused to fix my phone for no charge, I ended up paying more than what I would have liked to for a problem he created.Lesson learned. There is a reason why other places charge a premium because they can stand behind the quality of their work. This guy took my phone out to his car and you never really know if they are actually making matters worse. Go somewhere that actually has a customer service department or a real manager who will take your complaint seriously. Isaiah is a kid and there is no point in complaining to someone who work for themselves. GO TO SOMEONE ETHICAL.
