The best place for a better phone

Broke my phone… and was helped w the amazing team here at boost !

This is a good place to get a phone because I got lot of stuff with phone a case screen protector popup thing that keeps tilted up the thing that holds the phone on the belt loop on belt good price phone to wow this phone works better thin the win head for three years it was time for new phone the service was great thankyou help getting my phone today .

Kind of disappointed in Boost Mobile because Ive always had such a great experience with them they charge my phone that usually Hit Me No have water and theyre usually pretty cool but lately I think theyve gotten so big that they dont have to worry about customer service anymore that they have commercials on TV I was with them for 10 years and they were great they seem to appreciate their customer base. But now I think they kind of gotten so big that theyre competing with T-Mobile. So I hope they go back to their old customer service but its still the phone service that I choose out of all the second-tier providers.

Went in to switch services and in minutes I was switch. left a happy customer, thanks to cytlyaly and paula for the service. it couldnt have gone better. Thank you love my new phone !

Always making sure we walk out with everything we need, as far from protecting our phones with beautiful cases, and screen protectors. i am always satisfied when i visit this location.

Was told 25$ for a case and glass protector. I get home and I see I was charged 50$ instead. I live 30 miles from this store and did not want to have to drive back there. Theq worst part was the glass protector FELL OFF within the first few hours!!! Called 4 or more times over several days with only a run around. Would not recommend this store.

Horrible customer service, they do not stand behind their products. I will not do business with this location anymore & Im transferring to TMobile who actually care about their customers

The service is OK but the staff isnt very helpful. They charge for everything they do for their customers. You always have to call customer service to do anything with the phone..

They closed early and lied about thier hours, after I corrected the kid she claimed I would have to pay just to get help activating my new phone. I dont know what kind of management they got thats not worried about professionalism but yeah Im not going to this location again

When you walk in its a good experience staff is friendly and kind and well-informed about what to tell you they will guide you through all the steps of getting your first phone or your new phone
