Store visit 05/04/2021 - Do not buy from here they have defective phones. I purchased a phone here 2 months ago and the phone keeps cutting off. I took it yo the store and they did nothing about it! No damages to the phone and they know its a internal issue yet they still did nothing! I am a long time customer and had the worst service. From Vanessa the store clerk to Ivan the manager and Luz the marketing management. No one helped rectify the issue. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Desert sky Mall - I went to the Metro store on 01/20/2020 with a friend. I mentioned the Sprint merger. Ale, the sales associate immediately went in to action...explaining the merger to me and opportunities that existed in her store. She sold me on a phone (Samsung A20) that unfortunately, they had ran out of. Immediately, she secured this phone for me at another store and most impressively, did alot (and I do mean alot) of the paperwork required to complete the sale. Ale was most professional, helpful, patient and never once did I feel rushed. If I was her boss, I would definitely recognize Ale ! signed - satisfied customer

By far the best Tmobile I have been too.Thay were so friendly. I had an amazing experience. The customer service was excellent. Kathy helped me, just came in for a payment but she showed me all the offers and cool gadgets. She made it feel like paying the phone bill wasnt a chore. :D Really looking forward to next visit.

I needed a Phone to catch Pokemon on Because...well its my destiny of course. Kat helped me out Pick out the best phone and plan for me then explained how only with T-Mobile will the data I use to catch my pokemon not count against my High speed data limit, as well as several other perks! Go somewhere else if you value your credit. money, time....The first time I came in asking for a quote the man that helped me made an account with out my authorization to get his commission thanks to this I now have a delinquent on my CREDIT ! ... 3 weeks ago I went back to ask for a qoute on 3 lines with my existing line. The girl did not know what she was doing and cancelled my plan and put me on a new plan with out my authority, once again to receive her commission. Now I know longer receive hot spot and my bill went up $40
When I went into the Metro store I was helped by leydali she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones in the store she was very patient with me and I was very satisfied thanks to her I have a new phone

Was looking to get services with METRO pcs, and the lady with dyed blonde hair that works there isnt informative. Lady has a resting b face, she didnt bother to highlight the best details of the devices based on what i needed. I had to go somewhere else solely for the purpose of her attitude.
Been a T mobile customer for over 10 years, had some problems with my phone so customer service send me a warranty exchange phone to this store, I got a message saying it was there already, it was a Friday by the way. Went to get it and this guy went to the back to check and apparently it wasn’t there yet. He said to go back on Monday, ok so on Monday I got another message saying my phone was ready for pick up, this time I called the store to make sure, a girl answer and said let me go look, she told me that there’s was no phone yet, so I called T-Mobile customer service line and told them the situation and they said that on there end the phone was already in the store . They called the store and in matter of seconds the phone was there, the girl apologize, she said that she hadn’t seen it. I went to pick it up and then the problem was that a number that my phone had, like an IMEI wasn’t pulling up in there computer, they called customer service who told them that on their end it was matching up. The girl said, give it 24 hours to update. Guess what ? Went in for the third time, no matching up in the computer, I called customer service there and they asked to speak to her. She did some stuff in the computer and then I got a message on my cellphone that my exchange had been canceled. A guy came over, I think it was a manager not sure, and they went in to the back room and said they where going to be back . In conclusion they said that they weren’t going to be able to exchange it because it had a scratch in the front lol . I honestly feel that they just said that to correct a mistake they did. A guy the day before had checked the phone and said it was good. Customer service said it was ok if it had minor scratches as long as it was not broken or deep scratches. This people at this store just made me waste my time, I would close my account but in all this years customer service over the phone have always been able to help me. I would never go to this store again or recommend it

Well I will start by telling you that about 3 years ago I was in the t-mobile company currently not and to be more honest I was in anything but a VERAIZON as I am a driver I am in the whole valley and outside of it I can tell you for sure that the telephone company really works in any condition, but a few days ago I was struck by the Samgsun galaxy s9 phones that T-Móvil had as an offer that takes you one and the other is free hahahahahahahahaha, they tempted me with the offer and I decided to leave my Veraizon and it was my worst decision that I made because as I said I knew that the t-mobile signals do not work, when I returned my s9 phone that I bought in cash at best buy they charged me $ 50 discount but I thought about t-mobile anyway They give me 2 good and they told me that after 3 months if I finished paying they would be unlocked and I could go with whoever I wanted and my plan was to hurt myself with the phone urgently for Veraizon and the offer that I loved the most is that I could make free calls to my Cuba according to them, when we make all the changes, the first thing I do in the store is ask them to configure it for me for calls to Cuba and when they do, I start talking to all my people to the point that I I have a credit of $ 200, I tell them that I am not going to turn off that money since it was their bad information which they access and they take it from me, but they tell me then that I had to pay for the 2 phones one between 800 and that you stop To release it I would have to pay $ 480 more and to release the other I would have to pay $ 400, when I get an account I am paying for the two phones: $ 1680, so the other is not free, it is not less true that it is less than if you buy it individually, you I would be saving $ 200, but I started to stumble over his bad signals, my wife couldnt hear me, the conversation would drop, its disgusting, I decide that the best thing would be to return the phone and because if I didnt say it before they would also tell me that I cant leave after three months I have to spend 2 years with them and this is where things get good, when I tell them to give me my money back to take their phone, they tell me that they do not have cash to give me, I talk to the company and everything is demagoguery and Nothing to solve my situation, weeks go by and I do not have a phone, no money, when the money appears, they tell me that they will deduct $ 108 for the return of the 2 phones after several discussions I told them they just gave me my money, I quickly went to best buy, I bought my phone unlocked, I returned to my plan of $ 50 a month with high-speed, high-quality veraizon, I tell everyone, veraizon has a prepaid plan that is not with a contract, you can choose the one Any plan you want, if you combine with them, they give you in the $ 50 plan, 14GB of data to me, I have left over every month, I only spend 5GB and they multiply per month, I dont understand what they do on mobile phone, when they try to be with Veraizon I assure you that they will open their eyes and realize the extraordinary difference from one to the other, I tell you my testimony as it helps my people that they do not fall into the lasos of these guitres and if they are inside try to try veraizon and leave t-mobile, take a family plan in veraizon and They will give if they put the one with less primary data in the account, they deduct $ 20 from your monthly bill, understand how Veraizon works and they will see that with much less money they have the best network in the United States no matter where you are And if you want to know where I bought it, it was in this direction, but all mobile phones are a problem for those of us who like to have calls heard clearly, that the Internet is not frightened, God bless you.
