Mike the technician was awesome, he fixed my phone less than an hour. I had my glass replaced on my I Phone 8 Plus for $72 and it was well worth it. I recommend this place to anyone who needs minor things done to their phone.

Ive been with Metro PCS for years but my favorite store (Wireless Toyz) doesnt have Metro anymore and since I wont go anywhere else I switched to Boost and they helped me set everything up. I love my new phone and the service is just as good as Metro.

For the first time in about 10 years I had a bad experience at a Wireless Toyz. I have even been to this one before and never had issue. The gal that set me up with my new phone apparently did not know what the hell she was doing. I spent over an hour and a half there supposedly while she was getting everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Big surprise when I got home my apps did not work I had to download all my apps myself. Plus my photos did not transfer to my new phone. That was a crucial mistake for her to make! I called a few days later to complain to Mike who I believe was the store manager. He was not helpful said he didnt know a whole lot about transferring the info from phone to phone that he left it up to the gal up front. A perk of this purchase for MetroPCS which Ive been in four years oh, was that I would get free Amazon Prime without a monthly fee. That was great news! It would save me $14 a month! Well they still took out my $14 on February 2nd for a fee. I just spoke to Amazon Prime and they said that the store is the one who is supposed to set up that free service. Obviously she failed to do that also. Do not go to the store. They used to have good knowledgeable employees but not now.

Had a destroyed screen on my 6s+, I needed an affordable but fast replacement. The staff at Wireless toyz had my phone repaired and ready in under 45 minutes, walked out the store with a fixed screen, tempered glass screen protector, and a new case for an Amazing price. Super Great place2/01/2020 Had to have my screen fixed once again. There was still an issue with my screen after getting it fixed. Came back to the store and Mike and Monica assisted me with making sure my phone was successfully working. GET YOUR PHONES FIXED HERE!!!

Clean store, nice people . I was attended by a gal named Monica, who was very friendly and personable. Felt like I was talking to a friend . My business here was that I had a cracked iPhone 7 who’s screen looked like puzzle pieces lol 🧩 that’s how bad it was . The screen lost its sensitivity and I couldn’t enter my passcode to unlock it . I ended up using an old Samsung that I really disliked because that’s what I had lying around the house, and then I remembered when I worked across the street at Sun Valley MMJ, that I had seen this place . I decided to take my chances and they literally had my phone ready within 2 hours . Mike (the technician and store manager) left my screen impeccable. Looks like a brand new iPhone 😂 I only paid 65.00 for a full blown screen repair, and keep in mind I thought they weren’t going to be able to fix it, I meant the screen was horrid . Anyways thanks to these two awesome folks, you guys really did me a solid and I will definitely be sending some people over for y’all . ❤️

No my issue was never fixed. And the next day This screen protector cracked as I was using my phone and upon further observation the front of my phone was never connected right to the back of my phone so there is a huge gap all the way around my phone. And if they dont remember me rewind your security cameras!! I was in there 2 days in a row yall even had to have a Tech come from another store because your original Tech call in sick even though I was told he would be there the next day. As a matter of fact I even had the front desk lady texting the owner to see if I could get a partial refund more than once I ask that question and as she was textin owner & was Dodge until he finally text back giving me a no. This place is the worst. 👎

Jesus repaired our broken IPhone 6s Plus after I had thought it was totally damaged beyond repair. He gave us great prices too not only to repair the destroyed phone screen but also for new cases and tempered glass for all three of our IPhones. He’s the best! The tech guy doing a very bad job replacing my iphone x screen. The screen that he put on is not a good quality screen. After he install the screen about 2 hours later my phone is completely dead. I go back to get fix and sure he check the screen and said something wrong with the phone not his fault. I take the phone to apple store to check out and the they said because the bad quality screen that he put on make the main board go bad. I don’t recommend anyone to go and get they phone fix here.

Cannot say enough good things about the service here! So my phone recently crashed and was in need of a new one so I went to the local Metro pcs store closest to me (51st and Olive)... The service was horrible! It felt like I was bothering them with me being there. I decided to try the next closest store and Im so glad I did. The young lady that helped me was Aracely and she did an amazing job! She was able to access my account when the other store said I would not be able to without my cell phone working... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!I wish I was able to give them no stars at all..this location has very bad customer service skills and communication..when they screw up instead of apologizing they argue with you, I am very disappointed with the service and treatment I received from mike and sally. Not to mention they gave me another customers phone..! I didn’t notice until I got home.

Always willing to help and give great advice. Knock on wood, but, Ive never had a bad experience or been given bad advice by anyone there. We are up there so frequently, my grand daughter says they are just like family! I never go anywhere else for phones or for answers to my phone questions.

The tech gentleman did a good job at repairing my cracked screen but unfortunately jammed a SIM card in my phone and when I went to get it turned on I couldnt because there were two sim cards jammed in my phone Im hoping he can fix the problem and do a partial refund for my trouble haveing to go back and forth completely out of my way to get the chip removed!!!

They helped me tranfer my data over with my email, something the other store wouldn’t do or said they didn’t know how to. Im not one to do reviews good or bad. Infact this is only my 2nd time to do so . First one was a bad review. I was so mad at this company so I took time to do it . Ive been a customer of Wireless toyz on Dunlop and 43rd Ave. I was in there today and realize that I just rode my motorcycle 7 miles in the rain. Thats how great there employees are. Today was the first time that Jesus wasnt working, in the last 6 times that Ive been there. Yes, Im a very needy customer. 2weeks ago I needed something printed out from my phone. I was expecting to hear we dont do that here. They dont but he said no problem. I guess that why I rode 7miles in the rain today. Should of asked if they could put my clothes in the dryer! They will charge you for a service they were unable to perform and refuse to give you a refund. For MetroPCS just go up the street to their other store they will take care of you.

Convenient and lies of options.

I went to Wireless Toys on 12/7/15 to repair the screen on my cell phone in which I paid $200 for them to repair it. The store manager  (I believe his name is Mike) does all the repairs. When i picked up my phone the manager had already left. The sales rep Monica kept trying to sell me a new case (otterbox) for my phone. I didnt understand at that time why she was adamant about getting a new case when I already had 1 on my phone. After i told her Im absolutely not buying any accessories she finally told me my phone was bent (it slightly went up in the middle which I couldnt really tell). It didnt bother me at that time because my screen was fixed and my phone was working. A few days later I notice the LED light was not working on the left bottom square that you tap. My front camera was also not working correctly. I went back to the store a week later (when i had a day off from work) to advise them of the repairs but they said only the manager can look at it and he was not available. I drop by the store once a week trying to catch up with the manager and the staff kept telling me he was off already(gets off at 2pm I get off at 6pm), he was at their other location, then he went on vacation. I finally caught up with him 1/15/16 he had just left the store but the sales rep called him on his cell because she knew I had been to the store several times for him. He said he would be back in 40 minutes so i waited there for him which he returned 1 1/2 hours later. He was not friendly. He said he could fix it but then he said he didnt really want to take a chance and damaged the screen. He stated, Im not going to pay $200 if the screens get damaged. Shortly after his rude comment he accused me of taking the phone somewhere else for repairs and tampering with it. He asked me why didnt I bring it back sooner if it didnt work correctly. I explained to him just like his employee told him on the phone that I had been in the store several times for him but he was never there. My camara was not working correctly because he did not take the proper time repairing my screen in the first place and bent my phone in the process. After the manager kept getting defensive he handed me my phone back and did not try to fix it. I told him I was going to report him to BBB and dispute the charge with my bank and he simply stated, good luck with that.
