I only come this location because of the new guy Tony he’s been amazing every time I’ve needed anything he’s been there with a smile and just a great positive energy super knowledgeable and very personable

The most unprofessional experience Ive had in a long time. When I arrived, there were two employees working, each helping a customer. They acknowledged me and said theyd be with me shortly. No big deal. A young man walked in with no mask, walked right up to the young woman working with a customer and interrupted her to ask about his job application and interview. Not once did either of them apologize to the customer who was interrupted. When it was finally my turn, I asked the differences with the S21, S21+ and S21 Ultra. The employee said I dont know, probably the processor. He watched me look it up on my phone and run through the specs. He didnt even try to look it up himself. Finally start my purchase and another customer walks in and comes up to the employee working with me and interrupts because a cable she recently purchased broke. He walked away from me and helped her not once saying a word to me about it. I asked him if he was too busy to help and that I could go somewhere else. He gets back to selling me my phone but doesnt know how and is now waiting in line to ask the other employee a question. She is working with one customer and has been answering her cell phone throughout as well. It appeared to be personal calls given that she answered hello? Needless to say, I left and told them it was unprofessional to allow themselves to be interrupted in the manner they were. I will not be using a reseller to purchase my next phone. I will always go to a REAL Verizon store.

Excellent customer service

Had a great experience with this store. Dani helped me upgrade my plan and ordered me a new iPhone since they didn’t have in store at the time. I got a call from Lizbeth a week later saying it had arrived. I went in that same night and Christopher helped me out. Super nice guy and very patient. He even had people walk in right at closing time and still helped them. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all of my stuff was on my new phone before leaving. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Worst experience ever. What they told us they could do, then they couldnt do, then my line had already been ported over, and then they wanted to port it back, 2 hours spent with a big run around.

Dani (I believe that was her name) visit was 0900 on 18 Jan 2020; did an amazing job! She was the only person working and was juggling three customers at once that were upgrading and did outstanding with all three of us. She was very courteous and helpful and if the manager reads this; give her a raise! She deserves it.

I had issues with my new iPhone 11 I purchased it at the Verizon Happy Valley store. So I went to the Tramonto store and Lizbeth fix it. The sales person at Happy Valley forgot to activate my new phone by not swapping the old SIM card to the new one. Lizbeth is unbelievably knowledgeable about Apple products. Sorry I did Not buy the phone from her!!

Liz was great with addressing questions with the Gizmo watch today.. my link to communication with my children when at work... very happy with the responsive approach and got us out and on our way fast!!

Hands down, this is the BEST, most PROFESSIONAL, CARING Verizon store I have even stepped into! In comparison to all of the other Corporate Stores where I was treated like just another number, where there was no personalized customer service aspect, this store is COMPLETELY different! This store CARES! Just when I thought the impossible could never happen, Lindsay the Store Manager at this store made everything happen and much more more and gave me personalize service! My life is in my phone and with business travel and appointments, and not having access to your phone could seriously disable you! Trust me, I know! Lindsay saved the day and really changed my life when I needed help! She has that care factor and is truly one of the nicest and most down to earth yet extremely professional people I have ever met! If you havent done so and need anything from Verizon, I encourage you to try this store first as I promise you, all of your expectations will be met! Great store and great staff and thank you Lindsay for all that you do!

I purchased an iphone 7 plus last night at this store. Jeremy was unbelievable, extremely knowledgeable, polite, took his time for sure and explained each and everything to me. He multi-task between other customers that came in the store. Jeremy even came in early the next morning to finish up with my phones so I could get on to work. Verizon is very lucky to have him. Go there if you want great service and ask for Jeremy!

Good customer service

Great store, far better than any corporate Verizon store I have been to. I worked with a guy named Daniel who was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He even noted that our current use didnt match our plan and he could save us money every month by changing a couple of small things (thats not even why we came in). Happy with the new phone, and happy to be saving monthly; we will come back here when we need something else.

I appreciate the help of setting up my newer phone that was Verizon compatible. The staff was great! Please note that evenings are pretty busy here.

This store is awesome. I came in with a phone that had water damage and between Daniel and Jeremy the got me upgraded, got all my data restored. I was crazy frantic when I came and I am leaving calm and happy. These guys deserve everything that Verizon provides for out standing customer service. They are why I have been with Verizon for all these years and will continue. I cannot thank them enough for what they were able to do. Thank you.

After a terrible experience at the Norterra corporate Verizon store I still needed to upgrade two phones so I went to see Sam at Go Wireless. Sam was honest and professional giving me the buy one get one sale I had originally gone to corporate to redeem. Yes Im a customer of Verizon weve been customers for over 16 years and I understand and I thank you for having this quality survey available and I just wanted to speak on behalf of the store that I did business with weve been to multiple stores and we found the store through a referral of a friend at Tramonto Ill GoWireless I worked a career in customer service myself so I am sensitive to the needs of a productive business on entering your store I found it super clean I found the people very much customer service oriented very friendly very willing to help and very patient Id like to come in three specific people that helped us as we are going through a transition to an upgrade on the phone Jeremy Chatham and Sam and Danny, have all been very helpful Ive made multiple visits back to have them help me with a particular problems so I wanted to share that and Im hoping that you can recognize these gentlemen for the Fantastic service that theyve given thank you .

The representative was nice but for as much money as I paid for this phone they couldnt do anything for me without charging me more money. They didnt have the glass covers that I was told I would have a lifetime free supply of when I bought the phone. They dont have batteries when the battery in the phone goes bad. Paid $900 less than a year ago for a phone thats basically worthless and I have to go elsewhere to find aftermarket parts to use it

You know how you go into a phone store and the manager says they dont have time to help or they say we dont do that here etc... well, let me tell you! Not only did Jeremy have time, he made time to help me make sure my phone needs were all met and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right! I would prefer that you dont come all the way out to verizon Tramonto because I want to keep Jeremy to myself, 😋😆but if you need help and need to come to this location be sure to ask for Jeremy! Beware, Bought a screen saver two years ago for my LG6 for $80.00. and was told that there was a lifetime warranty, bring it back anytime and they would replace it FREE. last year brought it back and they fixed it free. This year I was told that the $80 was for a 2 year warranty. the store rep told me that over a year the store salesman we telling there customers wrong information. Why would I buy a screen saver for $80 when I can buy them on line for $19.99. I called Verizon to complain but found out that the store had there own screen saver and it had nothing to do with them. Verizon is filing a complaint with the store for me and all others that were misled in buying something that was not true

It took two different Verizon stores could not solve my problem, then I found Jeremy at Phoenix Tramonto. Hes the best. He fixed all my problems. Give that man a raise.

Sam was knowledgeable and help me secure what I felt was the best deal possible on the phone I wanted, while providing the technical expertise to handle all of the transfer situations encountered among multiple accounts.

Our clerk was Sam EBNET. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond the call of duty!He was amazing.I had driven 16 miles to have my info put on a new phone, and Jaime was not interested in taking care of me. He said he was saving me $20 if I just took the phone home and transferred the data to the new phone myself. I told him two different times that he should do it for me, because I knew I would get home and not remember how to do what he said.He said, ill set it up so you wont have anything at all to do! Needless to say, I got home, and there were many more steps to do! I was very angry! Thats why we came to a different Verizon store! Sam was our hero! He did everything we needed, cleaned our data off our old phone so we could send it back to Verizon for the $500 refund. He answered multiple questions!!!SAMs the man of the hour! THANKS SAM!!!

Jonathan Kyle at the Tramonto Verizon Go Wireless Store was extremely knowledgeable, caring and helpful. I brought in an iPhone that I had been having issues with for a month. He fixed the problem within a half hour. When I went to another Verizon store prior to this, they said that there was nothing they could do to help me and just tried to sell me another phone. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Jonathan Kyle at the Tramonto Verizon store. I would highly recommend going to going to him for assistance for any issues you might have. I know that I will be coming back here again.
