They’re ok. The prices could be better. It’s often cheaper to purchase the part and repair it yourself. Most repairs are fairly simple, and there are less expensive shops out there, with better turnaround time.I’ve brought my devices a few times but only use them sparingly.

However, the knowledge and professionalism of the proprietor dispels all doubt. He even took the time to explain the difference between a third-party replacement screen and an OEM replacement screen.An hour and $160 later my iPhone 7 was as good as new. My stylus got stuck in my phone and in trying to remove it, the thing broke in half. I figured I better leave it to a professional to remove it. Found CPR online and they gave me a quote of $35, which was less than other places. Dropped the phone off that afternoon, had it back in an hour, stylus removed. Definitely recommend these guys!

Went to get my original Pixel phone battery changed and I knew that there was a chance the screen could brake in the process. They mentioned it, and told me what that would add to the fix if it happened, but it didnt. They were very professional, took care of my battery change in two hours and I have a great, old and working phone again. Will definitely come back again...for my daughters iphone screen replacement.

Made an appointment to get my device fixed. Selected my device (160 gig iPod Classic), from the options on their website. When I arrived the employee told me that they don’t work on this device anymore.The website needs to be accurate and reflect the services they actually perform.I don’t appreciate getting my hopes up due to false advertising. I didn’t just choose this company at random, I did my research.

Took about a week to get it all fixed and the cost wasnt bad. Im actually very pleased with the service I had received! Id recommend this location to all my friends.

But these guys did it and gave me my surface pro back when my only other option was to buy a new just for a broken screen. Lifesavers at a great price. Just got my Smartphone screen fixed here. Broke it while traveling on the West coast. I couldnt find a place on the West coast that could fix it within a 2-week period, and its a new phone, so I opted to wait till I got home last week. CPR fixed it like new in 7 days time. They were very quick. They had several chances to upsell me and did not. They wore masks. Very pleasant experience.

Top notch service. I was having battery issues on my iPhone and they put in a new battery. The phone now works great and lasts much longer. Their customer service was fantastic. I dealt with Dirk. He was very clear in explaining different options and pros and cons to each. I would recommend this place for all repairs or accessories purchases as they had many options.

My fix was easy and they helped me troubleshoot the issue with my Google Pixel 2 for free. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend stopping here if you have an issue with you cell phone!

I dropped off my laptop to have the keyboard replaced, the next day it was ready, looks like I just unboxed it for the first time and every works perfect and answered every question I had. Waste of time coming here. Only three used cell phones for sale at over $500 each and unable to repair the glass on my phone because they dont service LG.

Beware of this shop. They fix the phone and say that you will have a full refund of it is not the ‘right fix’. Then when it inevitably breaks again they give you a partial refund, charging you $40 for the labor that didn’t fix your actual problem. Nice way to make money off of customers.

This place is a joke. Went in a few months back get a screen protector put on my phone. I’ve tried to get it replaced, now try are trying to say it’s not the original one. Avoid this place at all cost.

Had an issue with the 1st S-7 battery. It recharged and discharged really fast. I took it back the next day and they replaced it right away and now my phone works just fine now 😅👍. Thanks again.

Pricey but convenient. I was able to get it done on my lunch break. $40 more for a screen replacement than the place by my house, but they cleaned the inside of my camera lens for free (from water damage) and were very quick.

Would not recommend this place to expensive as well there screen protectors doesnt protect your phone. My phone few not that far from the ground and still cracked underneath the protector! Total waste of money save your money and buy elsewhere. Also they will charge you an unreasonable amount of money just to repair a crack in your phone!

Replaced two cell phone protection covers. Both screen covers are coming up on all edges on both phones, one day later. Price was good but now need to go directly to Verizon for it done right.

Im very satisfied with the service I got from CPR. I emailed for a quote and told them specifically what happened, and I got a better than fair quote. I took the phone to the location on Central Avenue, and they told me that it would be 60.00 more than what I was quoted, and so I showed the email with the price I was quoted and so they honored it. I was told about an hour, so I went home and was going to come back to pick my phone up, and they called and said that one of the pieces was defective (I think it was the tempered glass protector) and they would have to order it which would be 3 business days, and I was ok with that as I had a backup phone....Next day I got a call letting me know that my phone was ready for pickup :-) which was better than the 3 business days....Phone works like a champ....Oh yeah I have the LG G4 phone...The service and professionalism with the way I was treated was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing phone repair service

The food was cold. They have no microwave. The bathrooms are locked, and the excessive amount of security maid me feel very uneasy.

Today I went in at about 12 pm to get my screen replaced due to damage that occurred back in August of last year told me it wouldve done in a hour was done well before then. Been looking for a place to get it repaired at. Didnt want to go to apple only because they would charge me 149 to fix my iPhone 6 Plus. Cost me 118 dollars along with a new tempered glass screen protector. I highly recommend this place for screen repair.

Went here today. Needed a cell phone. They had several Verizon cell phones. I asked if they would work with my SIM card and the salesperson said yes. I bought a Samsung, paid with my card. Phone would not register my SIM card, swapped to another Samsung, it wont work. My SIM card is in a phone and works just fine, so it is an issue with the phones. They offer an iPhone, but I need to take it to Verizon for a SIM card switch. Decide to just get a refund. 19 minutes from purchase to refund. $162.90. They refund the money to my card. I get to the office, no refund to account. Wait several hours, no refund. Call the store, they then advise me it will be 2 to 3 business days. All for 19 minutes of wasted time. Will never do business here.

They were helpful however i did not want to wait for a part to come in so i will be looking elsewhere.

I came in because I found out they were a participating location for my Zagg Invisible Shield and its very close to work. Great customer service, clean store, and I learned about the other services they can provide.

Employee was very personable and explained in great detail what happens in the process and what went wrong. Overall only dissatisfied as my Nintendo switch was not able to be repair but i still had to pay 45$ for it.

I brought 5 phones to the location on central/ Thomas, the tried to offer me $37 for 5 phones and the value of the phones were waaaaay more than that. I went back up there today with an LG G pro and they gave me an offer for 5-10 dollars. I was really upset on both offers. That is one store I will make sure I avoid
