Phenomenal experience from sales to ownership. This is the place you come for your dream truck, and these guys will do whatever it takes to help get you there. Ryan was my salesman, I had a truck in mind before I went in, and neither one of us knew if my credit or finances could put me in it, but not one time did he try to talk me out of it or put me in something cheaper. He and the team pulled out every stop and got it done. I noticed the tire censor light was on, but didn’t say anything, because I just wanted to drive it home. I came back over 2 months later to ask about it, and where most dealerships would say “too bad, sales done and you should have said something at the time”, the sales manager, bill, told me to bring it in for my re-torque and he would get the sensors fixed, no problem. I brought the truck in the next day, re-torque done, all sensors fixed, and even threw in an oil change I tried to pay for. They said, “no” just enjoy your truck! Very poor thing to say to the customer..And instead of realizing his mistake he justified his statement by continuing to bash his customer. Manager did not come off any better by commenting his customers were 30 to 35 year range and the truck we were looking at was for old people do to the color of the truck. WOW! Way to make a sale! Then saying are you ready to make a deal today? I think not! No manager training there! Sales person states hes been doing this job for 7 years....and 3 months at this place....why would we care..he stated Im gonna leave you two to talk. He now knows what we had to talk about. We left and wont return.. they called and made it right

My husband and I bought a beautiful 2021 F-150 Platinum. Ryan did a great job communicating with us throughout the whole process. He was educated on all features of the truck which is impressive because it’s a brand-new redesign. We did most of the deal via phone and email which is great with Covid and no one wants to be stuck at the lot for hours anyway. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and personable, from the gentlemen who valued our trade to the woman who did our singing. We had some reservations in the beginning because we’ve only worked with big dealerships (Ford, BMW) but working with them felt so much better and was 100% easier. They gave us more for our trade and were flexible on the sticker price. We’ll be returning customers and plan refer them to everyone we know in the market for a lifted truck.
