I have been looking for a car for my daughter for a couple months, with some shady experiences. Luckily I came across a vehicle at J&E Auto. Emailed J&E Auto about a car I was interested in, Dave H. responded without 2 hours, even though it was after closing. Gave Dave my budget for out the door price. He literally dropped the price a little for my budget, so we were able to buy the car today. Then, it gets better... after he let my daughter and I test drive the vehicle, my 16 year old fell in love with it, as if LOL... and we said we wanted it, Dave had the gas tank filled, and had a worker take the car to the shop out back and do a light detail of the vehicle, yes, tires amoral and all...AND wet sand and buff the headlights to look like new. Now folks, THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌 at its finest. Dave is a great gentleman, with a no hassle ethic, quick paperwork kind of guy. My Daughter is happy, and I Thank YOU Dave very much.

Honest as advertised, believe it or not! Bought my first car here, an inexpensive 08 Corolla, hassle free, haggle free. Jeff was helpful and gave me as much time as I needed to inspect the vehicle, take a test drive, make some calls for advice. I was wary of buying the car without having a mechanic look it over but so far everything seems to be in the condition that was stated. At the moment, Id recommend these guys to anyone.

Fairly priced & easy to work with! I recently purchased a vehicle from this local dealer and cannot say enough about how patient they were with me from the beginning to the end. They were very straight forward & did not make me feel pressured into making a purchase. The car was accurately described online & they spoke openly about any minor issues, before sitting down to firm up the price on the car. Very pleased & would certainly do business with them again.

I bought a rust free truck from J & E essentially sight unseen (had a 3rd party inspect it) and had it shipped back to the rust belt. Dave and Jeff were easy to work with and in particular Dave was quick to respond to my inquires and tolerant when it took a couple of weeks for me to arrange shipping. Overall a good experience for what can be a stressful process.

Just purchased a Scion xB from here about a month ago... wonderful experience! I’ve always disliked car dealerships because of pushy salesmen and dishonest practices but right from the start, we were impressed with Dave! We phoned in on a weekend and told him straight up what our budget was. He got back to us with their final price and we decided to come in for a test drive. When we got there, Dave had the vehicle parked center front WITH the carfax printed and placed on dashboard inside, way to take initiative! I loved that. The car was presentable inside and out. We took it for a test drive and returned with absolutely no pressure to buy. Dave answered our questions and was respectful the whole time. We went ahead and decided to purchase the xB. This review I’m writing is 1 month later after having owned it. I’ve received my title and plates in the mail as promised. My car drives perfect. Thank you for a flawless, car buying experience! Bought 2 vehicles (ford transit connects CNG) from J&E about 1 1/2 yrs ago for my electrical outfit. Ive got nothing but good things to say about these guys!Jeff was more than reasonable with his prices, in fact I believe he was just helping me out with my small business. Very personable, honest & trustworthy. Dave on the other hand, well...there is room for improvement. Haha!! Jk DAVE! You were awesome to work with as well! Always kept me informed, paperwork was ready upon arrival, easy transactions... I swear I wasnt there for more than 20mins total.Oh! And one other note: Jeff was willing to hold on to one of the vehicles for well over a week for me to scrape up the cash. Thats pretty unheard of.BTW update: these vehicles are still beating up the valley streets & getting er done!... nothing but minor ordinary repairs you would expect with +100k mileage.Im actually in the market for another ride... see you guys soon. AVOID THSI PLACE! Bait and Switch business! Said car didnt have accidents, then on car fax showed accident damage. Then gave us one written out the door price and then stated it would be higher when we went to do paperwork. Talked to owner, Jeff Campbell about sales person Dave, and he was belligerent and abusive. Never apologized about employees tactic or offered a resolution. Jeff even threatened us with physical harm. Really? as an owner of a business, professionalism, customer service and ethics go long ways.
