I fully recommend not to buy any vehicle from this dealership. I bought a bentley cash about a year ago and and the dealership will not give me the title and say its not their problem. Ive dealt with sales staff, their G.M and the title dept. Do not give them your cash!

I’m SO glad I met Pamela and Burkhard!While on holiday visiting my daughter, my friend and I decided to “kick a few tires” and see what was interesting at Penske Automall in North Scottsdale. We wondered through the different brand stores and saw some amazing cars. At Bentley we asked a few questions and were promptly greeted by Pamela. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. So we decided to take the one we had an interest in for a test drive. Again, Pamela was very informative and made the drive fun. As we returned to the dealership we had a few more questions that needed some investigating so Pamela offered to look into them and get back to me (we had to leave for another engagement). Shortly after we departed, Pamela called with all the info I needed (one of the items was cost and scheduling transportation of the vehicle back East to my home state). She made the entire process easier than any past experience (with other brands) I’ve ever had. I scheduled a return visit for the next day (Sunday) and she couldn’t have been more accommodating because of my holiday schedule. Upon arriving she reviewed every item I requested, allowed for another test drive, and introduced me to Burkhard. After discussing a few more items with Burkhard (he’s an fun guy too) who was equally informative and gracious as Pamela, we decided to make the purchase.Importantly, the purchase process was truly memorable. I know that’s an odd way to describe a car purchasing process, but it was! Burkhard met us the day of signing, went over all the details of the car contents (keys, manuals, dvd, even the custom sunglass case) and answers a few more questions I had. He then introduced me to Alexandra who would review all the details and take me through the signing process. For me, this normally is the most painful part of purchasing a car but the largely digital process made it frictionless and efficient. Literally took 10-15 minutes (only because I had a few questions about titling in my home state).In summary, if you’re interested in purchasing a Bentley, no matter where you live, call Burkhard and Pamela and buy it here!

Burke is a true gentleman and a man of his word. He will go above and beyond to give you better service than anywhere else. I buy several cars a year and this was by far my best out of state buying experience to date. Tip: get a third party to inspect the car if you are buying out of state, it costs less than $200 and is worth the peace of mind.
