Not sure why this place has great reviews the buying process is nice until you come back with questions and complaints to the owner of this location, started having mechanical issues a week after driving the vehicle off the lot my A/C went out as well 2x I also bought into the warranty program which helps with nothing I paid for the vehicle to get fixed after them now really allowing me to test drive the vehicle the interior of the vehicle Ahmad damage when I picked it up from the other lot on Glendale went to the managers with complaints and he got upset because as a customer I am expressing my frustration and he processed to tell me stories on his experience which was not needed at the time before I started having problems with the vehicle I had referred my sister to the dealership and they gave me a 100$ check for the referral which was not able to be cashed gave the check to them to receive another check from the manager which stated he wanted me out of the office he was yelling and upset at this point his face was red and he was using foul language I had to have my mother talk with him so we can get the car fax on the vehicle which he refused gave me the check and still wasn’t able to cash it called the owner and informed them and sent the check back it is now 2021 and still no check covid has hit me hard and when I called to give the car back they stated they will report it as a repo but they don’t report ur payments to the credit bureau but will a repo I have a 2012 Buick Enclave loan amount 21,000 payoff 12,735 but interest a day 8$ do not go to this place save ur money I was rushing to get a vehicle and should’ve waited I don’t have bad credit but at the time I wasn’t with my job long enough to go to a big dealership...this company is full of it don’t waist your time.just open a report with the BBB

I waited to do a review on this dealership until I had driven the car enough to be able to give a fair and truthful review. The sales experience was pleasant, however, sugar coated. Financed a vehicle back on 2/05/20. It isnt just this used car dealership. It is any of them who take advantage of your current situation, i.e. low income or bad credit. They feel that overcharging you is part of the consequences. Then sending you out with a vehicle they know isnt mechanically sound is o.k., too? Two weeks driving the vehicle, engine light comes on. (I was told it was reset before they had me test drive it). Id have it checked 3 times and reset stating it was just the seal on gas cap. (Vacuum leak). Bought two gas caps, still came on. Impossible to get into their authorized mechanic after COVID. 45 cars in line ahead. So, I decide to pay to have a real mechanic check it out. After having to pay to have the air charged (something else that should have been done), two codes, not one now, come up EVAP vent solenoid and EVAP leak. At the time of sale, this dealership gave me tags which only last until the end of August 2020. 6 month tags. Which indicates that they knew that they sold me a vehicle that was not going to pass emissions. Ive beenpaying over $500 a month for a car sold to me double what the Kelly blue book value is. And, I put down $650. When you look up the VIN# online to see sales history of vehicle, it shows they sold me the car for $4995. Try $7995+tax, etc.What do you think? Is this the car buying experience you would want?

This place has harassed me montly, sometimes, the same day payment was due.  They attempt their drafts/debits from accounts very shortly after midnight, Arizona time.  Large financial  institutions are on the East coast(Wells, Chase, etc). They dont update daily and direct deposits until 5:30 or 6, East coast time, 2:30 or 3 Arizona time.  I bought my car on the 4th of July.  I was told my payment would come out on the 4th of every month, at the time I purchased my vehicle from the Auto Now, lot, in South Phoenix. I have spoken to, emailed, and even faxed documentation to reps, supervisors, and even managers, of the financial arm (Auto Now Financial), explaining how the banks process deposits. That I bought on the 4th, that I was told my payments would be on the 4th. That the debit would go through if they did it later in the morning or even move it to 4th, as I was originally told it would be processed.  They said if that was what I was told, it was wrong and they have continued, for 2 years, to call and harass me. They told me I had to pay them a $10 processing fee,  every time they called and reprocessed my payment.  At some point, I was told I could make a cash payment, at Walmart money centers, there is a fee, but the fee is less ($1.50 where I now live).  I was also told to call them with my payment confirmation number, to avoid getting called.  WRONG they LIED AGAIN ! Simply as an example, payment before this one, I called in the confirmation number to them, on the 4th and on the 6th I was called by their auto dialer. I waited to speak to someone.  They greeted me with the same crap, they always do, this is a debt collector...  The rep I spoke with said the rep I called the confirmation number in to, did not notate the account.  This months payment was not in there hands on the 7th. There was a weekend between my payment and their call. I received a call, waited for a rep, and was pissed off, Jalen is her name. She threatened to hang up on me, so I hung up on her.  Shes PLAYING the roll of a debt collector, she must know people are not always going to be pleasant, especially with this low class operation. I called back to speak with a supervisor.  As luck would have it, I got her again.  I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor.  Of course there wasnt one available, but leave my name number and account on the voicemail message, and they would call me back, when they could.  I hope to never, ever have a need to deal with this place in the future. I WOULD VERY STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE  AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE  !!!  STAY AWAY FROM AUTO NOW & AUTO NOW FINANCIAL.  IT WILL BE A MONTHLY MIGRAINE FOR YOU.  Best of  luck to you.

Also, good luck trying to use the warranty, TRUE FIX Automotive will take the better part of a week just for diagnostic. Thats to long to be without my vehicle and thats before repairs.There are other dealers who will help and have a better system. Dont waste your time.

I took it back this morning and they are wanting to charge me the 300 dollar deductible for a transmission issue. Normally i would say this is a used car, to be expected. But I havent even made the first payment on the vehicle yet. Really this is how we conduct business??

Save yourself the trouble DO NOT do business with these people. I was sold a car that had mechanical issues they promised to fix them never did, when they were supposed to report to the credit agencies some how my social was all wrong not one digit but all, so I called their financial department and they tried to say I wrote it wrong. I have all the original paper work that states my info was correct I mean they check all your info before they just hand you the keys. Seems like some fraudulent activity is going on at this dealer. And FYI they can sell your contract at any time and your rates can be affected. Will never buy here ever and you shouldnt either.
