I had a positive experience when buying a brand new car here only a couple of weeks ago. I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue and quite like it. The dealership did everything they could to make the process smooth and pain-free. I would recommend it for buying a Nissan and would recommend a Nissan product.

Brought my car in to be serviced and now I get sometimes multiple calls a day from the sales department. If you like or dont mind car dealerships calling you several times a week for several weeks, then come here. If not, i suggest going somewhere else.

Cisco is a great expediter and easy to work with, I am always pleased to work with him when I bring my car into Nissan .My lack of enthusiasm about ABC Nissan is general. I have not been happy with my Rogue purchase since my airbag situation emerged last year. This has been detailed to these surveys in the past and to the dealership. As long as Nissan does not take responsibility for the faulty airbag system (just look on the internet to see ALL THE COMMON COMPLAINTS) I would not purchase another Nissan and I certainly would not recommend Nissan to anyone.

Took my friend to check out a car they saw online. The sales person already had their info and smart they were budgeted for...or did they? Friend reiterated what their budget was. After she test rode the car they saw, she advised it wasnt what SHE wanted. Sales guy took her to another car OUT OF HER BUDGET. Made us stand in the hot sun while he looked for the keys to this great carwhich was OUT OF HER BUDGET. took us to the back lot to look at a couple other cars. Not a very good experience.

Really bad customer experience. The sales team just interested in selling their stuff with no empathy to the customers. They sold me a 2019 Nissan Rogue which had front tow bracket missing, a side passenger window broken, Apple play not working. Obviously I missed noticing these when I was purchasing the car but they never bothered to help me out. I have called and texted the sales manger multiple times without any response. I don’t recommend this dealer. Feeling really disrespectful.

Im late on posting because my husband financed a vehicle from here almost a year ago. Practically everyone 1 star review is what we experienced. Came into look at one vehicle we saw on line but was shown a different vehicle claiming the one we saw online was damaged. So why have it online? The same vehicle was still listed online two weeks later. The vehicle had a cracked windshield but they refused to replace without charging us more money. They also refused to take off any money so that we could take care of it ourselves. The finance guy was extremely pushy with the warranties. The responses from from the dealer person to these posts are hilarious with the We take pride responses. If you truly take pride in providing quality service in every aspects of this company than these shady business practices should have been nipped in the bud already.

I was able to get my car in for AC issues immediately and it was completed quickly. The cost was reasonable and it was done right the first time. Jeff kept me posted and called me back almost immediately. Definitely will continue to use the service department in the future as needed.

The service I received was great. Super friendly and communicative. However, it’s disappointing that I’ve only had the car one month and the air compressor went out. The warranty took forever to approve it because they said Nissan should have inspected everything before handing me the car and they obviously did not.

******AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!******To say I am disappointed on the way I was treated is an understatement. Never have I experienced such shady sales people. Using your online purchase feature is the biggest bait and switch tactic I have ever experienced. Your dealership does not honor what your site provides. I went through the whole purchase process online had my credit pulled and given a payment. When your sales person calls including his sales manager, I am told that the payment online is not valid and that it would be $120 more per month.**Response to Owner 8/5: I reached out to the GM Tim Beyer as requested before I posted this review. I got a call back from a sales person which said they would call me right back. It has been more than 24 hours and I still have not heard back. So this canned response to contact the GM is just a way to try and save face on Google. You have my contact information and you can reach out to me anytime. I live 2 miles away from AutoNation Nissan in Gilbert, but due to multiple bad experiences there, I have my Nissan Leaf serviced at ABC Nissan in Phoenix. The Phoenix location is 40 miles away from my house and really a hassle, but the customer service from “Fast Eddie” is well worth the extra time. There’s no question Eddie cares about his customers and I appreciate his honesty and candor.I highly recommend Eddie and the way he goes above and beyond for his customers should be recognized.**Not so great part….Recently my Nissan Leaf battery went dead and was under warranty. It took nearly 2 months to receive the battery due to “COVID”. This vehicle was only my work transportation and since I commute 35 miles each way to work it was extremely difficult to manage the logistics of a temporary vehicle for two months. I was very surprised that a temporary loaner vehicle was not an option. As mentioned previously, I live 2 miles away to another Nissan dealership and could easily take my business there, but Eddie is what brings me to ABC Nissan. Whenever I get my vehicle back from any service appointment it’s returned filthy, never vacuumed or washed, but regardless, Eddie’s customer service makes all the difference.Thank you Eddie!

I came in because my check engine light came on i was told it was because of the battery. ABC NISSAN replaced it with a NEW battery. I drove home and later in the evening i was going out only find my headlights were out and i couldnt drive. The next morning i was going to return back to ABC NISSAN however theyre closed on Sundays. I looked under the hood only to find the battery WAS NOT NEW BUT REFURBISHED.. $212.00 FOR USED BATTERY NO NO NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY NEED TO REPAIR MY LIGHTS... 😠😠😠

Would have given a better rating but having to wait almost 40 minutes to be seen by someone in the service bay was disappointing at the very least. It was so bad two of the lot attendants came over at different times to check on me and offer me water while I waited for them to find someone for me. Once I did get helped it was very smooth and efficient.

Zero stars. Terrible. They explain nothing. Don’t honor coupons you request that they publish online unless you hound them and don’t give breakdown of services before payment Even if requested. Do Not Go Here. You are rushed in and out because they just don’t have time and are “swamped”. You don’t matter, just one of many to get in and out. They do not return calls unless you call multiple times and barely listen or make note of what you are saying so you have to repeat yourself constantly. Exorbitant amount of money for repairs that you could easily get for a much better price anywhere else.

Betty & Ivory were AMAZING!!! I will be buying every single one of my cars from them going forward. I applied and did everything online and Betty was able to get a deal together for me and have everything done and processed for when I came in. Ivory already had my new car pulled up front waiting for us to test drive and even filled up the tank of gas she helped me replace my plates and we were only and the dealership for an hour and 45 min. Would recommended them if your ever shopping for a new car!

I went to this place negotiating a deal for a family friend. ANIK was a professional LIAR and the sales manager(recently moved from Florida) was rude. We finally had a deal on the phone after we left but they demanded that we come back today. I said it wasn’t possible so they asked for a small couple hundred deposit. I have them my card number bbd they charge $2k. 2 days late my family friend due to all the negativity and the bad experience went to a different dealer. Therefore I asked them for a refund. They made nothing but fake promises. 2 weeks later I’m reaching out to my credit cares company filing fraudulent charges against these guys. FACT: I own a Nissan and will never buy it from here or any other dealership due to these guys. Well done ANIK.

The service was terrible. Certified used car transmission failed less than 90-days from purchase. No accountability for the customer experience; attitude was “we will warranty it”. Asked about detailing my car and was told to go somewhere else by Nick Wade a manager who said,” we don’t use the best products and our guys don’t do a good job”. ASTONISHING a client would be talked out of a service offered. No loaner car while in service (was told they service 100 cars a day an only have 25 loaner cars). Was left feeling very frustrated with no confidence that ABC Nissan cares for post sales customer experience. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I purchased a new car for my wife from these clowns. They started by trying to low ball my trade they offered me 4k less then what is trade value booked after we straightened that out we closed the deal, the car had to go back for tint the dealership set an appointment for octv14th after I drove 2 hours to get there I was informed it would be a 6 hour wait then a couple more hours for them to look at the rattling in the dash, when I requested a loaner from the sales manager JOEL he was super rude now and said we dont do loaners but tried to sale me a rental so I could make my shift at work . He was all nice and friendly until I. Qas nl longer a buyer then he went straight to jerk. I would flat out never buy from these people again. Rude and they dont even make you aware of the wait times before you come in for service. Really 6 hours to window tint. Buyer beware i guess

I couldnt find my other review, so I will create another one. Please read the reviews before going here. The staff are not trained and love to neglect their clients. Expect to be seated and neglected for hours while the staff walk around. The finance department is never available whether it is in person or through the phone. Do not waste your time with this ABC Nissan -- at least the one one this street. Truly disrespectful. The tedious wait here has caused my partner and I to argue and separate. We went to ABC Nissan because they had a used Altima and a used Kicks on their website that we wanted to see. We test drove the Kicks first but werent completely sold on it so we asked to test drive the Altima. They found the keys but not the car, or made a whoopsie as Jade called it.So she had us test drive a different Altima just to get the feel of it. We let them know we were only interested in a certified used vehicle but she continued to show us this Altima even though it wasnt certified. We went back inside and waited while she tracked down the Altima that we were originally inquiring about.Then a sales manager Jordan joined us and tried to sell us on a less expensive 2018 Versa. We agreed to view the Versa but then they couldnt find that car either. So we waited again while they tried to track it down and they showed us a 2021 Versa instead, even though its not the car we would eventually be getting. The lot itself is disorganized, we were there for over 3 hours and only saw 4 vehicles because it took so long to find them.Jade was starting to get very impatient with us and made several rude comments like lets go look at the 5th car Ive shown you today and I want you to sign here, saying youll buy today before I show you any other cars We came to see 2 cars from your website. They showed us 2 other cars that we were not interested in but I guess thats our fault. They also offered us a staggering 18.999% apr.Jordan was super friendly and almost saved the deal but ultimately it was Jades rude comments that caused us to leave.We went right across the street to a different dealership with our 10k down payment and left with a certified used vehicle and a 10.999% apr.

He did his best to stay in the area of what I could afford.The only bad part was the other person who was trying to push me into a deal I know I could not do. We had a battery replaced that was covered under warranty. But we had some struts that were replaced which we had to spend a lot on. The warranty you really get taken andvatage on and they never gave us the the 4 oil changes we were advised that were free in the beginning. We will no longer be purchasing anymore vehicles from ABC Nissan or Berkshire Hathaway We miss when Van Tile owned dealerships. We even got taken advantage at Camelback Toyota. Berkshire Hathaway my family will be boycotting moving forward. They need to improve on the Service Department and warranties. You see a very big difference in the Service Department from the owner then to the owners now.

We went shopping online first. They advertised a car we really wanted. Arrived there and they said it sold later that night. The same day we called and they said they’d save it. They said it sold to an out of town buyer. We still went there anyways to see other cars we were interested in. We dealt with Brent. Seems to be a nice person. Made a deal, took license for photo copy. Then said needed bank card to match up to ID. In the process of waiting for them to do there thing. They tired to take funds out of account with out permission. No money was in the account luckily. They locked out the card from to many unauthorized attempts. Lied about having things ready the same that were missing from the car. Lies about topping off the gas same day. Worst car shopping experience we have ever had. If you want hassle and headache free experience than in our opinion AVOID ABC Nissan on Camelback. Multiple calls and trips there for broken promises .

They did not properly service my car. I was told oil change is included in the service on my car and it was not done. I needed it badly and now my car is unable to drive. They have taken the only transportation I have and ruined it. And is refusing to corporate with me or give me the number to corporate so this problem can be resolved. Had some recall work done on my 2014 Nissan Versa and they updated my cars computer system. It removed my check engine light signal and the cars has been running great since! They even got a Lyft to take me home and back to the dealer when my car was done. That was a great service! Highly recommend ABC Nissan!

A great car buying experience from the moment I entered the dealership, my first impression of dealing with sales, sales manager and finance director it’s been above and beyond of all my expectations, My sales Scott & Aniq we’re super helpful explaining all the process, JD sales manager was super helpful and professional helping me with the banks getting us approved, the finance director Mr. Hassan was super nice, professional and caring, he was honest and unlike some other dealership that put you I’m uncomfortable spot to but the service extras was making sure if I really need any extras.I ended up buying 6 years 120,000 extended warranty and everything went super smooth.ABC is one of the best NISSAN dealerships I had the opportunity to visit, everyone one works with high integrity, honesty conduct business in most professional way.I’m super happy with my new NISSAN VERSA 2021, I will be back buying more vehicles for my business and will refer everyone to ABC NISSAN on camelback,Ask for Scott-Aniq and MR. Spam you years after buying your car trying to get you to buy another as if everyone just has the money to buy a new car every 2 to 3 years. Obnoxious. Would never have bought my car here in 2019 if I knew theyd be in my inbox like the car salesmen of Christmas past in 2021.

Absolute nightmare to work with these individuals. The salesman Edgar and sales manager Jose both lack professional communication and customer service skills, both gave me the run around on the vehicle I was trying to purchase. I was the first to call on this vehicle and to come look at it and told them immediately during that first call that I was willing to purchase at the listed price. After a quick test drive a POTENTIAL mechanical issue was discovered, however the vehicle had not gone through inspection yet.They would not allow to put cash down on the vehicle as previously agreed to hold it until after inspection and would not guarantee me a refund if major mechanical issues were indeed found during inspection. After this they tried raising the price up $1800 from it’s listed price because the vehicle got more attention then they anticipated. They did this prior to its inspection by a mechanic or knowing for certain if there was indeed a mechanical issue actually needing reconditioning. They ended up selling the vehicle out from under me before it had even been inspected for the higher price... Very shady dealership from the top down management to salesman. Manager Travis was the only professional advocating for my experience right up until he went along with his sales teams scheme to sell the vehicle for more money to someone else who wasn’t aware of the mechanical issue. This was least pleasant car dealer experience I’ve ever had. I left a message for both the GM and Customer relations manager via the receptionist/operator and neither have responded. I welcome your call and any challenges to the truthfulness of my review.

I ended up not buying a car at this time, but my experience with ABC Nissan was still worth writing a review. Aniq was a stellar, yet respectful salesman that put the customer first. Miranda was a fabulous manager that empowered her salesmen to do their job. I would recommend their service to anyone.
