I would highly recommend Earnhardt Lexus for purchase and service. They are very easy to work with on purchasing; and their service department is great. Our service adviser, Josh, is amazing. Hes very helpful and honest. How often do you take a car in and it ends up being less than anticipated because both the adviser and the technicians were honest about what ended up needing to be done? And its not just us. I have a friend who tried Mercedes and went back to a Lexus after two years because of the car and service as Earnhardt.

We bought a new Lexus Hybrid from Cole Fanning and it was a clean & easy negotiation because Cole was the only one we dealt with. We had his attention the entire time. He even washed our Hybrid by hand because we didnt want it going through the car wash machine.Thank you Cole for a job well done!!!We also want to thank Brandon Heath, the Finance Manager. The paper work was done in an orderly fashion and there was no pressure to buy any extras like extended warranty, clear bra, or wheel and tire warranty.My one COMPLAINT is with the Earnhardts CAFE!!! When you spend over $40K for a car, we dont expect to pay for coffee or snacks and I dont believe the sales person should have to pay for them either especially since they own 23 dealerships and 17 different brands.When we bought a new car from Subaru Superstore of Chandler, they had coffee, hot chocolate and snacks all for free and they only have 2 dealerships and it was a no hassle deal, too.

My engine and check vsc light came on. I took it to my regular mechanic and they told me my Cadillac converters needed replacement: $4,000. Took it here to get a second opinion. I have always been very reluctant to take my car to a Lexus dealership for service because of the price. Rick Johnson was my service advisor, he brought me to my car to show me exactly what the reader said…which was indeed the Cadillac converters. But then he told me that because my car is old and was not driven much before I owned it, there is probably buildup in the converters and/or I got bad gasoline. He gave me some advice on what gas brand to get and how to clear some buildup by accelerating a bit more when entering highways. He told me to try that for a few weeks and then we would know, 3 weeks later and everything is fine! They could have told me I needed to get the parts replaced and I would have forked over half my savings, but instead Rick saved me thousands of dollars and completely changed my presumptions about getting service done here. I will always take my car here for engine problems from now on. Amazing service, thank you Rick!

I purchased probably 12 or 13 cars in my lifetime, so I am definitely critical of the process when needed. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. After identifying the car I wanted on-line, I completed a brief credit check and showed up the next day, thinking it would be the typical nightmare of car buying. Not even close. Five minutes later I was checking out my new car while they did some paperwork- 15 minutes later I am signing papers and another 15 later I am done. Seriously great people who were extremely fair and friendly to deal with. Absolutely would buy here again without hesitation.

The nicest car dealership Ive ever been to. I went there for service on a late model and was surprised to receive such amazing customer service for a relatively small out-of-warranty repair. First, the facilities themselves are beautifully designed with lounge furniture and pleasant seating. The service advisor, Andrew, was super knowledgable and to the point, even highlighting a recall they could quickly handle for me. They provided a loaner, even though I didnt have a brand new car within warranty, this felt like a very nice and unexpected benefit. And lastly, the online system for text alerts when service was starting/finishing was amazing - allowed for quick online payment and a selected pick up time so my vehicle was ready. Honestly, a great experience, was very happy with every aspect!

The day I stopped in there happened to be a pretty busy day there and the sales manager came over to me and asked that I look around for a bit and hed get someone with me as soon as he could. No problem for me. I walked outside and about 30 seconds later here came Anthony! He was super cool AND friendly too!! The whole process was quick and painless. Just 6 weeks after my purchase I was unfortunately behind a tow truck when it lost its drive train and I unfortunately hit some debris in the road damaging my rim and blew my tire. So sooner then I would of liked, I got to deal with the service department. Michael Herrera was great! The whole service situation, best on the block. It was a smooth and easy process. Took in my car for service on extended warranty issue with tires. Service was again awesome walked in they said yeah well take care of it put me in a loaner and a few days later everything was handled. Communication was great throughout the whole thing. We found the vehicle on the dealers website and spoke with Steve Bennett, made an appointment and offered to deposit but he refused. We arrived at the dealership 2 hours before schedule, then Steve said the vehicle was sold 1.5 hour ago. He said that he sent email and called; HE DID NOT CALL. Doug (GM) confirmed that he was aware of the story but why was it difficult to ask anyone to GIVE A COURTESY CALL so that we would not waste our time driving across town? The worst thing is Steve showed us a different car then walked away and never came back to the floor and let Mike Testani (salesman) handle it. Here I was with A NEW PERSON and A DIFFERENT VEHICLE.Also, Doug told me that it was illegal to take a deposit. Why would Doug not ask Steve to the floor instead of covering up for him and mentioned that he could pull phone records?. But then Doug said it is what it is. He even questioned me whom would buy the car because I and my sister wanted to make the decisions together, why does it really matter?.This is completely contradicting to this dealers slogan No Bull Express. Overall, my experience was they bulled around too much especially if you are a woman.

I love this Dealership, top draw all the way. I’m real impressed with my new service adviser Micheal Herrera and his colleague Andrew (I hope that’s correct). The beautiful showroom sets you at ease once you walk through the doors and everyone is friendly and authentic. Here’s the kicker I had three different things being done, (30k mile check up, windshield, and bodywork), it was all done in less than a week and the body work was 2/3 less than other bits!

After shopping at other local Lexus dealerships they left a bad taste in our mouth.But the staff at Lexus Earnhart was friendly and very helpful.Not pushy at all. Weve been customers at Earnhardt Lexus for a little over three years. In every instance when service was required we could not have asked for more friendly and competent people to help. We especially like the complimentary car washes on every service visit.Most recently a rock hit and broke our windshield on our way home from northern Arizona. Michael Herrera, our service representative, acted quickly and decisively as soon as I called him upon returning home. He immediately set up a date to replace the windshield, two days before we left on a long car trip to Texas. Then he had his glass guy Curt set up a 3-way call with our insurance company to get necessary approvals before the windshield was replaced.That whole process worked flawlessly, making us most grateful to Michael for his superb service.We could not recommend Earnhardt Lexus more highly.

It is very easy to set up an appointment at a convenient time. Dropoff was easy and I love the perk of the loaner car while my car was serviced.

Our experience at this dealership comes at on the heels of having a very unpleasant experience at the Bell Lexus dealership on Scottsdale Rd.We found the car that we were interested in online and called and was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman named Suk.We asked if the car was actually available and he let us know it was and we told him we were on our way down. We arrived and he had the car pulled up with the plates on it and ready for us to test drive. He let my husband and I test drive it separately even though it was 30 minutes before closing. Given that he knew the car was for me he let me do an extended drive and directed me where to go for maximum benefit of experiencing the car.He offered to do the numbers for us that night however we did not want to inconvenience him as they were closing. We sent him all the information that he requested and the next morning he called us with all the details of the options for purchasing this particular car. He went over our options with us and then we chose to go down and check it out once more. Once again he was wonderful with everything from the details of the car and making the whole experience of buying a car the BEST we have ever experienced. Everyone that we interacted with at this particular dealership really was extraordinary. They felt more like friends rather than a slimy car sales experience.Given our experience at so many other car dealerships that we have had this one hands-down was truly exceptional. When it comes to buying more cars for our family we will definitely be wanting to work with Suk and this team.

I dont usually leave reviews, but I had to for this dealership. I brought in my ISF for a 50k mile service and I was blown away by how well I was treated and the level of service that was provided. I usually go to Bell Lexus for usual maintenance and whatnot and I was treated very well there, but after my experience at Earnhardt Lexus I can honestly say I felt like royalty. I am extremely glad I took a chance on Earnhardt and I want to make sure excellent service doesnt go unnoticed. My service manager was Andrew W. and I will definitely be coming back to him for my next purchase/service.
