While Nick was able to get me a loan with my poor credit, the vehicle I was sold ended up being a lemon, most likely flood damaged from one of the Tucson floods years back. Whoever did the mechanic work @ AZ Auto Connect overtorqued the bolt from the new starter that retains the cable to the battery, resulting in an engine compartment fire. While mistakes were made on my part during my first car buying experience, I definitely experienced the trauma of a bad used car buying venture, to the fullest. There is no warranty, not a single request or promise fulfilled, and not a prayer answered when it comes to this car lot. The truck has been sitting in my driveway for over a year now, and I have put around 4000 miles on it, costing me about $10,000.Be smart people. Bad luck happens. Find somewhere with a warranty. Make sure you dont just settle for the blue book value because you have bad credit. Read the vehicle history report, thoroughly. Find patterns in ownership and read about the repairs performed.
