Nick was absolutely amazing to work with and provided me an excellent out-of-state buying experience. The General Manager came over during my visit and personally thanked me for my business. I had absolutely zero surprises about the car, especially since I flew down from Minnesota. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I initially walked in, I asked for Nick because I was uncertain which brand he was in, and the salesperson acted like I was not supposed to be there. It just came across a little demeaning when in reality I was coming in to purchase a car.

It was an all around wonderful experience from first seeing the car to driving in off the lot. Nick was very helpful and made it a pleasant experience.

Extremely knowledgeable. The level of service is what you would expect for a purchase such as this. The G.M is rude and arrogant though. Initially did not take us as a serious buyer and would not let us test drive, so we ended up buying the vehicle somewhere else just a few weeks later. Sales staff and reception folks are very accommodating.

I just headed out there Im a 24 year old Latino male really hard worker and I dont have to posiblilty to buy a car from Lamborghini, I went out there because I love cars and I was amazed at their service they treated me like a normal buyer and let me check out a couple of cars and take pictures of them. Keep up the good work Lamborghini you guys are amazing and hope you keep on treating everyone the same as you would with some one that can buy your cars. I love Lamborghini I and I hope to own one of their cars like everyone else wants to..... And I live in Arizona, so Im so happy that there is a dealer here. But I went a while back and they were really nice and chill with anyone who wants to look at their cars. I was 16 with my mom and we humbly walked in and had no idea what to expect, we thought that we were to run into some mean workers that would shun us because we didnt have the possibility to buy one, but instead I was surprised to see that they made me feel awesome and showed me the majesty of the cars there and I thank them for them for making me feel like Im next in line for one.

Our experience here was nothing but spectacular. Burkhard Klosener helped me with our initial inquiry and follow up questions/clarifications. I showed up and asked to see the vehicle which he was happy to show me. My son was a very big fan of Lamborghini and there was no hesitant from Burke to have my son sit inside the car to feel it. While we were in the showroom he asked if I wanted to look at any other vehicles on their lot. I looked at a few and discussing with my family about couple of options that we narrowed down. I had never encountered such a pleasant experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a luxury vehicle. He stayed in contact with me since I visited the showroom to make sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction with no pressure to buy from them.I would be in a position to finalize my purchase purely based on showroom visit experience.

Lamborghini is awesome! We were visiting the Bentley dealer to register complaints. We have bought 11 brand new Bentleys over the years and if they dont make changes in the new Bentleys we will not buy anymore!

Came down to check out the huracan. would not let me sit in the car. How do you know if this is the car to buy when you cant sit in it

Let me say what a pleasure it was to purchase a Lamborghini from Burkhard Klosener. After being indecisive about which vehicle was right for me, I decided on the Lamborghini Huracan. There was no pressure from Burke at all to purchase one car over the other. He was very with me through the whole process. It was totally stress free. Burkhard was very honest and up front about everything, from test driving the car to agreeing on a price. This is the third car I have bought from Burkhard for these reasons.
