Worst customer service

If you have a rack of clothes you want to sell at 40 percent off, doesnt it make sense to put that price on the tag?!?

This is the place for basic items like t shirts cardigans and some trousers. I know they are quite pricy but they are very high quality and they still look great with some wear. The staff here is nice too!

Beautifully designed clothes that feel well made. I cant give five stars as I have not had anything cleaned yet. However, if they hold up in cleaning I will change this to five stars.

Are you a contemporary minimalist?Would you pay more for your clothing for better quality? Then dont buy from Vince clothing brand. Vince clothes do not hold up well. They seem to fall apart despite dry cleaning. Not all of there clothing but the majority of shirts I own especially the sweaters. So before you shop here thinking your above average in your styling choices Go to Zara or J crew and save your self some money.

Not into these new designers

This store is great. Always have the best collection and often nice sale that’s better than the Vince online store. The staffs are very nice and helpful. We have come here year after year they definitely get a lot of return customers. I’m not sure why the other people left bad reviews. I rarely left reviews but I have to give thumbs up for this Vince store!
