I have been waiting for an hour since 8 am and the store still closed. The workers are there but there are just chatting. They are definitely stealing money from this company

Ghetto as usual. But better my last visit. Do maybe someone is working on it.

It is always great place to shop for all essentials for my family. Good prices and cool selected items always in stock.

I like the Family Dollar chain. This store appeared to be managed well. We happen to stop by there while a district manager was on site. He explained the store was in transition . New team assigned to this site and their were employees working to ensure the store was well stocked up. This makes for a most pleasant shopping experience. The stores square footage is be considered crowded with all the items offered. My suggestion would be to increase the floor space for a shopping experience for many patrons. Overall Family Dollar is a favorite of mine when the store is reflective of excellence of management. You will always have the rating most deserving of the services rendered.

I stopped here for brake fluid on an android charging cable. Shelves are not stocked, there was no brake fluid to be hide even though they do sell it, and the charging cable section was nearly empty. I finally found the right cable, which was supposed to be $6, and when I got to the register was almost $11. I did not buy it. I wont be stopping at this store ever again.

Family Dollar is a good store it needs to hire some people for night work. Every time I go there they have a lot of stuff in the isle make you not want to shop

Good customer service. They mostly have they products stock nice and neat. My only problem I have is their stail dutches they have. Seems like they been on the shelves since they open up the store.

I understand the store probably got looted but why is there all these full boxes of products seating around the store and the shelves are so bare,its billions of people with no job they can come in just to stock the store

Usually stocked with all my needs. Food is available, but there is no refrigerated food. I shop for household cleaning items here. The coupon rewards program is a refreshing new option to save more. This location needs more shopping carts, they either get taken for a ride around or are in use by other customers.

This is the most worse Family Dollar location ever... Returning an item/s is the biggest problem, EVER! Also, you cannot maneuver around in the store, things is constantly in your way, they are not well stocked...

This location always has what I need and the sales associates are friendly and helpful. Plus, they now have cold foods and they accept EBT benefits. You can also load Green dot, Vanilla, and Ace Visa, Master cards prepaid cards.

Great products, great prices. Employees arent the most courteous and the outside of the store is dirty/ cluttered inside. This plaza has gone down hill.

Love Family Dollar. Some items are much cheaper then Rite Aid and CVS. Great place to go if you dont want to go to a big box store. Staff could be a bit more friendlier.

Workers are nice and friendly but they need to hire somebody to restock the shelves. There are boxes everywhere even in front of items on display. If you needed something in that area, forget it.

The store looked like it was going out of business. The shelves were plenty empty. I guess they didnt have enough staff to work on putting items on the shelves.

I come to this store often. I live a minute up the hill from this store, literally. I was just in there again today about 40 mins ago. But the last several months I’ve been experiencing horrible treatment. I always come here with my 2 year old niece to buy junk food. I spend ample amount of money on cleaning products, sometimes $90 a transaction. I ALWAYS walk out of this store with A BAG and A RECEIPT. I’m guessing the 1 guy who’s ALWAYS following me around he’s stubby, big, tall, black, with small curl fro is LP(loss prevention). Everytime I walk in I go straight to the cleaning products aisle and all of a sudden out of nowhere he comes following me to the back. It’s very weird, very annoying and happens way too often to be just a coincidence. It’s almost like a code for LP when you walk in to the store, you’ll hear a cashier clear their throat and then you’ll see the LP guy stalking you around the aisles pretending to just be walking by or looking for an item. But this guys sees me, he knows my face, he knows I come in here to SHOP often, and yet he still follows me around every time I’m in the store. The other associates and cashiers even watch you thru the store as you shop like they’ve been alerted to watch you, it’s so annoying, degrading, and makes me angry every time. I not once stole, plan on stealing or been accused of theft. I don’t understand how a frequent CUSTOMER (keyword CUSTOMER) can be treated like this!?!! As much as I come in this store and as much as I spend at this store and for as long and I been coming to this store since ‘98 ...I have no idea why I am constantly treated like a THEIF!!!!!!!!! Like I said, I spend ample amount of money, I come here very often, and most of what I buy is cleaning products from this store which causes my transactions to be $90 at times when I load up on a lot of things. I’m very angry and tired of being treated like a criminal after spending so much money so often at this store. I’m sick of being profiled. I’m not some young ghetto child looking to snatch and run out the store when someone isn’t looking. Im a grown ass woman who takes her hard earned money and comes and spends it at this store just to be mistreated like a thief every time. I can’t even shop right, I can’t even focus on what I came to buy because I’m constantly caught off guard with stares and sneaky looks and people sneaking around the end caps or someone walking behind you super quiet like they’re waiting and watching to catch you put something in your pocket. It puts me in a really bad attitude and angers me how I continue to come to the store knowing I’m always treated this way. There’s even been times where people from other stores will be in helping them stock shelves and this one white lady followed me around literally aisle to aisle ...like I was dumb and wouldn’t notice. It’s very disappointing to be profiled and the only one watched like a hawk out of the 12 customers in the store shopping, all of a sudden everyone’s swarming around you watching you and sometimes these same people see you often shopping in the store, same cashiers always ringing you up and yet they still watch you like you’re attempting to steal something.

This place has become my every week place to shop. Great prices on household things and they have weekly coupon of $5 off $25 which comes in handy. Sometimes even cheaper than Wal-Mart.

Family dollar is a god sent in this area if you dont.need fresh foods thete are no other discount stores in this area only if you are willing to walk all the way over to shoprite. They have detergents and many house hold items at reasonable prices. However the staff are sometimes over whelmed in clearing.the isles but they are generally good

This is one dirty store. Stuff all over the floor. The got shopping carts but yoi cant even go down the aisle because stuff all over the place. Now that they sale clothes, they are all on the floor. Im going to report this store to there head quarters.🙄

Could get 5 but customer service stinks. Theres never any bags. U get trash bags for your purchases. Lines always long. Prices r competitive.

Store was a mess...customer service was ok but there was nothing where it should be or nothing was available, no stock whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for service and item selection...I wont ever return to that store.
