I was amazed by accidentally visiting this store. Came here to get some stuff from J Crew because they carry XS sizes, could not find what I wanted from them. But from this store I found all my stuff and with super good quality. First time visiting and hearing about this store and brand. Japanese brand with high quality goods. So come and get your stuff from here.
I hope they get more winter clothing soon. Overall its not a bad place.
Current fashion and great prices. Offers in-store tailoring. Great customer service and wardrobe selection
Updating as of 9/8/21 from a 5 to a 1. Everything was fine until the cashier checking me out asked if I had used my reusable bag (that I got from them not 2 days beforehand) to do any dirty laundry. I was puzzled by this question because how is it relevant to the transaction? I get were in the middle of a pandemic still but you dont insinuate or allude that someone is unclean. I dont think this is part of their store policy and if it is, I dont think Ill be patronizing this business any longer.
Visited here for the first time. Most of things which I asked for were out of stock. The best thing about this store is they give free alterations.
Had the BEST experience at this location a couple of days ago. An employee by the name of Angel went above and beyond and gave amazing assistance.Really brightened my day!!Thank you!
A go to place for comfortable clothes. The brand is well known. This location is pretty good, and has a reasonable selection of clothes
One of my favorite things about this location is that they 8 registers but usually only 1 is open
UNIQLO is a great store for good quality clothing basics with an emphasis on sustainability. The store is always well kept and stocked, and the workers are friendly. Theyre usually having incredible sales so look out for those!
Its Uniqlo; how can it be anything other than awesome? Yes, I DO want to buy minimalist clothes inside the Honda humanoid robot. The staff here are SO helpful and sweet--sending love to my new friend Ricki and the employee that got items for me so I could jump in line! ❤ U Uniqlo.
Nice store. Everything is of relatively good quality, and the prices were great. This is a great store for finding simple staple pieces.
One of my favorite places to shop with a lot of good basic clothing
Good selection. Reasonable prices. When you can hit a sale you can get some serious clothes for cheap. Best place for well made basics.
Sometimes they overpriced some basic stuff
Stylish simple clothes, innovative fabrics, great prices
For clothes, you gotta try it on yourself. It is great have an Uniqlo in Philly!
Cashier was nice & Friendly, Store was neat & Clean as well
I love the sock selection here. 4 for $12.95.
I find exclusive clothes here they know my taste
Seems more limited In variety compared to the other uniqlos Ive been to. Good place regardless.
I love this store! The Clothes very qualityAnd reasonable Price!
Absolutely in love with this place. I was heartbroken when they shut down the store at Cherry Hill Mall, but this is a big upgrade. 3 floors, one for womens, one for mens, and the middle floor is a mix of both. I forget where the childrens section is but they definitely have one. being in Philadelphia they often get all the special UT graphic tees and limited collections like U or JW Anderson, so its been my go-to spot for the special drops. stores always clean and organized, staff is courteous and helpful, and the prices are fantastic for the quality. Ive spent so much money there it feels like Im paying rent 😂 great store and even better clothes. I cant wait to go back
Awesome clothing selection
As an Asian American who never really felt like he fit in bc not a lot of ppl w. my skin where I live, 18 miles outside Philly, it seems nice to have a sense of belonging. Since it opened it has become one of my fav stores to go to and recently bc of a doc appointment I got a cool fleece.
Very Helpful Staff
The store manager there was really rude and not helpful. This company is ridiculous. Keep making mistakes for my online orders. And have you seen one company that you can’t return online order to stores and you have to pay $7 to ship it back?? This is the one. Good bye Uniqlo. I will never order from you!!
The clothes are awesome when they have my size.
I always purchase size L clothing on the UNIQLO website, but this time the coat came oversized than the normal size L, but UNIQLO doesnt allow me to return it because its a final sale item, plus the UNIQLO doesnt allow any online orders to return in-store, you have to ship it back at your own expense. Very bad customer experience.
The employees working the register on Saturday were top notch. They did seem a little understaffed when it was busy, but they got us through the long line very quickly. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.Store is well laid out and comfortable to shop in, plus the clothes are great quality. Would recommend.
I just love the clothing and the atmosphere in the store
OMG! I placed an online order on 12/26/2020 and didn’t get it until now, which is 1/23/2021.Sent the customer service an email, and ignored.Worst online shopping experience ever.
Enjoy frequenting this location in Chestnut Street shopping district. Final sale deals are great for post altered pants and jeans around $10 - 20, or low cost alterations. Airism undershirts are a a staple if wearing dress shirts. Only gripe is cashiers need manager approval when buying final sale items.
I love this place & the sales are awesome
Youll always get great customer service
As far as Uniqlos go, this is the best one in the Philadelphia area. Uniqlo is like a Japanese version of The Gap: relatively cheap, and focused on wardrobe staples. They do some interesting fashion collaborations and graphic tee series, but this store doesnt stock a lot of those. Their sales are a great time to stock up on office casual wear and layering pieces, though. Im only giving it 4 stars because, since opening, they seem to have reduced the kids offerings to emphasize active wear.I hope the athleisure trend dies soon.
Praying hard to come by. Great store. Well organized. Fast and efficient.
Staff wear masks, well organized, they seem to wipe down the payment areas between customers. They do have arrows on the floor for walking around, although i went at a non busy time it did get a little confusing trying to follow along them 😅
Easily one of my favorite stores to shop at! Good quality clothes, decent prices. Their coats and jeans are worth it. They maintained the Art Deco exterior whilst converting the interior into an ultra-modern space, nice contrast. Workers are very kind here.
Their lightweight puffer jackets are amazing
I love Uniqlo!! Their clothing is so warm/cool based on the season. It comes in seemingly every color and they have all the styles to suit your needs. They always have what Im looking for
Very nice selection, very low prices, very fast and nice associates!
Nice place for shopping you can buy good stuff here and most likely on reasonable price. I bought many stuff from here and all were of good quality . There varieties was also nice. Must recommended
Friendly, helpful staff are eager to help.Clean, neat inventory makes for a pleasant shopping experience.
Love the clothing.Employees leave a lot to be desired. Not friendly at all. From the fitting room attendant to the cashier.
Great store! T-shirts for a great price. Chino pants unfortunately they dont have in a 30 length, but that doesnt take away from the awesome store this is.
Always great deals and selections. I wish the staff were more helpful. Some of them were nice and attentive while other just walked right past you, look you in the face and never ask if you needed help even tho you looked lost and cant seem to find what youre looking for. I digress. You cant let unwilling staff ruin your shopping experience. So shop save and enjoy like I myself did! Overall great place to shop and youll save money while doing so. Happy shopping!!!
Good quality and VERY affordable prices. Extremely pleased.
Pretty generic cheap clothing, comparable to that of H&M and the like. I do like their low priced undergarments (I call them bloomers, but theyre actually just the short like things you wear under dresses to keep your thighs from chafing). Mine have lasted a while and been extremely helpful to me in my travels around the world.
Staff are very well trained and were always helpful. The top floor is EXTREMELY hot and there isn’t much ventilation up there and that’s where the women’s clothes are mostly at. It’s really clean and organized and the quality of the merchandise is worth the price. We were able to find outfits for the entire family!
A favorite brand, store is busier now that other locations have closed, there are frequent returns/exchanges hence longer lines but it moves quickly due to efficient employees. Bring your own bag or pay for a bag to carry your purchase.
First time coming here since I was visiting Philly. The prices are great and the style is unique. But has a lot of plain things too so something everyone. A mixture of H&M and American Apparel
Great, affordable prices for products. Great sales during the season
Pay .11 for a bag or bring your own.
This is the only place I shop in Philly!
Bought a sweater today. Store cashier forgot to remove the security pin. Now I need to drive up to philly again. Please be responsible.
Awesome brand which I discovered by accident. Their thermal inners are very soft and efficient. A nice layout of the store gives you a refreshing vibe, makes you roam around and explore. A must visit place.
Pretty crowded (went on a weekend), but the staff was nice and efficient. You can get your pants hemmed on site which is cool.
Great experience 👍
Every thing is neat. I asked a lady about the sizing and she kindly helped me. Also, points for having a diverse staff. If you are built (not to be racist) like the asian people, then this store is for you. The clothes there are not made for people with a larger bust. They sell my size there and the stuff is made well. I even like the prices, but the fit could be better.
Found some nice baby clothes there. My daughter found a coat she liked there.
I love uniqlo for their range of winter wear and light warm clothes during the Fall. Their quality is excellent and value for money. Its a four storied store on Chestnut street with floors dedicated to men, women and kids wear. A great shopping experience.
Three floors of clothing options, and plenty of helpful staff. Uniqlo is generally my favorite stop in center city for clothes, socks, and underwear. The mens area is downstairs and takes up the whole floor, which is nice, especially considering the quality of the clothes and frequent sales. The womens area on the top floor its even bigger, and has lots of great styles. The most common payment is on the first floor, back left.
Terrible. They charged for cheap paper bag for $0.10.Anytime you go. You need to bring own bag. They cannot afford for give free bag right now.Anytime you shopping at Uniglo.Do not to bring own bag.
I love Uniqlo. It was my introduction place into minimalist fashion 😊
3-story building with a broad assortment to bring this well-known international Japanese brand to America; the cut for men is perfect for my partner, who is very tall and lean, and has a hard time finding well fit, slim tapered jeans. Great prices and often runs promos to get great quality seasonal items for an even better steal!Offers free tailoring/hemming on bottoms.
Unfortunately, the only one in the area now. But its just as good as the ones in NYC, with several floors, and offers the same stuff everybody loves and buys. Good promotions, good stuff. Cant say a negative thing. Their chinos are comfy, and best of all, I love their selvedge denim.
Great customer service, friendly greeters at the door and a great selection for kids women and men
Customer service is awful! I bought two pairs of pants and the only difference was supposed to be the color. Both pants were a size medium but dramatically different lengths. I went to the customer service agent and she said the factor has no quality control. She apologized and did nothing to save my experience. I was ashamed of her terrible customer service. I would only recommend this shop if you can handle being treated like garbage. Their clothes are usually of decent quality, but customer service is terrible.
My favorite place for clothes period. Can’t beat the quality for the price, I now buy all of my socks and underwear here. Staff is always very helpful.
Amazing location with tons, and tons of selections. They pretty much have everything they have online in this store. Everyone was extremely friendly, and my boyfriend was able to get the pants he purchased hemmed within a day.
I brag so much about this store to all of my friends and family, if you like qaulity and function then you come to the right place. The materials used are lite weight but serve a full purpose. If you are the type of person who has to have separate pieces in your wardrobe closet then you must go to this store and do a inventory makeover. You wont be disappointed.
This store is amazing!! Uniqlo is very hard to find in terms of physical locations and this one does not disappoint! Clothes are well made and VERY inexpensive for how chic and aesthetically pleasing they are. I love the floorplan and the general design of the store, its just so modern! Just a great store with a great selection for great prices and excellent service!!
LOVE. The store is well organized and clean. My only gripe is the temperature near the womens fitting room. The ventilation is very poor in that area and I always leave sweaty!!
The clothes are fine, but its degrading to be followed around a store where I spend so much money. Do better. Dont be so stupidly conspicuous and dont only target black people. I wont be back again.
Quality products with good prices. Not the best designs, but totally worth the visit!! If you want the best out of UniQlo, you should visit their flagship store in NYC fifth avenue!
Dont shop at uniqlo! Incredibly low quality clothing. Bought a new pair of pants, and in two weeks the waistband seam who was ripped, making them useless. Went to the store and was not able to exchange the clothes, told it was the policy.
My review about winter items.I got sucks, (ultra heatch) Long tshirts and pants for wearing in 1C to 4C(Temperature), it was comfortable but not warm enough so I wear duble layers. The sucks leave marks on my feet. Not recommend for winter session.
Sizing is a little wierd and generally runs smaller. Womens floor employees were actually quite mean. Clean store though, nice material for exercise clothing.
Youll be toasty warm in these affordable clothes. Not much thats not super warm though
Not sure they was closed
Its great that the store has expanded to Philly. Staff are helpful on the floors, less so at the register that goes for the shift leader/managers. Buy online and pick up in the store.
I love uniqlo and this store was organized and well staffed. I came to buy some athletic shorts, but it appears they did not have any in stock. Granted, it was September first, but I feel like that shouldnt be an issue. Would it be that difficult to keep a shelf filled with shorts year round? What if someone is going on vacation over the winter and needs clothing for a more temperate climate?
I leave the judgment of the brand to you. Im.a big fan anyway. The store is incredible. Great location and well kept. The store itself has good balance of open spacing and high density racks that make for a good shopping experience.
Nice selection, clean bright store, clothes well presented, decent prices. Will shop here again
I love Uniqlo, they always has really good deals, tons of space & to shop around. If your petite like me then youll be happy to hear that Uniqlo hems your pants for free (min. $40 per pants)! The only reason Im not giving this store 5 stars is because some of the employees can sometimes be uninviting, not all, but some.
One if my new favorite stores! And my kids LOVE this place....and buy clothes from them on-line all the time. Great place.
Always out of what you want!
High-tech and affordable clothes, easy to shop.My wardrobe is half filled with Uniqlo products that offer high-tech material at mid-lower price range. I order online mostly, but some things need to be tried on so a physical store in town helps a lot. Its convenient for return and exchanges of online purchases as well. The Philly Uniqlo is not huge but has most of the popular selections and is organized well like all other Uniqlo shops. Its easy to walk in and quickly identify what you want to try.
I like to randomly come here and check out the sales / clearance section. Staff are nice, they greet you when you walk in or if they see you. I find more sale item options here than at other locations.
One of my favorite Uinqlo shops in the U.S. I always find what I am looking for in this one.
Great selection of quality basics at a fair price. Youll pay a bit more than H&M or Old Navy, but the quality of their clothing is astounding for the price. Great shirts, outerwear, and selvage denim. Sizes run small as Uniqlo is a Japanese brand.
I really like this store. Its a Japanese company so the aesthetic is, I suppose, like that of a Japanese version of H&M. It is more conservative in the sense that you wont find items like jeans with rips or extreme washes. Lots of bright colors. Clothes of generally high quality. I love that there is a friendly greeter who welcomes you as you enter the store. It sets you up to expect a good experience. Visiting the upper floors can be a confusing experience if you are not a regular. The staff in the first floor tend to be friendlier than those in the lower level for some reason. A good alternative to H&M which sometimes draws obnoxious teenagers.
The clothing was oddly bland and far from unique. But the store looked nice. The visual department did a great job with signage and visual elements. But the product just wasnt up to my standards.
Friendly staff. They have a large inventory with decent prices. Will definitely go back for more.
