Really love this company. They started in Philadelphia but are around the world. Each store is slightly different in what stock they carry, however visiting different regions can really give you a much different shopping experience. [Ex: warm vs. cold region, etc.]

Consider yourselves disclaimed...)This is the flagship URBAN OUTFITTERS, known as Store 3. And to not 5-star this mecca is a shonda. Boo-urns to the other pointless reviews I hardly read (before typing my own.) (oh, and, you are welcome. thank you, as well. But I digress—Its hip, whats hip? when hip is just the norm...-Digable PlanetsPersonally, I walk around this store with a measuring tape, simply pull items to try on that way (because, for sure, the sizing is antiquated, and the male/female sections mean, well, nothing. Unfortunately, this company intentionally only hires its often immature, pre-pubescent target market kids to work here (at a pathetic rate per hour, always just under the full-time 49-hours a week, so, theyre not insured, and there is no commission.The best advice (that you didnt ask for, and that ) you wont get from anyone there is here for you, Oh-so-awesome, gregarious, wise, and undeniably bc rad af parents who show up here to buy either their offspring some-novelty-any-special-sweet-mos def techy, or trendy, and hopefully absolutely appreciated, who potentially have no clue what exactly to get, after mustering the courage to walk-in here.Effectively rock your giftees socks off – or, on! – with an über generous, gregarious $500 certificate. I guarantee there is, nor will there be anything basic about how stoked they are, upon receiving.Do ask the person who potentially didnt bother to saying hi to you, at the door, to simply to direct you to the register. Lastly, youre welcome. (And, again, thanks)

A variety of styles and items. Some stylish, some interesting, some not for me. The quality of the clothing is ok. But it’s not worth what they charge. Yes, they are overpriced for what you’re getting. The store is stocked and it’s clean. The employees are nice and provide good service… as long as you don’t really need too much assistance. They need more sales.

The staff here doesn’t update their inventory often on the UO app. Also, the staff here does the bare minimum in helping you find anything in the store. Mostly just a bunch of college kids working there for the discount.

So expensive and for what?? They had a Rolling Stones knock off shirt for $60 and they had a better one, actually Rolling Stones merchandise for $12 seriously Urban Outfitters, do better!!!!

Love this place! the staff is super friendly, the body guard is so nice too. the area is clean. i would say the only downside is on the weekends the line can go out the door...

My daughter loves it and the guy who checked us out was great.

DO NOT order online from this company. They use laser ship which is essentially praying an item makes it to you. No customer service on lost items. Everyone kicks the can down the road.Update: After waiting forever to look into what happened they said they would send another. 4 days past nothing. I called again, finally got one person who cared about the customer and said he would send out the package overnight right away. A week goes by. The package says pending, I call and am told they are out of stock, and waiting for more to come in. 14 days later, I get an email saying they canceled my order. So because they waited forever to address the obvious fact the player was missing, it sold out and their customer service is an email offering me $10 off my next purchase of $50. Honestly this company can F off. Do not order online, there is 0 support and customer service.

Used to love this place. The quality of their clothes remind me of forever 21’s clothes. It’s hard to justify the price point now when the clothes are made so poorly and begin to fall apart after the first wash. 5 stars are for the friendly staff and the other things they sell besides clothing

Uses unreputable parcel companies. I have a camara at my front door that is overseen by parking, a bell they never rang, and packages should be received by UPS. UPS never received it. And they received all my packages up to date. When I got notice it arrived went to my front door. No package. Not sure why Urban Outfitters does not care about customers enough to use reputable parcel companies and not use Lasership. But the risk is solely placed on the customer. Online shop elsewhere.

Beautiful summer dresses that just came in.

After getting many emails that delivery was on the way, I finally got the items. But instead of a box, items came in a thin plastic bag. That may be why the pants, which fit well, had black stains on the front and back. I plan to go into my local store, and return them. Very disappointed about the poor shipping choices.

I like their clothes but very often the fitting is weird. Be aware that during the afternoon they close the store for a 1 hr break (today: from 2:45 to 3:45, I dont know if every day they take the break at the same time). I wish they said that on google maps.

Not into fake vintage shirts for bad bands or tie dye

The store is space amazing. I love their Jumpsuits. The clothes are true to size, the prices are affordable & theyre always On trend. I just recently tried the nail polish. I fell in love with the Turquoise ocean, the electric eclectic blue & the best neon yellow. The wonderful thing is if anything is not in stock, you can always refer to the website ..happy hunting

Very trendy store with mix and match items. Sale prices are very comparable. Normal priced items are a bit high but there is a reward program to join that gives you discounts. Employees are nice with great attitudes. Dressing rooms are clean abundant.

Cool. My friend works there. I brought him a 4for4 from Wendys. His boss/manager woman was super chill about it. Good vibes

Its Urban. Always smells great, but strong enough to burn the nose. The music is always good, Ill give them that. Sometimes they have great sales, like the 50% off Sale sale, sometimes you look at item price and think really... the staff is helpful when asked and are typically friendly.

Affordable urban style clothing at Center City prices.

Interesting selection of clothing. The style has changed drastically since the last time Ive been and all of their clothing seems to match a theme. It appears to appeal to a much younger generation and everything is very doll-ish and cutesy. They have great staff and an excellent selection of accessories

I love this store workers are very nice

Nice store but the greatest thing happened. As we walked out the doors, our daughter fell over and put her hands in the freshly laid asphalt on the sidewalk. The nicest guy came to the door and helped us get her cleaned up.

Its way too hipster for me but they do have some cool t-shirts that I stumble across now and then. Their oddball assortment of non-clothing items kinda reminds me of Spencers if you are old enough to remember that outfit.

Fun place to shop especially if youre looking for something different to wear. The associates are extremely friendly youre greeted when you first walk in they treat everybody with the same dignity and respect. I have definitely become a regular customer and Im a big fan of their vinyl records!!!

Urban Outfitters are always On trend and economically On Point! On break, I walked into the store to take a look. Unfortunately nothing was in my size. The store had a bunch of XS....I will go online to order medium sized selections

Love Urban and their clearance sales! I love everything about this place and would totally move in if I could! Their products are great...the design of the store and the atmosphere are open and fun!

Over priced tattered clothing that only sells for its pseudo-nostalgic factor since most of the clientele aren’t even old enough to remember anything before 2000. This is for all locations btw. Nothing against the staff. Always very nice to my wife. To each his/her own I suppose.

What happened to the shoe collection? This place used to be much cooler. I guess I am too old now to appreciate all the gadgets the put in front instead of the selection of clothes and shoes they used to have.

Quick service easy access to merchandise

This urban is among the better ones Ive been to, probably namely because this is their flagship store in Philadelphia. Staff is predominantly friendly and often ask if help is needed to find something in particular. If you want something online that isnt in store, you can have it shipped to this location for pickup. Abundantly overpriced, but they do have some good sales pretty often, if you keep an eye out.

The store itself is huge, super easy to navigate and 3 stories tall. I especially liked the bedding/home goods section. Staff was polite and store was clean.

Too expensive, but the stuff is cute. But the amount of material that’s being used, and the fact that most of the material is from a third world country, I just don’t think it should be this pricey. Like damn can I look good without being broke?

Workers are very helpful and extremely nice. If they have you wait they make sure youre okay and try to get what they need as quick as possible.

The price for the hat I wanted was unexpectedly reduced at checkout from the listed $30 (which I thought was too much but I really needed a new hat) to only $10! Very pleasant surprise but should somehow have been indicated. No signage of any kind about it or marks on the pricetag, no input or help from the downstairs employees on the two visits I made.

All of your stores get 1 star from me because your headquarters ripped me off for 138 on order TP09142012. You sent my order to an address i lived at 3 years ago becayse you forced me to order through your archaic online system. This company will screw you over 138 bucks. Buyer beware.

Of all of the Urban Outfitters locations I have been to, this location is one of my favorites. Not stuffy and overcrowded like some of the others I have visited in bigger cities.UO, I only give you 4 stars because your prices continue to be so outrageous. Im thrifty.

Love the multiple floors, and variety of things at this Urban Outfitters. Aside from UO being pricey, theres a huge selection, and if you want to save a little bit the clearance section is huge, and most items in it has at least one of each size. The employees are very friendly and extremly helpful.

Really like Urban, this location has lots of space & the sale racks are my favorite part. But I noticed that the Urban Outfitters located near Upenn always have way better deals going on.

Standard retail store. Nothing special although many think so. There is the regular 3/4 of the store females and 1/4 males and room to sell music records and trinkets.

Terrible company, read the article online about how they are making employees work at their Navy Yard office as well as their warehouses.If something is non-essential during the virus, it is certainly this company.

Love the clothes here! Kind of overpriced for the quality. People who work there are sometimes friendly but not all the time. Many times you have to ask for help, when people should be going around asking if you need any.

Its the end of the holiday sale so slim pickings, but its Urban!! Ill be back

Not my kind of place and not a very diverse selection of clothing. My friend could not find any pants that fit him and he wears a 28/29. I could not find anything for myself either and I dont think it would fit me anyway.

The prices are waaaay too expensive for the quality of clothes youre getting. The stores cluttered and the staff are like robots. And surprisingly the people who shop there are consistently rude no matter what time of day you go!

Love the quality of the clothes and found some name brands too.

They have a lot of womens clothing and cosmetics, but not a lot of selections for men. There are some clearance racks but they are poorly marked. The size availability is not the best with most mid-sizes being sold out already. The multi-level layout of the store is difficult to navigate.

Overpriced and not as cool as it seemed in the nineties.

Of the various Urban Outfitters Ive been to over the years, this location has been the most underwhelming. My biggest gripe is that their sale section is abysmally tiny. One of the best things about UO in big cities is browsing their discounted houseware items, but here they hardly have anything. On top of that Ive always found the cashiers to be kind of surly. I rarely bother going in anymore.

I love this store they have the best hair products if anyone is looking for hair growth products this is the place to come to.

Trendy clothes for a moderately young demographic.

Over priced clothing. Fun atmosphere. The day I was there there was a huge fiasco with the ATM being out of money and their credit card system was down (not under their control I suppose) just a huge inconvenience but I didnt like the way they handled giving some customers a discount or reimbursement of people getting money out from the ATM on site before it ran out of cash. They could have given everyone there at the time at least 10% off. People were there and ready to shop. The lady in front of me said she had to come back so a girl at the register told another girl just give HER 20% since she has to come back...well hells bells...that didnt seem fair. The lady just didnt feel like getting cash and said she was in a rush...so then she got something that no one else was offered. We were all inconvenienced not just you lady.

Classic Urban, nothing spectacular compared to any of the other ones. Clean and well maintained
