This place is amazing with all the latest designs. I loved the sales peoples service as they were very patient with me and helped me find the perfect fit for shoes. They were friendly and I highly recommend to visit this store for your next pair of sneakers.

Great place to pick up a pair of sneakers really quick so people are professional and dont try to push other sneakers on you when they dont have what you want

Shut the whole store down service was terrible the employees were rude and had no idea what they are doing I just spent 30 minutes in the store for a pair of Nike slides please train the employees better ‼️‼️‼️ Never going there again 🤦🏾‍♂️

Place was bumpin. Service was immaculate. Everybody is happy and the bird who rang me up was cute. They said i looked sexy in the hightops so i copped these Air forces. Ill definitely be back :) Sorry my girl crusty :(

I love this store. But the downsize is i guess hes the manager. Short Bald white guy thinks he doesnt have time for anyone. Dude ur standing out on the floor in front of the front door what do u expect when customers walk in? Not ask you a simple question and then you show ur SOOOOO Busy all of the sudden that you start making ignorant faces and try to ignore your question? What kind of manager is that? Need def a better manager. The workers a great though. They actually come up to u and ask if you need some help.

So funny, with all of whats goibg on and still employees manage to be very rude.I walked to the store planning to buy 2 pairs of shoes for my niece and nephew and asked the guy do ypu have jordan one at the door and he said No. I said anything similar he sajd No. I said thank you so much a d he said Ok. Always good quality

Jazmin the store manager always willing to help and so pleasant and playful with my son when he come. They keep him entertained. The entire staff is very nice and friendly. I recommend anyone to come to this location. My son only goes here for all his sneakers

The staff was very accommodating and helped with answering all of my questions. They also dealt with me trying on four different pairs of shoes, so I greatly appreciated their patience and friendliness. The only reason for the four stars is because, they didnt have many of the shoes I wanted in my size. So, it would either be in a different color or a slightly different model. I actually had the shoe I wanted shipped to me (I tried it on in a different color in the store), but that isnt the worst thing in the world. Highly recommend coming here for great sneakers and some active brand apparel. They also usually have good deals, I got my Adidas for $30 off.

Every time I walk in I’m always greeted. Never followed or pressured to buy anything. You ask for one size the staff brings out your size and on above it just to be safe. Wish every store was like this one.

This was the place to go in Philly for some new shoes atleast for me. Nice selection of pretty much everything. Atleast in the athletic department.

Even though they were out of my shoe size for the shoe I wanted, both of the salespeople I talked to on the evening of June 13 were very helpful and informative. Highly recommend!

Great store. Great employees. I won a online raffle for the Bred Toe Jordan 1s on the Footlocker app. They open at 10am but I arrived at 9:30am. They saw me outside n let me in so I could get my Js n bounce. For that, Im a fan. They were very polite about it all too. I will be going back since this was my 1st time in that particular Footlocker. I highly recommend u stop in if u find urself in Center City Philadelphia.

Probably the best Footlocker in Philadelphia. This location has a House of Hoops and a great sneaker selection compared to other sites. Only downfall is parking considering the fact that it is in center city

Good selection but a lot of the staff is looking at their phones.

My main gripe with this location is their service. I was there last on 09/11/18. Nobody cares about their job here. All the employees are just sitting and looking at their smartphones. The women ringing me up couldnt stop texting while I was making the payment.The store manager is even worse. I asked her about a receipt coupon that I had and she said Do you want me to read this for you or can you read this yourself? . In hindsight I should have called her out right there but I was so shocked I could not think straight.It all makes sense since these guys have practically no incentive to sell you shoes. For minimum wage plus 1% commission on sales theyd rather spend time on Instagram than make a sale.I would recommend not buying anything at this location. Go to another one or buy online.
