I went to the Broad st location to look at what they had on the lot. My sales guy Joe was straight to the point and great conversation while I waited. The Manager Lev came and cut straight to the point and assured he can get the deal done and dropped some knowledge as well. Challenged credit no credit go check them out. They get the deal done. My car needed gas and they damn near filled it up. I will be dealing with them from now on. See y’all next year!!!

I’ve never in my life dealt with this much incompetences. The sale rep Robinson is the worst! At first everything was fine. I was pre approved from capital one. He immediately tried to show me the highest cars on the lot. I explained to him very clearly I wasn’t looking for anything special, something in the 2012 range. He completely ignored that and tried to get me in a 2018 rav-4 at $3000 down and $800 a mouth. After that I said I was leaving. Than he said he’ll work with me and find something else. Once we came to and understanding we started the paperwork on another vehicle, he gave me one price but when everything was said and done it was $100 over the price he quoted for my monthly, the same for the insurance. He didn’t use my capital one pre approval. He used another bank, and didn’t tell me until everything was signed and processed. After pulling off the lot two days later he calls me asking for paystubs again. And more information that was provided in my application. At this point I had given him my information twice already. When I questioned him about why he keeps asking me for the same information, Than he accused me hiding something because I didn’t want to give him my information again. The whole experience was horrible. I’m giving the car back today! Definitely not worth it.

Really wouldn’t recommend, I bought a Jeep that check engine light came on 30 min after I drove off the lot. The car had no brake fluid in it. I had to bring the car back 2-3 times in a spand of 2 weeks. They weren’t trust worthy and after I bought the car the associates demeanor changed like they cared less about my problems.

Robinson was our salesperson and was great. Worked with us every step of the way and I definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family. They gave us a rebuilding credit which was fair with payments. Thank you so much. We definitely will be back!

Place is horrible. Wouldnt recommend it if it was the last dealership in the city. Would rather walk or catch Septa before I buy anything from there. Took advantage of my daughter and sold her a car that been having problems. Then they try to hide behind the paperwork. Charging her for a battery and says it costs $175. No battery costs that much. Going to be taking legal action as my next step.
