I came to this Hyundai dealer stressed and pressed for a car after my previous Hyundai was totaled out. Not only did I drive off in a new car it was the exact car I wanted. A 2022 Hyundai Kona! It’s so hard to find a lot full of cars these days at dealerships and this Hyundai dealer is loaded with options. Their customer service won me over before anything else, we were immediately greeted and helped as soon as we arrived. I don’t have the best credit but Hyundai made it happen for me I drove out of there with a BRAND NEW CAR with only 12 miles on it. I absolutely love my Kona!! The color is perfect (RED) the safely features are amazing, it’s the perfect size and it drives so quietly and smooth. I am %100 satisfied with my purchase, Hyundai will always have my business. Bought this 2022 Hyundai Palisade Limited from Eddy at Faulkner. After our 2020 Palisade was ruined in a flood we were desperate to buy another as this vehicle is our perfect family vehicle. We live in NJ by the shore and all local dealership were selling theirs for $5k to $8k over MSRP, taking advantage of people like us who lost so much when a hurricane came through. So I searched as far as Philadelphia and that’s where I came across this 2022 and Eddy Alfroukh, our salesman. He was polite, professional, and (shocker) honest. He sold us the vehicle we wanted for MSRP. No hidden fees. No gimmicks. Just getting what we paid for. (And by the way, we are very, VERY happy). If you go see Eddy at Faulkner mention my name. Do NOT purchase a Hyundai. I bought one in 2018 and the engine does not work. Took it here to get fixed and they said it was nothing wrong with it and proceeded to process my inspection. It broke down on the highway a few weeks and I got it towed there. They kept it for almost a month and then it broke down a day after I got it back. I was unable to get an answer on the phone to get an appointment to bring it back and the issue got worse. I dropped it off without an appointment and they told me I have to wait for all of their other appointments. And then told me they’re probably going to have to do the same thing which clearly didn’t work here. I got a second opinion from AAA and they told me it is negligence on their end. They also have no loaners available for you and haven’t reimbursed me for my rentals.

The lady in which whom i talked to days before my service check had a nasty attitude and gave me false information. The day of my service check, she approached my vehicle and aggressively asked if i was going to get out my car. she then proceeds to give me an attitude and it took 2 hours just to get my oil changed.

This weekend, we went to see Eddie at Faulkner Hyundai to test drive a Tucson and Venue. Due to the ongoing shortage of cars, they did not have either SUVs. From the moment that I arrived in their showroom through leaving with my car, I was treated with courtesy and respect . Despite the fact that it was a holiday weekend and all sales consultants were busy with customers, there was minimal wait for me to be seen by Ruslin. Good service, pleasant staff.A driver exit onto the street that runs parallel to the dealership would be an asset for driver safety. REASON: at the end of that street is a traffic light and entering onto Roosevelt Blvd from traffic light control is far better than the current exit from the dealership which causes the driver to merge into oncoming, often speeding and not so courteous, traffic. Service at Faulkner Hyundai has been good but exiting your dealership is a nerve-shattering experience and may be the reason why I dont return for future service.

LeeAnn was nice, but we’d never buy another car from any Faulkner dealership. Their Fees are too expensive, and not getting a full tank of gas at delivery put a bad taste in our mouth. They told us their gas pump has an auto shut off when it gets too hot outside. A weak excuse in my opinion, and pretty poor service that they wouldn’t fill the car up for us at a regular gas station, since the dealer gas pump was not functioning. They gave an “IOU” for a tank of gas but the pump is always down when we call, if we’re even lucky enough to get an answer….. They could’ve given a gift card to a gas station at least. (Especially for the price and FEES charged). Sorry Faulkner, NEVER AGAIN, we won’t be back, not that you care……..

Awfull service in world! 3 weeks for diagnostic, 3 times doing wrong estimates, Very expensive, somebody during test drive scratch the bumper and make it ironic and trying put fault on customer... very disappointed!!!

Worst Hyundai dealer in the area and that includes Fred Beans believe it or not. Took my car in for a sunroof issue and was told that I needed a fuel treatment service and spark plug replacements. They are just looking for a money grab and not to actually fix any issue.

Deplorable bate and switch tactics!!! Upon finding a suitable vehicle Faulkner Hyundai dealership I was contacted via email by the floor sales manager(on Saturday, the 5th of June). I went on Monday, the 7th of June at approximately 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they were closing up early for the holiday. On Tuesday I entered the dealership and the salesperson told me that they no longer have the car it was sold and delivered on Monday. But he was more than enthuse to sell me a car which was $5000 more the same exact model, With the same exact features. Nevertheless I was deeply moving saddened by such an approach and Left without the vehicle. This same said exact thing happened also at Faulkner Toyota(see review at that site).

Waste of time! Had us run 2 different co signers credit to tell us the day of signing for the lease that they couldnt offer people with work visas a lease though they knew the situation upon entering into the car deal.

Quick service and hassle free

Two weeks ago I came to get my rims serviced due to curb rash and I was not informed that my car would need to be kept for 2 days. I rescheduled the appointment and was told to call when they first open on my appointment day that I would get my car back the same day. I called today and the representative said that they would keep my car and that it’s also a Friday so they are not sure if it would get picked up today. I’ve been getting the run around to have a service completed that’s apart of my warranty and it’s very disappointing.

Do not trust this dealership with your business. I saw a car I was interested in online and decided to give the dealership a call to see if it was still available and if I would be able to come give it a test drive. A salesman gave me a call back and told me the car was still available and he would hold the car until I arrived. Once I arrived, we test drove the car and I really liked the car so decided to purchase the car. It was about 6 p.m. when I worked out the purchase price with the salesman and we came to an agreement. They began to run my credit and came back about 30 minutes later saying it is taking much longer than usual, we will hold the car for you. We will give you a call in the morning to come back in and finish up the paperwork. The next day came and nobody gave us a call for awhile so we decided to stop in just to speed up the process. Once we got to the dealership, they made us sit in the showroom for 30 minutes just to soon tell us that they ended up selling the car in the morning and it is no longer available. Now I have a ding on my credit and I have no car. The salesman I worked with the night before was unfortunately not working the next day and they even stole the deal from under him. Do not trust the managers at this dealership as they will scheme you.

I purchased my 2015 Infiniti Q50 in March of 2021 from this dealership. After only driving the vehicle for two months I noticed my steering wheel would shake when braking. I was disappointed to find out that I needed both brakes and rotors replaced in such a short period of time. It makes me question if the vehicle passed inspection before I purchased it.

This is my second Hyundai car. I had a Santa Fe, and it was so reliable and comfortable that I decided to stick with Hyundai again. I went with a Kona this time because its so cute! It was tons of safety features- active lane assist, forward collision assist, backup camera and blind spot monitors. My Santa Fe was a 2012 and it didnt have all of that. I was surprised when I was driving on the 95 and going around a bend, and I realized after awhile that the car was steering itself. Its awesome! Obviously, I still keep my hands on the wheel and pay attention at all times, but it helps in case something distracts you, and you veer out of the lane a bit. The car will help keep you in the lane and it will also beep at you if you veer out. Very nice! The safety features were a big selling point for me. I love the back up camera. Its very clear and it helps when parallel parking. It also has a touchscreen that works with Apple Car Play. You dont need to pay for navigation. Google maps comes up on the screen, and you can reply to text messages using Siri. No typing needed, just speaking to the touchscreen works for texts.I am very happy I chose Faulkner Hyundai. I was speaking to 3 dealerships, and the other 2 dealerships kept calling me, texting me, emailing me every day. Sometimes it was by several people, and it was too much. I liked that this dealership didnt bring on the pressure to make a sale. I was able to think about it, go on the Faulkner website myself and play around with the monthly costs by altering down payments, interest rates, etc. If you type in the tags cost, plus the 8% sale tax and your down payment and trade in, the price is very accurate. You can even alter the sale price, and see how the price changes.My salesman was Fred, and the sales manager was Rob. The finance guys was Andy and Joe. Everybody was very nice, it was a positive experience!My pick was the 2020 Kona SEL greyEdited to add some observations. My tire was low and a pic of a car showed on my dash, with all 4 tires and their PSI. The back left tire was flashing, and showed the PSI as 25 vs 32 for the others. That is so convenient. No more checking all 4 tires to figure out which one.The front collision warning works! It saved me getting into an accident. I was merging on onto a highway, slowed my speed, and there was enough of a gap for me and the 2 cars in front of me to merge, but the front car literally came to a complete stop, a very hard stop. I had looked for a second to my left, saw there was a good gap, and in that second, the front car had come to a very hard stop and was at a complete stop on the highway. But my dash started flashing and beeping and made my attention focus and I was able to brake. Thank god...that front car got on the highway eventually and drove at 40 miles an hour...ugghh and she was young too...I was expecting someone who looked 90 years old. I could understand coming to a full stop if there were speeding cars, and no room, but it was a weekend, and there was a lot of space in the lane..And my insurance went down $25/month. They said with all the safety features, a lot of the times, its cheaper to insure new cars now. FYI, the acceleration isnt the fastest. If you can afford it, I would go with the ones with the turbo plus engine. I was going to go with the SEL Plus, but at that time, there werent any available. Its not a big deal for me, but if there was a Plus at that time, I would have gotten it.
