Went to this lot fully prepared to buy one of the cars they had listed. We had done a ton of research and were psyched. Sales person wasnt wearing a mask and was generally unhelpful. He had a Trump bobble head on his desk and a tump 2020 sign hidden poorly. 2 out of 4 cars we checked out smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. Gross experience. Leave your politics at home. So unprofessional.

Went there to see a car their website listed at 10,400. I got there and the first thing he says is look at the fine print, its actually 12,400. Ok...........? Checked out the car and it had a bad TPMS sensor somewhere. Do you know what that is? If not, you might have bought his BS that the tire pressure just changes, like in the winter. Ok dude, its August. If any of this confuses you or you expect to negotiate, go somewhere else.I found another dealer and got the limited edition of the same car with 30k less miles and no rust for $100 more.

Best experience ever! These guys are professional, friendly, not pushy, and 100% reliable. We put a deposit down, and they worked with us and waited a couple of days for us to bring the balance. Bought my first car from here and It was a great day! But the car had a lot of problems right off the lot even though it was a fresh inspection! I guess they just slap stickers on these cars Because after dumping lots and lots of money into the car a week after I got it, the car completely died on me within 7 months.

We bought a 2008 Elantra for our daughter. I was a little disappointed that the advertised price on the web had a disclaimer that the price is actually 2000 more. Watch for this if your using price parameters in the search engine. The negotiated price was still a great deal. The car did have some trouble and the owner sent out his guys to fix it. Drove the car to South Carolina with my daughter with no problem. I would definitely feel comfortable purchasing from them again.

When they thought there might be a problem with my timing chain, not only did they give me a loaner car to use so I could still get to work, but they also put in a new engine just to make sure the car would run smoothly. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Went in yesterday morning with 2 particular cars in mind both of which happened to be at their location in the northeast. Not even a month ago i gave this place a good review ...I TAKE IT BACKKK..my son bought a jeep liberty for $5,000 in April of 2019 come oct it needed a new engine so Joe said hr would put an engine in on Oct 26 2019 ...on Dec 7th i was driving it shut down and started smoking..i called joe and as i was on the phone with him it caught fire...he said he would make it right ....A BIG LIE....i could have lost my life as i ran from the jeep weaving in traffic on City Ave...THANKS FOR NOTHING

Dont EVER buy a car from these scammers!! They will say anything to get you to buy a car, then within 2 weeks the car had all flat tires a side airbag exploded on my husband when the car was in park, thats right.... Not even moving. The car shouldnt have passed inspection and we werent going to buy it unless it was. These guys put an inspection sticker on it meanwhile the car was proven not safe. We even went and got a warranty! They said if anything is wrong with the car call us we’ll help you” we’ll here we are today, car was bought in December and it hasn’t moved in months. They don’t answer calls, they told us they would give us a different car and now they don’t answer our calls, was promised a call from the owner, never called us back after us calling a number of times. I was recommended to them by a friend, but my experience with them has been a nightmare. My advice, Stay away!!!

I bought my first car from Automaxx (a 2005 Jeep Liberty) a little over a month ago. I worked with Joe for a couple of days who gave me very honest advice on cars that I was looking at/how to buy my first car. At first when the shop was pushing the Liberty on me, I was skeptical that maybe it was too good to be true. I came to find out that it actually was just truly the best car for me, and they lowered to price to something fair that I could afford ($5,300). I went to multiple dealerships before Automaxx, but knew right after my first conversation with Joe that this is where I would buy my first car, even if I had to wait for something that I liked to come in. All in all, these guys are very trustworthy and down to earth. They skip all the salesmen talk and get straight to the point. Listen to the advice they give you!!A couple of days ago, my brake light came on and I went back to them to check it out. Even though I showed up unannounced and it was a couple of days outside of the month warranty, they treated me like family and immediately looked at the car and fixed it for 35 dollars! Its running good as new and Im so happy with my choice to work with Automaxx. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car, especially for a fair price. Truly a family business!
