I just found out that this dealer sold me a vehicle with “Structural Damages” I went to trade it into another dealer and the CarFax report came back that the previous owner had an accident that caused this damage & the car shouldn’t have been sold! They sold the car to me for double it’s worth & never disclosed this! I basically have a good looking car with horrible structural damages!

Ive learned in life that perception is real to the one perceiving there was a post that I put up that was a mistake I thought that someone had taken my wallet at the business it was not true please forgive me never to be to apologize

Definitely great staff and easy process. Cars seem very good. Wasn’t qualified for a car but I gave 4 stars because I think you should change your advertising/wording in advertisements. And the guy wasn’t petty about me not qualifying either. I thought that was nice. He could have said something nasty or mean about my situation, but he didn’t. Other than that they were really nice and pretty good experience.

Had to drive 50 minutes there and 50 minutes back just to find out they didn’t have the car they said they did. Was in communication with agents texting back and forth about the car the day before and day of and was not warned the car was no longer for sale. They could at least send a courtesy text to let me know it was sold. Unprofessional.

I filled out an application online with this company next day I started getting all types of weird emails someone even applied for a credit card or something in my name, be careful with the online application never know where your information is going or to whom it is going.

False advertising on Carfax.com and on their website. Claimed the cars are listed for wholesale price... And that there are extra fees for delivering the car from the auction and then another fee for prepping the car ... or as the manager told me painting a bumper, etc.... Mind you the car is already on their lot. And why not just add these costs to the the price listed online? Why waste the customers time? I dont care about your wholesale price... I only car about how much I have to pay for it...You end up with 2-3k above listed price for a car they bought from the auction. Deceptive business tactics aint for me.Plus the car salesmen didnt even talk about the car he was selling.. Just stood there like I was suppose to sell him the car, and not vice versa.Save your time and dont come here.

I called ahead and made an appointment to test drive and buy the Honda Odyssey at 1p. I arrived at 1:19p. They greeted me and said they would be right out. I waited 15 minutes for Sam to come. Finally after nearly 30 minutes he came, and said the car would be here shortly. This dragged on until 2:45 (1.5 hours). I had my two little girls with me, and cash (my wife and I are both doctors and she was working, so the girls got to tag along with me :). They didnt apologize, offer us refreshments, accommodations/etc. Come to find out, the listed price is apparently the wholesale price. They add at a minimum 2,000, plus a ~$350 document fee.Wow. Cars are shiny, but very disappointed at the poor customer service, disrespect and hidden fees.

I have never had an amazing time buying a car before now. Working with Mayfair imports and the best Salesman James was a dream.
