Had a state inspection that needed completed ASAP. I didn’t wait long and there was a long line ahead of me. So they work fast. The staff in the lounge were friendly and the lobby was nice and had complimentary bottled water chilled, coffees, tea, and Philly pretzels and hot mustard. Plus vending machines and guest WiFi. I got a lot of work done whilst waiting and it made the time go by quick.
This place is great! I called to ask if I could get an oil change snd get my battery replaced!! He asked me for the make and model they’d get the battery I needed for a jeep!! I was in and out in no time flat!!! It’s nice, clean and comfortable! They do very good work!!Definitely recommending this place to all my friends!!

Convenient and well-priced. I always get The Works package but they dont always rotate the tires and clean the battery terminals like they claim to. I mark my tires every time and often I find that they are not rotated.

Not 100%The turnaround time once we send a vehicle over there it’s 2 to 3 weeks tops too much timeOn the other hand their service is satisfactory/not quite 100% so I would say 75% OK 25% not OK on their work professionalismThey definitely could use some improvement on time frame turnover and quality of work.We’ve had to return a few vehicles back to them pertaining to the same issues that they were bringing for that was not corrected properly!They need to be better and then Diagnostics and Repair’s.I don’t have time to keep returning the same truck to the dealer for the same original problem that he came in for.Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts and professional feedback have a great day.

Andrew was really great! There was a mix-up on my part concerning the appointment process and Andrew went out of his way to make sure my car received the state inspections.
Please don’t go to this location if it’s not an absolute emergency. I understand this place three times and each time I’ve experienced an abnormality with my vehicle! The first time was the passenger side floor mat which I didn’t notice until the next day at the car wash while using the vacuum cleaner, next was a major dent on the driver’s side rear door which was odd because I only park in a garage both at home and work and there was no video of the assailant and therefore no proof because I didn’t notice it immediately, after this was the last and final straw when they took one of my tires and replaced it with a bald one tire with zero grip which was odd because even tough I do roll my tires due to the power of my vehicle only one tire had this irregular wear and tear!!! And each time I’m asked about the service I received there is no follow up when I voice these concerns. I say all that to say this, if you do decide to use this service please make sure you do a personal inspection both before and after your visit and be sure to record for abnormalities

They correctly diagnosed 50% of the problem with my Ford F-250 Diesel, which was stalling mostly when I drove over potholes and bumps. They replaced the fuel injector cap and filter (not needed to resolve the issue) and fiddled with the after market hydra connect the previous owner added (the actual problem). My truck started stalling MORE as I drove it and they were less than helpful when I called to tell them you didnt fix this. I took my truck to D&W Diesel and they fixed it for 1/3 of the price. I will never return here and encourage other diesel owners to avoid this location.

I purchased a used 2017 Ford Explorer. The salesman Kenny was the best. The whole company and sales staff was professional and courtesy. The problem is the wait time to purchase a vehicle. I am sure it is mostly no fault of the sales staff or management. You have to speed up the process of paperwork and credit, financing and overall everything included to purchase a vehicle. It was a cumbersome to get my vehicle today. Definitely not the staff or management issue here.

Francisco aka Frisco was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He got me in and out but with a full diagnosis and repair. I felt comfortable during the wait and the conversation we had after the repair was professionally courteous and informative! I will be taking my vehicle to this shop from now on and referring family and friends as well!

Staff are friendly, had an oil leak. They were able to take care of it and change some filters for me. Its just ok for a quick run in if you need your oil change, new tires and rotation.
Since I bought my 2009 Ford F 150 platinum in 2019 I have been going to quick lane for my oil changes first time being right around when the pandemic started, To my surprise they were one of the few places open to even get an oil change, I called & with no appointment they took me right in changed my oil right away had respect for my vehicle & me & now fast forward to now 3rd oil change in with them & still no appointment took me right in & everyone was wearing masks ( which I greatly appreciate, I take this pandemic seriously with my health issues ) Loved my service & this time in they brought in fresh pretzels while I was waiting which was a +. Will be returning in the near future.

Horrible place for contractors to bring their truck here!Came in with an appointment for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and check why the “low fuel” comes on every couple of minutes, even with a tank full, on my 1year old truck. All of this was clearly explained and documented from when I scheduled the appointment.Arrived in time and left my truck to the person in charge and told me in a couple of hours tops I should be good to go. I left their place 6 hours later!!!Their technician who was fixing my truck and checked in with me, didn’t seem confident of what he was doing, telling me that his supervisor was jumping in to the situation (???). I did appreciate his honest efforts, but this should never take 6 hours. All they did was an update on the software! Obviously they didn’t care about me getting out of there. For their own reasons, the young tech was not able of managing whatever was going on, and they just let it go like this for hours.Worth mentioning that the manager of the service department probably needs more training hours in costumer service basics, totally ignoring my situation. When I explained my situation to him, he was just rude and ignorant.This is not the first time their service department disappoints me, but this last time they really dropped the ball!They have to find a different way of treating professionals that need their vehicle ASAP, compared to costumers that just bring their personal vehicle in, and even learn how to assign the right tech for the right job.I regret bringing my vehicle here, having a negative impact on my schedule and the production of my day (I lost 2 costumers that day because of their miscommunication and incapability of delivering proper service). In general my whole day was ruined thanks to them.

I went to drop my car off figuring its a dealer so it will be a couple of days wait and since I drive over the road in a truck it wouldnt be an issue.I stopped by a couple of hours later because I left something in my car that I needed to have with me for the week to find that they had finished the work and didnt come up with anything additional to pad the bill with!!This is the second time this has happened!!Have I found a honest dealer service center? Who knew this secret?I highly recommend this service center.

I had a great experience with quick lane at Pacifico ford. The pricing on the battery replacement was reasonable and James kept me well informed throughout the process. They were able to order me an Uber to get back to my home and to the shop to pick up my car which was a huge plus and they even stayed open a few extra minutes passed closing so that I could come get the car same day instead of waiting until morning. Service was kind, clean and professional.
Had air bag replaced because of recall and service is great and friendly. They provided me with snacks and a Lyft home. Very professional.

State and emission inspection was also performed and is discounted for Pacifico For Life Customers.All three times I was taken at time of my appointment and the service was professional and satisfactory.

The Ford dealership was absolutely amazing! I arrived about 15 minutes early to my appointment and from the start the staff was very professional. After getting situated in the waiting room, the Service Rep checked in with me 3 times (over the course of an hour) to confirm my car issue, give me updates and tell me how they fixed my car. I had an emergency with my 2019 Explorer while driving near Pacifico Ford. I pulled in and received the best service anyone could ask for. They fixed the problem as soon as they could and I was back on the road very quickly. Everyone in their service department was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Pacifico service department.
