AVOID! AVOID SCAM! Didnt do the Alignment I asked for. They make you sign a form requiring you to pay 25 if they cannot do alignment. Instead they took $25 for diagnoses. Which involved the guy lift the car up and twisting the tie rod ends back and forth with his hands. It was a total of 60 seconds.Told me I need new inner AND outer tie rod ends.I didnt trust them, as I was suspicious as soon as they made me sign a form just walking in the door. I took my car to an independent garage they put the car on the ramp and tested all ball joints, bushings and tie rods, and sway bar links, and told me they found NO PROBLEMS and nothing needs to be replaced.

Alignment Scam. Advertise $50 alignmemt just to get you in the door, most places charge $70 for alignment. They do not know what they are doing!!!Too my car here for an Alignment, they didnt do an alignment instead told me I needed new tire rod ends both inner and outer. Firstly they are called tie rod ends, not tire rods. Clearly they have little suspending and steering geometry knowledge. I had to pay then $25 for them to tell me they cannot do the alignment until I replace the tire rods. I do all car maintenance myself so I am very knowledgeable, I only take my car for an alignment because it requires specialist equipment. Their method of check the tie rods for wear is totally incorrect.

Waste of time and Money!They clueless guys will take your money and not do the work asked of them and then tell you that you need to spend $$$ more in order to replace parts that do not need replacing. After being told I need new parts, I went to two other places for a second and third opinion, guess what they both said nothing is wrong with current parts.

These group of men are striving to be better today as well as tomorrow. I hope they receive all the necessary things they need to be safe, and keep us safe out here in our travel. They did a beautiful job on my rims. Right there on the spot!!! Melissa at the front desk was awesome keeping my mother and I company while the techs in the back did my rim change out, I wanted my new flashy rims on my SUV and Melissa told me how to protect them from the upcoming Winter salt and brine. My truck went from looking like Grandmas supermarket ride, to MY REAL DEAL VE-HI-CLE. WILL COME BACK IN THE FUTURE. I will say I felt as though the price was slightly high, but they dont try to get over, plus, I cant really complain as I got what I needed done on short notice. And everything I needed it was included in the price. Ill be bringing friends in the future!They were better than Pep-Boys and saved me an additional trip to the dealer for TPMS sensors as they got them installed for me on site.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst customer service! They will scam you out of making you pay more for repairs you dont need! Went to get a wheel alignment; paid $400 for a different repair I DIDNT ASK FOR. Then they lost my wheel lock; and had the nerves to blame me and get an attitude with me... later, it was found in their office. Ended up going somewhere else, and got my alignment WITHOUT extra repairs.

They had me in and out for my inspection.

Went in for a oil change and wheel Alignment to be told I needed parts before the alignment could be done and I needed 2 front tires. 1st my tires didnt need to be replaced and not even close to low tread 2nd I went to have my car looked at after I left and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Dont trust this place get a second opinion! Its funny how the 3 customers before me needed the same parts and work I did and all cars were different models! DONT TRUST THEM!

They offer a full range of services for your car maintenance needs!Specifically, I needed to have my battery replaced, car tires rotated and balanced, and my oil changed.They were able to source the parts / have the parts delivered in less than a half hour, and the service quality was great too!The receptionist and staff were really friendly and kept me up to date on the status of my car while I waited.If you need food while waiting there are local bodegas / convenient stores down the block that were easy to walk to.Im def. going back if I have others repair needs.

I had a nail puncture in my right front tire and had a long trip to make later that day. I checked Yelp and Google for a reliable mechanic open on a Sunday and found Tire Techs USA. They were able to patch my tire up and fill some air up in all of my other tires for a great price. Their service was quick and their degree of knowledge/helpfulness was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Oh boy what a day I had, after getting a flat tire yesterday and waiting 6 hours for the tow truck to arrive, missing work, waiting an additional 6 hours for another tow service the next day the only thing I needed was a smiling face and an easy process. Thankfully I got just that from Tire Techs. Wonderful service, expedient, and the best price.Thank you, you made my day so much better.

They do a good job on work but there customers service isn’t that great at all. I had a coupon from them went go get work done their worker didn’t apply coupon I asked before work was and done multiple times if the coupon would still apply. The manager comes up and says it’s too late to apply a discount on the work just come back to get an oil change for 50% off. I come back for the oil change and explain the situation now the manager doesn’t know what I am talking about even though they said they would remember me from the amount of money I spent in their shop. They are just a profit shop and will try to get you for your money be careful when dealing with this shop. The manage pretended that he wasn’t the manager and I should just call back to speak to the manager even though I was speaking to him right there and then. He was trying to sarcastic. If you need work done stick to the dealerships don’t go to a small shop like these guys who don’t know customer service and are very profit hungry people

Waited all day without my car getting done, however when I came back the next day my car was done quickly and efficiently! Their prices were very reasonable and the staff was friendly. Disclaimer: you may get serviced faster if you already have the parts needed for your car.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! i only came in for a used tire due to a blow out, however thanks to Abigail and Melissa i was able to finance 4 brand new tires making small payments every 2 weeks!!! everything from start to finish was completely easy and hassle-free. need more of these shops in business. thanks guys!!!

I went to Tire Tech USA because I had an issue with a flat tire and the office manager hooked me up. She was pleasant and helpful. She helped me get some food while I waited for my car. I left with 4 new tires and a wheel alignment for a great price. Better than all of that I had a good experience. I highly recommend going to this great team of people that speak with you like a human being.

Just got my inspection done tires changed its a nice and fast spot with professionals.

I thought I had a pleasant experience until I drove a little bit and realized they had given me a bad tire. I went back and they told me that I needed $1200 worth of work. I took it to my mechanic, who I should have taken it to in the first place and all I needed was a new tire and an alignment which totaled $200.

I wish I could rate this place a 10 * the manager was a young female that was absolutely wonderful she knew what her customers needed and where they were at in line was very polite and very professional. The service was top-notch performed well done in a reasonable length of time I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs anything done for service on their vehicle especially because of the manager she was excellent.

They wasted my day getting new rotors and brakes,they cant even find a stud for my vehicle.They made me late for my job it took them 5 hours.I suggest not to come here for car help

I came in about a month ago after having so many problems with finding good prices anywhere else. I stumbled across this place and loved my experience.Speaking with the receptionist was the deal breaker just someone who knows how to listen to detail and kindly help. These people are genuinely hard working people and nothing is better than good low prices. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went there to change oil and inspection; everything turned out to be fine

I will be going back! I needed a starter for my car. The Kia dealer I bought my car from said it would be $140.00 to check to make sure it was the starter and then, they might be able to get to it in three days.I called Tire Techs and they told me it would be done the same day. I went in that evening for a quote. He gave me a quote as if they purchased the starter and also gave me a quote (labor only) as if I purchased the part.The next day I brought my car in at 8:30 a.m., I was finished by 10 a.m.They seem like honest, knowledgeable and courteous people. I will definitely take my car back there for service again.

My experience with this tire shop was great. The customer service from the receptionist was impeccable. They really did an awesome job getting me everything I needed in a timely manner, I had to put a deposit down for my tires and was told to come back the next day. When I got there they took care of me immediately. I would definitely recommend this shop to my family and friends.

These guys are the best! I was stranded after an accident (after hours), two tire technicians came to me, realized my tire was salvageable, put my spare on took me to the shop, they changed my tire and repaired my rim. They definitely got me back on the road safely. I will never forget this shop or the amazing technicians that went above and beyond for me, they literally saved my life tonight. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I visited Tire Techs USA for an oil change that I was overdue for. The mechanic on duty was very manorable and quick with his service. I especially appreciated the help of the receptionist who was very pleasant and attentive with every customer that came in the shop. Overall my experience was great and I would definitely recommend Tire Techs USA to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

Went to them with a flat tire, they “fixed it”. A day later the same tire was completely flat. Went back the told me it was the wheel valve. I asked why wasn’t that checked when the tire was changed, the extremely rude lady at the front desk said they don’t usually check that even tho it’s a a part of the tire. Annoyed, I asked for my car back so I could go to another shop because these “ professionals” obviously have no idea how to change a simple tire. After asking for my car back she stated they already started working on my car and that it would be out in 5mins. Who tf gave them permission to attempt to fix the tire again. Like I should have to agree to that right? Giving me no choice, I had to pay an additional 20.00 plus tax to them to fix their mistake. The initial cost costed me 45.00 plus tax they ended up charging me another 20.00 plus tax for the wheel valve. I’ve never had to pay over 65 dollars for a used tire before. I would not recommend them.The next, all my somehow I had a poster steering leak.. never had issues with that before.I would also like to add that the first time I went, the guy sitting at the front desk was drinking a colt 45 (beer). Ew, he’s only like 40.If you love your car, please don’t take it here.

Came in and notice that the shop was under new ownership. The lobby smelled fresh like a new car. The entire shop was well kept...clean shell I say. The mechanics were hard at work and very polite. I came in to get my BMW aligned and the steering wheel was off by 15 degrees the first time. I came back another time and it is still off slightly but the mechanic worked with me to get it as close to the center as possible. I still think some minute adjustments might help but over all I am satisfied with fair prices and customer service.

The young man was very helpful, he even figured out why my key would not come out of the ignition. The lady in the office was helpful and did not waste taking care of business. I am a satisfied customer.

I showed up on dec 26 stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have a waffled rim and a snapped lug so I could not put my spare on. The service advisor Melissa was super nice and understanding that it was the day after Christmas and everybody is broke. The tech Kevin put it on a lift for me to see how bad the rim was. Both employees were in a great mood and were super friendly. We decided to straighten the rim out while it was still stuck on the vehicle on a lift. Kevin did this in 3 minutes with 100% perfect success. Saved me a ton of money and got me out of philly and back up to the Poconos before the traffic hit. Thanks again to Melissa and Kevin for not only helping me and steering me in the right direction, but for being one of the quickest services I’ve ever had. Cheers.

I meant to post this yesterday but don’t go to this shop these guys are some scam artist first off they charged $15 for a plug then the Spanish guy put a small hole in the inside side wall of the passenger tire he wanted me to believe it was already there but couldn’t explain how a hole could have possibly gotten in the INSIDE side wall of my tire then tried to get me to buy a whole new tire.

In the beginning they were good but after coming here a few more times, things started to go downhill. Every time I come to get a problem fix, I would come pick up my car and the problem was either never resolve or another problem occurred and I mean THE MOMENT you pick it up. They try their best to figure out how to make money off of you. One time I took my car to them and after picking up my car, it was making this loud rattling sound. At this point I gave up on them because I put too much money going to them for everything. Went to another mechanic to figure out why my car was making that noise and they told me that the previous mechanic (Tire Tech USA) FORGOT to tighten my interior tire bolts which could have cause an accident. Never went back to them since.

I am a student at LaSalle University and dont know anything about the neighborhood but needed an oil change.When I came across this place on my way to class one morning. I stopped in just to talk to someone about the pricing and the receptionist was so down to earth and polite.She set me up right then and there for a oil change at a ridiculously low price and I still made it to class on time. Tire tech of USA has two employees that know they craft. They only work during the day so I dont recommend anyone to get there car serviced here period. Far as employment goes its even worse. Own will low blow u on pay which is 8 dollars an hour. Makes u work ridiculous hours. BTW you will get maybe 20 hrs a week. Has a very high turnover rate when it comes to staffing. My opinion just dont do it l. Its plenty of shops that are 1000 percent better to get repairs and employment..

This tire shop went above and beyond for me. I initially thought they were pricey but they were actually extremely reasonably priced. I could have gone to my normal shop but their expertise and great customer service, especially from the receptionist kept my business.

This shop looks so much better than it used to I almost didnt take my brand new Benz there but when I drove by I could see the difference from the outside. I guess theyre under new management or something like that and my light thingy was on so I just drove in. they were nice to me and reasonably priced.
