I called several places in the nearby area for a starter replacement and Andre at Meineke was the only one who was kind and able to get me in the same day. My car refused to start once stopped and had AAA called twice already for the same issue so it was more of an emergency. They ordered the part right away and took me in within the hour to help me. They were courteous and professional once I got in and fixed within a very reasonable time frame!

Had an exhaust leak and I had a feeling was flex pipe. They got the car in and on lift under 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes they confirmed what I thought. They are very honest and said only needed driver side flex pipe. Let me look at exhaust and based on what I saw I did both flex pipes. Excellent work.

I was told by a Firestone service writer last month that I needed brakes, rotors, replace leaking struts, & replace tie rod ends & bushings, totaling about $2700. I had Meineke check all of these items. Your mechanic & service writer recommended replacing the brakes, but said that the rotors were OK & didn’t need replacement, the tie rod ends were okay, & the struts showed a minor leak, not affecting the suspension, & requiring monitoring, but not immediate replacement. Your employees’ honesty saved me about $2200, cost Firestone a steady customer, & gained you a new & satisfied customer.

They repaired my CV in such a quick matter. Called other shops and none had the ability to take my car on short notice. Joe was awesome

I dropped off my car to get an alignment. When I went to pick it up and pay, I requested the alignment report and they stated they didnt print it out. I demanded report, stating I needed it. They said they shut down the computer and it lost the data. I kept arguing with them till they turned on computer, and brought me in back to view report. They blamed it on printer not having ink. I took a photo of the report, and they made NO CHANGES!! ALL alignment specs were exactly the same before and after the alignment. They all gave me attitude and were extremely unprofessional during the whole ordeal. Demanded my money back which they finally gave me a refund. Attached is alignment report showing no work was done. Additionally, they insisted I get new tires, which I had purchased new brand name tires two months prior. These guys really are crooks.

I went in for an aftermarket muffler change today, Rafael did a professional job! Very satisfied with the service and quality work.

My visit to this shop was so amazing. They were friendly and kept me informed of the progress in repairing my vehicle. The pricing was fair and not to expensive either. I took my vehicle here for an inspection and they were able to bring me in at a reasonable day and time. The service performed was done at a reasonable time. I used a Groupon for the service however this did not include the $8 fee for the sticker. I would highly recommend this company for service. Office is clean as well.

Joe was great and informative, he explained the problem my car’s AC had and how they fixed it. Very quick and affordable.

Bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. When I came to pick up my car, I had to pay an extra 5 or 6 dollars. Not a huge deal, just annoying that they don’t include all costs in the Groupon voucher you pay for. Besides that, Chris was very nice and helpful. Oil change took about an hour like they said it would. I’ll probably be back.

Joe got me in as fast as he could for my inspection/emissions. He could of easily turned me away since the shop had an insane amount of cars to inspect due to the virus. I was very pleased with the work and the price. Will be going there for all maintenance for my SUV.

This facility is so professional! They inform you of what services your car is due for but don’t pressure you into getting the services. I had many questions about services recommended and they were extremely patient and explained the pros and cons of getting the recommended services. They informed me there is a profile in my name and I could get the recommended services at the time of my inspection if I could not get them today. They were very courteous and my services were completed within 45 minutes. They’re prices are also reasonable. I strongly encourage making an appointment if you have time constraints. If you are looking for a great mechanic, this is the place to service your car!

Went in yesterday 2/15/20 to have some exhaust work done on my 1996 f150. I didnt have an appointment and just stopped in. Although they were busy, they still managed to fit me in and perform the work I needed to get done. Very professional, clean waiting room and the price was very fair. I cant speak about all Meineke car centers but the one on Northeast Ave is the best. The guys are totally amazing and honest to a fault. They will test drive your car, put it on a lift and fix only what needs to be fixed, charging the lowest rate in the area. I took my car to different places but this meineke is my new go to spot. I got a Green Honda Civic which is my baby and will only trust them for an honest estimate and a great job at repairing. My mom could not figure out how to install windshield wipers and they did it for her at no charge. Their shop is kind of hidden by Beer Hut but they are definitely worth visiting.. if there is nothing wrong with your vehicle, they will k et you know instead of creating a problem just to make a dollar. I trus those guts completely.

Quick and professional service

Went here after going to Midas on Bustleton Ave. Needed one j hook in the back of the car for the exhaust. Midas wanted $95. Meineke charged me $25. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The service was quick and professional, they brought a couple things to my awareness which will need to eventually be addresed. The service manager is great and very friendly. Today was my first time visiting this Meineke Center and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations by far. Customer service is just SUPERB...Jillian was AMAZING!!! She went out of her way to provide me with all the information and help I needed. Shes very professional, very well spoken and makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk through those doors. I couldnt be happier with this place, Ive visited other Meineke centers and though their service is good but never like this, I recommend this place 100%.

So I went online to schedule an oil change after driving around for a whole day trying to find a place to fit me in. I chose meineke due to them having scheduled oil change appointments online every hour. I scheduled for Tuesday at two p.m.. when I came back at three to pick up the car the girl at the front told me they hadnt even taken my car back. I inquired as to why, since I made a scheduled appointment and there was appointments given every hour. She then told me the online site never gave them any of my information. Even though I have two emails confirming the appointment. She then asked me how would you like to proceed in an off putting tone. I obviously needed the oil change so I told her to keep the car. I felt she did nothing to make the situation better. My car was done around 345 pm. I got the more expensive package due to my vehicle being older. Gave three stars because they did the oil change two stars off for customer service. In my opinion if the internet messes up something for a customer you should try to rectify and make them happy.

Power steering line replaced at a reasonable price and it was done in a reasonable time frame. No leakage now.

All I can say is great service and fast !!!!!

I went to Meineke for service after getting recommendations from friends. My toyota had a wobbling issue with the steering and the front desk agent told me that its because of an alignment issue and my tires have worn out. I agreed to change the tires and do an alignment. They charged me a total of $700 for the whole thing and was told that each tire costed $120. But when I checked the price of Yokohoma tires that was put on my van, I could see that Walmart sells them for just $84. Thats a margin of $36 for each tire and making it a total of $144. But the worst thing was, I started getting a noice from the rear side of my Van after the tires where installed and had to drop the car again at service center for 2 more days. But even after that the van was not fixed and they were saying that they cant find whats the issue and its because of aging. The issue was not there when I dropped my vehicle for tire change and came after that. Then they left me without fixing the issue that they created and overcharged for the tire change.Update:I took down the comments posted here after talking to owner who was willing to help and sort out this issue. But after multiple to and forth communication they came to a conclusion that they were not the reason for the noice and the noice would have been there and i would not have noticed it. I made it clear to them that I will take the van to an authorized dealer and fix the noice issue rather than getting it back to them for fixing (which they were not able to identify what exactly was the issue.)They then offered $100 towards a next job or a free oil change initially. I didnt wanted to do anymore major work there again and asked them for 2 oil change instead of the one they offered which was again less than the $100 they offered. They said they will get back and they did get back after a few days saying that they can only provide the $100 service credit and not even the oil change.I really dont want to go back and pay again for an issue that they wont be even able to identify and fix some other issue and again have a new issue (which they will say already existed) and pay for that again. So $100 credit for next job is something they can make up and say they worked for 2 hours and the $100 is gone for analyzing the issue but couldnt find anything.
