Called the store at 6:30 pm to get some information and for someone to kinda coach me through my first time experience in buying something from the store, and I was helped my ms Elizabeth... very very helpful, told me to do a process online and told me to call her back once done and that she would stay by the phone till I called back without leaving at 7pm.. she waited and I called back and she took good care of me !!!!!

Tent a center is a good place to go, pay weekly or monthly and they have good sales and discounts

The environment is extremely dangerous. Inside the store was dirty (floors, windows, front of store, etc). Staff were friendly, and helpful.

We had a great experience at rent a center.

Sold me an electric dryer when i specifically said i needed a gas dryer. also said that it would fit in my basement with the dimensions i gave them. he even measured the units to double check and assured me. they get delivered and its an ELECTRIC dryer that is 3 INCHES to big for my doorway. will NEVER shop here again.
