The guy joe is a fraud. He gave me a broke washer and been telling me her was gonna come out to fix it for over 3 weeks now and never shows up. Mind u when I brought the washer and dryer he took like a month to deliver it because he was doing the same thing. Saying he would come and just not show up. Idk why this place would hire a obvious crack head

Bought stove and refrigerator for one of my apartments. Thought the fridge was not working and the guy came right back the next day to investigate. Found out I just didnt give it time to get cold😀 Going back this week to get a stove for another one of my apartments. Also, communication was great and thats important.

I bought a dryer from them on Wednesday 1/6/21 the dryer does not work. I was told I have a 30 day warranty or a replacement. I called the guy was supposed to come out to fix it he never showed up.I will follow up with a lawyer I am a senior citizen on a fixed income I don’t have money to waste!!

I was sold a washer and dryer and the dryer doesnt work. Ive called multiple times to have it fixed before the 30-day warranty is up which implies if it product doesnt work he will come out and fix it or replace it before the 30 days is up. Ive called multiple times and hes always in route to me and never shows up. Every time I talk to him the next day he has an excuse of why he doesnt show either he lost my number or he got jumped. Ive been calling him for the last two weeks. I will highly suggest that no one buys any product from this guy he seems to be a liar and a hustler. And its funny before he left my house after installing the dryer he told me not to use it for a while because I needed a certain part. I guess he figured I would not test the dryer myself to see if it was working or not. This place is a scam and I highly suggest not to shop here.

Bought a dryer Machine from them after about 1 year of having it the heat stopped working, I called the store so they can get someone to come fix it they never came that was over a year ago now my dryer completely stopped working I’ve called them several times to yet come again the man says some one will be at my house between the hrs of 6:00pm and 8:00pm but no one shows and they have yet to come fix it….

They have used appliances for affordable prices. He will also deliver for a fee and take your old one out if you need him too. He works with you. I got an washer from him and my kids father put a body pillow in the washer and it stopped working. Instead of pay what it cost for them to come out ($80) plus parts and labor, I just bought another washer. I plan to go back and get a deep freezer!

They sold me a stove that did not work. Then I figured since they have a 90 day warranty that was good however they would not replace it or fix it. They messed up my Christmas and new yr. I gave them my gift money thinking it was more important to cook and have a working stove but that did not happen. The guy Joe stop taking my call and text after he said he was going to replace it and never showed up. Dont go there. Im hard working mother that they took my money and gave me a bad stove. I brought a refrigerator from here and the freezer was acting up and we going to send someone out to fix but after awhile i went and brought a brand new one so they finally came and got it and was suppose to get me a deep freezer been waiting on that the man keep lying so i went pass there this morning so he was suppose to deliver it tonight at 6:00pm no answer when i called never came but i will definitely be handling this tomorrow morning taking legal action and im not recommended anyone to purchase from them selling lemons

The past this company was a mess, but I can say they have approved 💯 thats why Im here now Oct 2020 getting a washer . They came out and right their wrong, that to me says a lot, I really appreciate it . They prices has even lowered, now I really like that and the quality of their products is wonderful. This place is a JOKE!! They are thieves, they sell junk & are extremely unprofessional. I have gotten 2 dryers (my original purchase & their so called replacement), but none of them worked for more then a few weeks. They will set up a repair appointment & never show up. If you call to follow up on why you have waited ALL day, they will tell you they are on their way & still NEVER show up. The boss acts like he is different people, so he does not have to take responsibility. I wish I was never referred dealt with this place,as now my calls are ignored (caller ID) & I have a broken dryer that I have to PAY to get repaired or purchase a new one myself. I dont advise this joke of a place to ANYONE.

At first everything seemed good. I bought a electric dryer for $150. They gave me the option to deliver to the house or just take it myself. They didnt explain to me what not getting it delivered entailed. Bad mistake buying here. Dryer is not functioning correctly, so i called them and they told me that since they didnt deliver it, that i would be charged $40 for the visit and fix. I told them that it wasnt discussed nor explained to me. They said they were gonna come, it has been 2 weeks and everytime i call, they keep saying theyre gonna come but they dont. Buy at your own risk. I dont recommend to buy anything here.

This place has everything youd possibly need at an extremely reasonable price. No doubt its certainly a very beneficial place to shop.

Never again. I literally threw away 150 dollars on a fridge from these folks. Even after the first one was replaced, the replacement went bad a month later. Do you know what I had to go through to get the replacement? The runaround, Im on my way (no show) 10 minutes (no show). I was late for work twice waiting on them and they still never showed.
