Despite what many others have said, I have had a pleasent experience with a couple of the employees there and they were definitely not rude. One of the employees was nice enough to even offer us cold water bottles for the drive home. The fridge they sold me seems to work as expected as well.

Bought a dryer a week ago for 290 and it does not work and the return policy is store credit only and if you want it fixed you have to bring it back to the store, would not recommend

Liars. Charged me $80 extra to disassemble the washer because they said it didn’t fit through the door. They left the hinges off my tenants basement door, never put the door back on. They didn’t even disassemble the machine they charged me extra for! Better business bureau here I come. Efff you premium. You will suffer from this dishonesty for eternity 😘. OSSSSS 💪🙏

This place is trash, Google made me put 1 star, should be no stars. They are some very very unprofessional people with zero business sense. They will be very nice and smile in your face before your purchase but once you purchase, forget about it. I bought a washer and dryer from here which they were supposed to install when they delivered. Not only did they not install it, the washer machine was not working properly. Its been several months, countless phone calls and even a in person visit and they have not come to replace or repair but when the machine finally went after flooding whiloff, my wife called cursing them out and again more promises made that were not kept. May have to go with some legal on this one if they do not give our money back. So this isnt a warning, Im tell you, DO NOT BUY HERE.

Worst place to buy appliances, I bought a washer and dryer since June 24 and still waiting on them to repair. They did send a guy to fix it, but there waiting for the parts try calling them they keep ignoring my calls. Never go there go some where else.

I have been buying from the store for over a year now. Probably have spent over $7000 dollars at this place. I made a purchase reccently, owner Nelson Pena wouldnt fix the broken oven and dryer he sold me. Bad person to do business with. If he doesnt take care of me, he wont take care of you guys. This place is selling broken equipment. I purchased a fridge from here and less than 3 months later it wont stay cool. Paid to have someone look at it, they said its losing freon. Fridges dont lose freon unless theres a leak meaning they sold me a broken fridge. The salesperson told me there was a 3 month warranty however when we go back to the store they say the warranty is only 2 months. This is the type of thing that happens when you try to spend your money in the community, they take advantage of you. The owner has 2 options, repair my broken refrigerator or get sued in court. I assume hell make the right choice. The irony of the entire situation is that this business is supposed to also repair appliances. Why not just send your guy out and repair the lemon you sold us?

They are sneaky and do not stick by their words. They gave us a washer and dryer and it kept leaking. They came and look and said it was dizzy. However, it still leaked. They wanted to switch with a older brand. That is not what I paid for. They told me i had 90days warranty and then they changed it to 60days. DO NOT TRUST THEM. GABBY WAS RUDE

Please do not give the people at 6334 Rising avenue your money!!!! I purchased a used washer and dryer on Saturday, the store clerk said I would receive my delivery on Monday between 1- 3pm. It is now Tuesday and I have not received a delivery or a phone call from the store. The store does not answer any phone calls. I had to call the store in a different location just for them to tell me its coming soon. Once these people get your money you will never get it back and I am not sure if I will ever get my delivery.....PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!PART 2THE WASHER STOPPED WORKING TWO WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE. THE PURCHASE HAD A 60 DAY WARRANTY. I bought a fridge from these guys. It stopped working after four months. I made the reasonable request (I thought) to have them send someone out to at least take a look at it. They said they couldnt help because they only have a 2 month warranty. If you like wasting money shop here.

This place I cant even give one starSalesperson is rude over the phone and delivery person wouldnt remove my old washer and dryer, didnt want to unhook the gas and water lines.My property management teams repair person paid almost 500 dollars for the set, and for the old set to be removed, and new set installedOnce the delivery person arrived HOURS after the agreed upon timehe didnt want to do anything but drop off the set and that was itI was able to get him to unhook everthing and slide the old set out of the way.My handrail was in the way so yeah my new set is still sitting in the kitchen waiting for my management teams repair person to come install it himself.They ignored our calls and then they said if the delive ry person came back out to install it and everything my guy would have to pay another charge to do it...No thanks my repair guy and my son will do itDont waste your time or money here ..and my repair person says hell never go there again...

My mom bought a washer and dryer from this place and paid for not only that but for a hook-up as well and they ended up trying to charge her for a hook up and she had already paid for it.. who in the right mind will overcharge like that? then they ingore calls and dont answer when my mom called they ended up refusing her service.. they SUCK

Reasonable, financing, beats rent a center! I took my payments from 600, a month to 200! So yes way worth it!

If there were an option to give 0 stars I would. Please save your money, this place is a total and utter rip off. Wish I could have seen these reviews before hand. I bought a fridge and they said they would deliver it that day so I waited the entire day and they were a no show. I called the next day and they said that the fridge was broken. Why would you be selling something broken in the first place,and would you not call to tell me. Then they gave me another fridge that was 60 dollars less and did not give me a refund. This place is HORRIBLE!!! After a week of buying a dryer it stop working they gave me the run around to get it fixed. They finally fixed it and two weeks later the dryer almost caught fire. They wouldnt give my money back but brought a replacement and wouldnt give me a new warranty. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Was actually omw to torresdale appliance when i saw this place at the top of my street. Decided to stop in and see how much it would cost and how long it would take for delivery. They gave me a good price for a matching set and guaranteed delivery the next day (friday). Well friday came and went and got nothing. Finally saturday around 430pm it arrived. Delivery drivers were nice. Hooked up the washer a few hrs later after delivery and IT LEAKS FROM THE BOTTOM!! Oh course ive texted Dawn the MANAGER and at 1240 in the afternoon still havnt heard back yet. NEVER AGAIN!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. Also after i gave a deposit and they didnt have my washer and dryer at my house when promised i asked for my money back and of course theres NO REFUNDS. I woukdnt have went to them if i knew i wasnt getting a delivery by friday. I said over and over to Dawn i only want it if i can get it by friday. Because torresdale appliance said they woukd deliver the next day. Only stopped in to this dump cause it was at the corner of my house. Thought it was more convient. Well boy was i wrong. Then, the refrigerator came with a part missing that costs $100. They wont take any responsibility for it or even give me money back for the $75 delivery charge when they didnt come repeatedly. Rip off dont buy from them i brought a washer dryer set paid for the set up my washer stop working about a week after i got it guy says il get you a new one then brings me a old 2001 looking washer says ill fix the problem them bring your original washer back he stop answer my calls never calls back then the old washer he give me stoped working as well now im out off 350$ an no washer they act like they just dont care they just want your money THIS PLACE SUCKS VOTE THEM GONE #RipOff

Quite possibly the worst place to purchase anything from. They lie about the products. The delivery men put a hole in the wall and refused to fix it. They first delivered the wrong dryer which didnt fit down the steps so they got the dryer stuck on the staircase and began kicking the top of it to squeeze it thru. Shows the lack of intelligence.. they bring that back and deliver a broken dryer. So here we are calling and not getting an answer as to how theyll make it right. Theyll be getting contacted by our attorney.

I purchased a washer and dryer from this place a month ago, and the washer has been leaking. I called to get it repaired by them, since they give a two month warranty. They havent returned any of my calls, today I finally got ahold of someone who then tells me I have to pay additional for them to come out and repair the washer... then whats the point of a two month warranty!! This place is a rip off, dont bother with them.

These people are total rip offs they are selling appliances that dont work completely...I purchased a refrigerator from the 6400 of Rising Sun Avenue location with a icemaker and water dispenser that didnt work and they gave me a difficult time with repairing it, finally replacing it with another one with the same problem now they have totally given up with fixing this appliance that they sold to me with a warranty!...CONSUMERS BEWARE!!....If anyone has an issue contact call for action (channel 6) and report them so they can make a solid case against these people who are ripping off consumers!
