Our sales guy JJ was great. We love the car we got. On the down side we traded in 2 cars and I didnt get a fair trade in value for one of my cars. I know you never really do but this was exceptionally low. We still took the offer for many reasons. But I definitely wasnt happy with it.
Everything went well with my repairs, eventually. They worked with the warranty people and took care of all that was needed. The repair facility is extremely clean and well managed. They are very thorough. I was taken back to my car to retrieve some personal items because they had to keep it overnight, so I saw firsthand how the sausage is made. My car was torn apart so they could look at everything! It drives like a different car now. They know what theyre doing. The only bad part was working with the rental car company. I didnt get a loaner from the dealer. Because it was a warranty repair they had my insurance company pay for the rental overnight. It added an additional/unnecessary hour (minimum...closer to two hours) to the process, which was a bit frustrating. But Liberty was - as always - very easy to work with; the people are all very friendly, patient, and most importantly - knowledgeable.
Matt Steigerwald always provides professional service. He is efficient, effective, and seems to be a very nice guy. He went out of his way to get a part locally so I could get my car back quickly. People think I’m crazy taking my car to a dealer for service, but Liberty Buick has been providing excellent service for the 15 years I have been going there. I’m a diehard fan!
Just outstanding, John Harrison was the best sales person i have dealt with in my life I had intended to purchase a new pick up truck but no one responded to my requests for information. Excellent service, Ive been taking my vehicle for oil changes since I first bought it. After 5 oil changes I got my 6th for free. Matt at the service department has been my only contact there. He takes care of me in a very professional manner. I get a complete repirt on how my car is doing, they do multiple checks, tire pressure and go the extra mile by washing it. Truly exceptional service, I highly recommend Liberty Buick.
We bought a car about 5 months ago, was told they did an oil change and everything when within 2 weeks of having the car had to go get an oil change. They also did not tell us that it did not include a spare tire. Called them and never said sorry about it or at least help us out. Got stranded in the middle of the free way looking for a spare tire because one of them had popped when there was never a tire, and all cars should have a spare tire when sold. This was very unprofessional and unsafe, they could at least let us know so we could have been prepared.
I own a 2011 Buick Lucerne with 175,000 miles on the odometer. All services have been done at Liberty since day 1. This time you replaced the front struts, strut mounts, rack and pinion steering gear, one motor mount and the engine oil pan. Well worth the $5000! The car rides much quieter and the steering is precise. Many thanks to your service staff, especially Matt, who has advised on all repair issues for years.

Matt Steigerwald scheduled me early in the AM to accommodate my busy schedule. His technicians not only performed a tire rotation and oil change, but also diagnosed my battery was approaching the end of its life. They installed a new battery and even checked my breaks since I was concerned they were going bad. Overall, my experience was phenomenal and I would not take my truck elsewhere for service.

I am disappointed that GM, or the owner is making employees wear masks, which have been proven over and over, to not work for viruses. So, your employees can wear a mask or take a vaccine that may or may not kill them, and definitely will not stop them from getting COVID-19 or spreading it to others. This is no way to treat your employees.Other than that, everything was OK.

They sent me a letter offering me $100+ off my leased 2020 car monthly payment if Id turn it in for a 2021 model with no turn in lease deposit. After he talked to his boss, he returned and said for $1500, we could continue. What a waste of time.

I HOPE STUPIDITY DOESNT RUN THROUGH ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AS YOU NSEEM TO THINK I RUNS THROUGH US.
I dont think they really care if you have not so perfect credit they just tell you u dont have enough down for what you want and never communicate after that, ran the hell out of our credit thou, most other dealerships atleast say look you cant get that specific vehicle at 32k but we have a few at lower price that may work. My personal opinion is they dont try for you if your credit is challenged

The prices of the cars shown online verses the prices they quote are thousands of dollars off. The numbers they quoted didnt make sense, even though they were accounting for discounts. Ive been to better Buick dealerships who are accommodating to frontline workers.

LOL Matt is a very friendly customer service person you would want looking after your car while you are waiting.Matt keeps me informed on what is being done to my car and how long my wait may me. I mean after all I dont want to wait long.If the wait will be to long Matt will order me in a uber driver to take me home then I can pick up my car later. If I go for service I always ask for Matt that way I know I will be taken care of through out the service they do on my car.It could be all the other agents are as good as Matt but as for my service on my car I will pick Matt.

I went in for a routine oil change on my vehicle and was greeted by Matt Steigerwald. On my way over from North East Mesa, my battery light came on and then before I got to the dealership all my lights just started coming on. Really didnt think I was going to make it. My oil change was done and even the battery checked out okay. Matt offered a new battery but then when he saw my battery was purchased from Auto Zone he and a fellow great employee Rodney Rademacher did all they could to help me. They spent a total of about 3 hours helping me get the battery out of my car, taking it to Auto Zone about 3 miles away, bringing me back to the dealership to wait for it to get charged. Taking me back to get the new battery because it would not hold a charge and then putting it back in my car and also doing a follow-up call to make sure I got home okay. I can truly say that I have never been treated better from this dealership from the time I bought my vehicle in 2017. Three years later I will never go to any other dealership if I need a new or used vehicle. There service and staff are among the greatest in the valley. My hats off to Matt Steigerwald and Rodney Rademacher for their exceptional service and good will. I will continue to recommend Liberty Buick in Peoria to anyone who is looking for a vehicle and great follow-up service to match.
Car is fine for the time being, I had done a fair bit of research before going on-site so this was an easy sale for them. Despite the research, my mom and I still had plenty of questions. A large purchase deserves attention and patience. First issue: I was told the car would be detailed before we left, it was not. Dog hair all over the place plus remnants of the previous owner’s (or sales people’s?) snacks underneath the seats. I would be embarrassed selling a car like that. Also I wouldn’t promise to do something and then not show up for it. Second issue: calling you out! Hobby in finance. We should’ve left the minute he spoke to us like we were a nuisance for having questions. We had a different situation, all of this was explained and of course we were told by everyone we spoke to that our situation was fine, cool, willing to work with us. Got to finance and we had details to iron out. Hobby was impatient and very rude in how he pushed us out like we weren’t important, simply because we wanted to make sure we understood all the details before signing. I, being pregnant and at the end of my rope with car shopping, stepped aside along with my mother so he could get to the rest of the people waiting??? Even though we were the first people at the dealership that morning, arriving before they were fully open. He did come out and give a sorry, I’m sure to save the sale. Despite this, we really wanted the car. Like I said, unique situation plus under time constraints due to car being totaled before my move across country. The unique financial situation mentioned had been explained by Hobby as not a big deal and we were given a sequence of steps to handle it. Turns out it is a big deal and now we’re dealing with a whole mess trying to figure this out. Technically and legally, this dealership has no stake in the matter but Buyer’s beware, if you have any questions get all the answers beforehand on your own. It’s only about a sale here, sad and probably obvious to most that sales lacks integrity. We placed our trust in you guys but this place is no different. To the dealership people: If you don’t know the answer, be upfront about it so your customer knows what they are getting into, we would’ve gotten the car anyway and it would’ve been less of a headache then what we are going through by sorting it out now. This would have been a 5 star review with return sales.

Liberty Buick is one of the worst car dealerships i ever did business with. My mom and I got a 2014 Chevy Impala from them in November 2020. When first got there they were friendly but thats about it. They started planning all their lies behind closed door. First the car was listed $9k plus something but with financing it will come to 11k something. No problem but after financing everything comes up to 14k something and they claimed that the original price listed was a mistake on them. But didnt let us know after we signed the contract. After we took the car we were half way home and the car started to overheat. I contacted them about the problem, Justin Grubb and Glenn Ryan gave us attitude and blamed us for the problem. Justin ended up apologized snd they decided to fix it. They did but other problems that came with the car they didnt fix them because the car was a used car yet worth 14k. Even the free oil change thry promised us never happened. Glenn and Justin were the ones we worked with and every time we called Liberty Buick we never got in contact with Justin or Glenn. Never again will I or my family do business with Liberty Buick again.

They were on it! I needed a new tire and I called to make the appointment, the next day I arrived expecting a long wait. My service manager, Matt, already ordered the tire and I was in and out in great time. Generally, my attitude is to drop it off and wait for a phone call hours later. Not the case here. And for Matt to pre-order the tire, just means that he does care.

My 2014 Buick Enclave (51k miles) experienced its 2nd STABILITRAK problem in July 2021. The 1st was in Feb. 2019. The 1st cost me $473. the 2nd $904. to repair. I believe the cost of these repairs to be extremely high and above what I would pay at a repair shop that wasnt a dealer. To verify my belief I checked the cost of the parts on Rock Auto web site and found the price of 2 parts were marked up 100% on average. Ill be going somewhere else next time.

Dashboard not entirely reassembled after cabin filter replacement which they fixed. Found scratches in the roof paint after servicing; the quick buff they did left the scratches visible. Service advisor recommended brake fluid replacement at 27,000 miles even though the manual recommends 150,000! Two minor problems I wanted fixed went unrepaired. I would be hard pressed to go back to this dealership unless I had a Buick-specific problem.
From top to bottom the staff was exceptionally polite. The communication through text and phone was good. The service performed seems to be fine, it was just an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. My complaint is simply this. I call ahead, schedule a time to arrive, drive the 20-25 minutes down from Anthem at the appointed time and then Im told were two hours behind schedule because of unscheduled walk up customers. In all an oil change took from 11:00 to 3:00 not counting my drive time. Fortunately you loaned me a car to make a required medical appointment which Im very much grateful for. However, I dont think you care much about the person who made the appointment because their schedule and expectations for the day are destroyed if you are going to jump other customers ahead of those said appointments.
