I have purchased over ten cars from this dealership. Jeremy and Lucas (the sales managers) and Jack (the best salesperson) always provide excellent customer service. Jack is very knowledgeable about the product, is responsive, and will provide extra effort to ensure a smooth process. Their prices are fair and their availability is good for being a premium dealer in small market.The Service Department is acceptable but does have opportunity for improvement.Support local dealers.

Bought an Audi and within 9 days it failed to start. Called the service department and they were quick to get it in that day. However it took 15 days to get a date to be serviced and was promised a loaner car. Turned out spent the day before just trying to confirm my appointment and then no loaner. The service manage for Audi will tell you what you want to hear but not follow through. I waited almost 3 hours for him to tell me what Paul the VW guy told be over two weeks ago. Had to threaten to demand they buy back the Audi and I’d buy my old car. Then I got a loaner within minutes. Springfield would be a better way to go.Edit: Paul from the VW devision is AMAZING! He is so helpful and goes way far out of his way to inform you of anything and he makes any problem as smooth and easy as possible. Five stars and two thumbs up for Paul, my saving grace!

I came across a V8 Audi s5 with super low miles in Autohaus of Peorias inventory. As those cars arent made with the V8 anymore, finding one with such low miles is rare. I worked with Malyk on this and informed him that since I was three hours away I couldnt make it before close that day. He told me to come on out, with no hint of inconvenience in his voice. I wanted to jump on this car before someone else.Showed up after close and felt no rush to test drive the car and check it out. They gave me a fair price on trade and a fair price on the car I wanted to buy.Excellent experience all the way through sales, management and finance. I kept them open about two hours past close, nobody seemed inconvenienced in any way. Wish this dealership was closer to St Louis. This whip is fun fellas!!!!

Recently was in the market for a new car and had never shopped at Autohaus. Decided to stop by and worked with the salesman Michael. He was very friendly and much more knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in than any other dealership or salesman I’ve worked with. I ended up finding a great car that was perfect for my budget that same day and Michael made it very easy. I have never enjoyed car shopping as much and have and will continue to recommend Autohaus to anyone in the market thanks to the great sales attitude.

I bought a Volkswagen here. They said they did a check on it and it was great to go. About a month later, it had an oil leak. I took it in and they estimated 2,000 in various repairs that needed to be done a month after I bought it. They said the car was in excellent condition when I bought it. Very upset and felt cheated

I have never written a bad review and am saddened to have to do so now. In December 2016 I purchased a new 2017 Q5. I was told at time of purchase how wonderful I would be treated when servicing my vehicle as I had explained that I had wonderful service in dealing with Jaguar Land Rover for the last 17 years and was deciding between a Jaguar and the Audi. Since my purchase every dealing with the Service Dept. has left me very frustrated. Never receiving call backs,issues never fixed. Today I picked up my vehicle because of an issue that it was towed in for 6 days ago that was addressed and fixed 2 months ago. I picked my vehicle up from Autohaus and took it to Byer’s Automotive in Morton Illinois. They were so nice. They have called twice with explaining what the issue is, the exact cost and a finish date. All this without even having an appointment. I will not purchase nor recommend purchasing from Autohause because of their service department. Time to trade the Audi for a Jaguar.

It would be hard to imagine worst service (management) at an elite dealership, appalling, hopefully new ownership is just having some issues while they establish themselves. must have left around 12 unanswered messages, had a misdiagnosed issue with a wheel that resulted in me paying 4K for. When I asked for the wheel to be taken off and have my money refunded they pushed me 2 weeks out. I went there myself, picked up my old wheel, had theirs taken off and mine put back on at another garage, took theirs back and still no refund while i left another 4 messages for management. I will lastly add that service has always been great here and it could be just new ownership having some issues as they establish themselves, but extremely disappointing in the mean time.

We had an amazing experience at Autohaus of Peoria. Jackson Leuba went above and beyond anything I have seen with a dealership to help us find a vehicle. Usually after one option not working out, they send you on your way & don’t hear from them again. Jackson kept in contact with us until we found an option that worked for us. Aaron Power, the finance manager, worked along side Jackson during the whole process to find us financing that would cover us. Very kind staff & incredible outcome. We will definitely be coming back to buy that Porsche one day🙂

The sales team here was really great and friendly. Our application took a little longer than normal but they were accommodating us anyway they could while we waited. I highly recommend their sales associate Joe Plachno jes a great guy and was super helpful. My only turn off was pricing was a little high but with the economy the way it is, is understandable. Also I had an issue with my preowned after I left but instead of stiffing me with my new buy, they asked me to return vehicle so they could get it fixed and taken care of me no charge and that courtesy they extended made all the difference to me. I highly recommended Autohaus and their team if you looking to but a new or preowned vehicle.

Worked with Shawn to find a vehicle, then to financing with Aaron to close the deal. I felt comfortable all the way through. Shawn was realistic with, comparative between the choices and knowledgeable about all the gadgets which I am super happy he pointed out. I am in love with my VW atlas cross sport. Aaron was great at informing me on all the choices of warranties. As weve learned with previous vehicles, warranty and the general overall service experience is worth so much. I would absolutely recommend this team for a purchase!

I have serviced my 2020 Tiguan with the Peoria Autohaus VW service department a couple times for routine maintenance and these experiences have been absolutely terrible each time. Communication is lacking severely. Service department workers should be knowledgeable about the job and are not. I have asked questions each time my vehicle has been serviced and have been told they do not know and/or placed on long holds. It is always one thing after another going wrong. Pick up and drop off for my last routine oil change was a terrible experience. Booking my appointment with the service department receptionist was difficult and even after clarifying, she still did not note that I had received an online offer I wanted to use for the appointment or that my vehicle keys would be at the front desk at my place of work for a smooth pickup. I was at work being interrupted by phone calls and text messages because these things were not noted when I first booked the appointment. For vehicle drop off I had to call the dealership asking when my vehicle would be returned 4 hours after I had been told it was finished and paid for the service. During the time that my vehicle was driven from the dealership to my place of work to be returned to me, the driver drove over something resulting in my vehicle being returned to me with the tire pressure light on which ultimately led to a completely flat tire. When calling the service department about the issue, Nick, was very rude and stated he couldnt do anything for me and it was not the dealerships fault. He also stated that he couldn’t help me because they are not a road side service department. Very unprofessional to return a vehicle that was serviced for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and a multipoint inspection. Yet the vehicle was returned in worse shape than before the service appointment. During the phone call with Nick I had asked to talk to someone higher up who would be more willing to help me or answer my questions and he told me no one was available.I will not be returning. What poor experiences.Napleton’s in Champaign-Urbana Illinois is far more exceptional with the friendliest and most caring staff. I will be making the 1.5 hour drive in the future instead of dealing with Peoria Autohaus.

Have never had such an awful service in America. Paid for part, sent me the wrong one, ignored emails or calls for two weeks. Sent it back (paid for it myself) and they returned me only cost of the part. So basically I paid for shipping here and back with my money for part that I never ordered. Never apologise, never offered to send correct part. Just stay away from this place!

I just purchased a Ford Eco Sport from the Autohaus of Peoria. I submitted a credit app on Sunday night and Monday morning Malyk contacted me. I came in after work and drove about 2 hours to get there. I am so happy with my purchase and the experience that I was given. I know this isnt the typical vehicle sold here but was still made to feel like a valued customer. We had an amazing experience from the time we walked in the door. Our salesperson Malyk Parker, a local Peoria young man, was outstanding with his knowledge and level of customer service. I was surprised at the lack of service in the service department. I waited 20 minutes to drop off and then had to call at the end of the day to find out the car would not be done. I had to call again the next day to try to get a status and waited on the phone again could not find the advisor. I expected more, much better service at the Ford dealer.

Mixed feelings on these guys.... dealt with them for a long time throughout the years regarding Audi service. Started with Danielle who was awesome, then Kester, who was equally if not more awesome. Called last week to have a 2012 S4 brought in for a warranty extension issue from Audi, was told by whoever is the Audi service advisor now that my issue was NOT covered under warranty, when I even had the TSB in front of me. Was told that it would be about three weeks before they could even look at the car. Decided to call Audi of the Quad Cities and immediately was told yes that is covered by the 10yr 120K warranty, bring it in this week So I now have my car back, working perfectly, paid nothing before these guys could even take a look at it. Kind of disappointing. I hope they get back to the ways they used to operate, because I really want to like this place.

Walked in stood there for a while looked around there was no one even in the section the building of the Volkswagen side I guess I needed to go into the Porsche side. Service was okay once we talked. I do not know what the deal was but just thought it was okay been to the BMW dealerships lately especially in Bloomington and Peoria at the concierge service is just awesome soon as you greet the door answer any questions drinks whatever you need theyre there for you I would expected that at this place it wasnt

Found a vehicle online, called today and spoke to Molly who handles the online who immediately made me want to come in with her awesome personally. Our salesman Justin made us feel like friends. I think my husband could have spent all day there talking golf. Then Jeremy walked us through the financials making it all easy as could be. And the place is beautiful and has a cafe of all things with free snacks and drinks. Amazing! This was a great experience and we could not be happier with our purchase.

Not like it was a year ago the people are rude and untrustworthy. Was not impressed with the service we got there. Was looking for my 3rd audi ended up buying a BMW. This is not the autohaus it was before. Will never recommend them again. Service department lied to my wife saying she needed to change the cab air filter for 500.00 dollars at which I can buy for 36.00 dollars on ebay. What a joke.

Excellent customer service! After doing a lot of online car shopping, I found an amazing deal at Autohaus of Peoria on cars.com. I first spoke with Jeremy, the sales manager, who gave me all the info I needed about the car, and was totally up front about its minor cosmetic flaws, which were reflected in the price. They offered to give me a skype tour and test drive before I even asked them to. Shawn called me a few minutes later and gave me a very thorough skype tour of the car, inside and out, and took it for a brief test drive. I decided to travel there from Minneapolis to see it in person. They picked me up at the airport and had the car out front, clean and fully gassed up, waiting for me with two sets of keys and a new set of front tires. This is a new and used dealership selling Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche, and the showroom and facilities are top-notch. Paperwork was a breeze and I was on the road in minutes. It was a first-class experience from start to finish! Ive driven the car for about 500 miles so far, and I love it.

Very Satisfied CustomerRight off the top, the vehicle we were looking at was waiting for us at the front of the dealership. All warmed up and ready for a test drive. Justin was our sales consultant. Great, very professional, and overall down to earth guy. Answered every question and then some. The dealership itself was very top notch. They were all very welcoming and had a coffee bar and complimentary goodies while we waited for the finalization of the paperwork. No pressure here, no sales gimmicks. Good service can cost. But, no cut corners, expert work, and thorough inspections can save far more then the upfront costs in the long run. You pay a bit more upfront but this is a place that bends over to make the process painless and worth the investment.

Was traveling from Davenport IA to Atlanta on 06/26/2020 and suddenly my passenger side windshield wiper on my Mercedes quit working. I called the Autohaus service department about 50 miles out of Peoria and explained my situation and was told to bring car in as soon as I got to town. I experienced the most rude reception from the service person I have ever had at any Mercedes service department. I was told that since I didn’t have an appointment they would not be able to get me in. In other words they didn’t care about my safety or their reputation since it was raining and my windshield wipers weren’t working properly. Thank God another customer suggested taking vehicle to another import place Kauth & Mayuer in town which had me in and out under 30 minutes.

She gave us a quick tour, and then I was informed that the truck we were there to see was running with the AC on. Found a great deal with a demo vehicle from this dealership online, went in expecting to experience anxiety and pressure. What I was met with from David Slyman was honesty, friendliness, and most importantly to me although he was unaware, no pressure. I didnt have experience purchasing vehicles at all and know that the process can be adversarial at times. Autohaus and in particular Dave was a true and literal pleasure to work and negotiate with. Great price for parts, but if you have a problem with your part you will hate yourself for choosing them. The lack of communication is ridiculous here for exchanges. If you dont call and micromanage it it will not get done. And, Mark will gladly hang up on you too. Lets see how long this refund takes. Not expected from highline businesses.

I am very pleased with the vehicle although the only thing I regret, and this is on me, is not negotiating new tires be put on the car, or at least Autohaus split the difference by giving me 2 free tires of my choice. I purchased an Audi 7 from this dealership on May 6, 2019. My salesperson was David Slyman who made this whole experience easy, informative and fun! I could not have asked for better service. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime, and never has any place been as accommodating as Autohaus of Peoria. David Slyman was attentive to my concerns, patient with my questions and efficient in tending to all the details of the transaction. He gave me a complete and thorough tour of all the computerized functions of my car and did not rush me through this process. He even called us the next day to see if we had any issues with the car or questions about the computer functions. Two days later, he again called and walked me through additional functions and answered some more questions concerning the incredible voice control programs. I love this car and tend to keep my cars a long time. However, I highly recommend this salesman and dealership if you are in the market. We went down to the Mercedes showroom and were greeted by Tony Plattner. He was very friendly and personable as we chatted about my moms car and we browsed a bit. We are extremely happy with our vehicle and the level of attention, compassion, and empathy we received from the service department. From the get go Shawn & Lucas helped us in Sales, two of the best we have ever encountered. The deal was not without issues, most of which were completely out of Shawn and Lucas hands. That being said they handled things accordingly and followed through on their promises. The service department very quickly and thoroughly took ownership of a couple of issues that crept up after the sale. Mo, and Mandra, with the help of Shawn saw to it that the issues were resolved as fast and painlessly as possible. Overall we are satisfied with our experience and will recommend the team at Autohaus to our friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I worked with Nathan, who worked hard to get me the information I needed and made every effort to ensure a smooth buying process. I bought a 2014 base Porsche Cayman and so far it has been great. Nathan also arranged to bring the car to an independent service shop for an inspection prior to me visiting the dealership at my request, and he picked me up at the airport when I flew out there. Additionally, he followed up a month later (two days ago) to check up on me and the car. I couldnt be happier!

Great experience buying our car from Autohaus. Justin and Lucas were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Answered all of our questions. The whole experience was low stress and we are very happy. The cafe at the dealership was a nice bonus! We drove down from the Quad Cities to purchase our used VW golf sport wagon. It was definitely worth the drive and we will return when the time comes to purchase another car.

Justin is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with! He made the experience of buying my Tahoe go very smoothly. I usually hate buying vehicles but I felt very comfortable at Autohaus.
