Worst experience ever. Will be making sure everyone knows to NEVER use this place. These people cannot be trusted, put down a deposit and they were going to charge my father the full amount for the work done and act like the deposit was never put down. The work was not done on time or as previously communicated. I had to reach out to them to find out why the work was not done after the vehicle was sitting there for over a week with ZERO communication as to why it wasn’t getting done/what was going on. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT THE RUN AROUND.

We had a blowout on our toy hauler and took it in to Ultimate RV for repairs. Bryan and the team there were great. They kept us informed through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I left the shop. I would definitely use them for any future needs.

Would give a 0 star if i could. Worst experience ever. After 2 weeks without communication from them and of waiting the vehicle was just taken apart and never got fixed then we were advised that there was going to be storage fees if the repairs were not going to be made which these fees were never brought up until after the 2 weeks. They broke parts that were good and on top of that they stole parts that were not broken. After i called to know why those parts were not in the vehicle the manager was rude and while i was on the call with him he rudely hung up. Worst experience with a repair shop definitely never going to them ever not even if they are the last repair shop in town. Dont waste your time and money. The employees are trash starting from the supposedly manager jake.

We are fulltime in a Class A Rv. Had a minor issue that would have progressed into something more serious. I was concerned that we would not be able to get the repairs done before we got back on the road. We only had a few days left in town when we contacted Ultimate Collision & RV. Sunny was able to accommodate us on short notice and get the work done before we left. Sunny was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to explain exactly what needed to be done. Great service and quality work performed on time and slightly under quoted estimate. Extremely pleased!!!!

My car was damaged by flying debris due to high winds. There was roughly $1600.00 damage to the paint and scattered dents in the body from stones and tree branches. The majority of damage was to the hood and the lift-gate and surrounding area. After I filed a claim with my insurance company, they took over the communications between themselves and Ultimate collision. I dropped off my car on a Monday morning and the car was ready on Friday of the same week. My car is black so in addition to the paint and body damage, there was significant spider webbing visible in the black paint. I had them detail my car after the paint and body repairs were made. When I picked up my car, it was as close as is resonably possibly to the condition when I bought this car new in 2012. Im pretty much a fanatic when it comes to my car. In nine years, I did not have even one door ding in my paint if that helps to give you an idea of the condition and the care I take with it. This car was showroom condition when I picked it up. The paint, body, trim, leather seats and even my bug guard on the hood were all impeccable. Jose was my service technician. He completely answered every question I had before, during and after the car was serviced. He also coordinated the detailing service which detailed my car on-site at Ultimate. Even the admin people at Ultimate were very nice and for the first time ever in my life, Ultimate sent me daily texts alerting me to the progress on my car. Ultimate has a very high rating online and with my AAA insurance. I sincerely would refer anyone to Ultimate. I live roughly 35 miles from the shop but it was worth the extra drive. I could not be more happy with my car and the entire process from beginning to end. Ive also had Jaguars and Porsches and I would not have hesitated in bringing any of those cars to Ultimate. I was even able to leave my rental car with Ultimate and they arranged for Enterprise to pick it up.

While I hope I am never involved in an accident again, I would not go anywhere else! Sunny and Brian and team were first class and second to none in customer satisfaction. We had 2 trips planned after our 5th wheel was rear ended. The rv needed a new ramp/door and had to come from factory. The team underpromised and over delivered. They allowed me to take the rv for our first trip before the rv had been painted. The body work was done but there wasn’t time to paint. After getting the rv back to our house 30 minutes away, I realized I forgot my keys. They sent the keys to me in an Uber! When I returned the trailer after my trip, I had managed to do some minor damage that they had no obligation to take care of but they took care of it anyway at no cost to me! I just picked up the trailer and it looks better than new! If you need body work done, don’t even bother getting another estimate! Great job from one completely satisfied customer! We are ready to roll for our big summer trip and as promised it is ready and looks great!

He called my insurance company to explain why additional work needed to be done. Both tasks call for diplomacy and a positive way of dealing with people. This year as we traveled in our fifth wheel and we experienced a major water leak made the floor like walking on marshmallows and then we blew a tire damaged the fifth wheel. Sunny, Alex, and the crew are legit. Got my trailer in and out with a new roof and some decals quick. Took great care of me and cleaned up the travel trailer for me. Asked them to adjust my drop hitch since I just got a new truck and it was the wrong height and they did it without a question asked. I’m an auto tech and most places would have rolled their eyes at the request but they just handled it like professionals and took care of the customer. Cant say enough good things.

Excellent workmanship and customer service. Received a quote for a gouge in my hood from a rock that flew up and was billed the exact amount, but they actually did more than just fix the gouge; they went above and beyond and fixed many other smaller chips for no extra charge!

The service was fast and punctual. I brought my car in for some interior body work. My driver visor was broken and other places where asking too much for repairs. They did it faster than they quoted and did a great job for the price.

At the suggestion of National Outdoor RV Center I had Ultimate Collision & RV assess the damage and work with the warranty company for repairs. I had to do little in the way of working out details. Their costumer care is amazing and super friendly. They do their best to make it as convenient as possible. My main complaint is that i was told my car would be ready on May 28th, 2020. My car was not ready until June 11, 2020 do to unforeseen problems. Other than this inconvenience, the work is great and costumer care is what every business should strife for.

Scott Amrine Met me at the lobby walked to my truck and said everything would be taken care of. I felt relaxed. As promised he got my truck in and fixed on schedule and went above and beyond making my truck look brand new. Great place and very friendly. Definitely recommend.
