Great dealership and very friendly, they add a $2500 paint warranty to every car and didn’t notify me of this until I was signing paperwork. It’s nice to have a warranty but they should be upfront about it. Other than that it was a good experience.

Malyk is just a great guy - was friendly and helpful. He was pretty busy often (what do you do).One criticism Id have with the dealership was the communication wasn’t as good as I’d hoped - I was antsy to get a car but it took a lot of my own effort to keep the ball rolling.Take that with a grain of salt though - I don’t know what running a dealership is like or how busy they were (didn’t seem busy, but I couldn’t be sure).Kind sales manager (Steve) - an old soul.Eccentric Finance manager (Aaron) - personable once business was out of the way.Overall 5 stars. The Audi Peoria team is worst starting from sales person, manager to finance person. They try to make you fool by giving falls price match promise and showing unrealistic values. We customer do understand that at present you dealership has better time due to chip shortage but the excuse of not selling at low price due to we have limited cars on lot? Is this model show off dealership or interested to do genuine business. I have seen owners comments on previous reviews. Let me tell you, you need to work on your team for better business. One of the only places in a 50 mile radius that isnt price gouging people on cars. I will 100% go back for our next car. And their inspection where very generous on what they found as being sub-par, was ok with me. They put 4 new tires on the honda accord 60k tires. They are $130 tire. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!!!!

This place has worst service they over charge people for brakes for Audi $2000.00 didn’t even have the car for 2 yrs. don’t buy a car from this place. Bad service bad management 3 weeks I can’t get a hold of no one. The service team doesn’t know who is working there or don’t know anything. The sales department don’t know anything either. If you are running a dealer take care of customers the buy from you. I will never buy an Audi again.

I hate making bad reviews about anything, but they have been horrible service since the start. Paid $1,400 for them to fix a problem that consisted on after the fix, and all they did was attempt to make me pay for them to try to fix other things. Waste of over a month of my life and plenty of money. I heard from a lot of people they were bad, but didn’t believe them since I thought an Audi dealer was supposed to be of high quality. Trust me do not go here for anything you don’t have to.

I felt as if it was hard to get a hold of the service department to get my vehicle serviced. On top of that i had an alignment done that was not done correctly so i had to take it back to have the alignment redone. They also installed new tires and when i received the car there was bead sealer and tire soap all over the tires and the wheels. I will only take my car there when i need to because they are the only Audi place in the area, otherwise i will do everything i can to my own vehicle.Response to owner: I feel it is not place to reach out and try to contact you for me writing this review. I never got a follow up and if you do not care enough to follow up with a customer that shows you do not need me as a customer.
We had the good fortune of having Tony Plattner show us three different models we were interested in test driving. Tony had an incredible amount of knowledge about each vehicle we drove and really took his time explaining the pros and cons of each make and model. We had a lot of questions after our initial test drives and Tony was very prompt in getting back to us. He was instrumental in getting us into the right vehicle for us and we are extremely happy with our Audi. Our purchase experience here was excellent!
Ordered a 2019 SQ5 in April. It arrived a few weeks ago. I am extremely happy with the vehicle, and the whole process was one of the smoothest Ive been through with a dealer. Simple negotiation with Nikita on pricing, with only a few communication hiccups along the way that were promptly corrected. Was able to work out an acceptable deal on additional packages/coverage, as well. Overall, it was a good experience and their location is very inviting for both purchasing and servicing vehicles. Looking forward to dealing with them over the coming years of ownership; hopefully all goes well and Ill be buying from them again.

Ive own an Audi vehicle for over 6 years now. Back in 12 and 13, I did have a couple of rough experiences at Audi of Peoria but since then, Ive seen the results of their improvements first hand. Im never disappointed whenever I stop by for service or a car wash. Kester has been a great asset in the transformation as he is a gentleman and very professional. Ive had mixed results with this place. There have been times when Ive gone in and gotten terrible customer service and felt like I was getting worked over by the sales staff. However, I will say my wife bought a new vehicle from them and they were good to us. The sales manager, Nikita, seems like a good guy. Also their service lounge is awesome...probably the best in Peoria.

Although they can be scheduled out a while, Ive never felt like they werent attentive to my needs or didnt provide adequate service. Now I normally do not right complaints unless I’m seriously disappointed. Your service was terrible. At first I told the parts guy that I needed a WHOLE replacement key because I lost it and I would have to have the car towed, so I preordered it and when the lady at the cashier was checking me out I asked again if it was for the whole key and she said yes. So you guys said the key would be in by Wednesday. You never called when the key came in, I HAD to call Thursday and they told me my key was in this morning. Also you guys didn’t even even know my car was there even though it was sitting right in the service area. So if I had never called you guys wouldnt have done anything So they switched me over to scheduling and told they will get it done Wednesday. They PROMISED me by Wednesday night. My roommate even confirmed that with the manager that it would be done since he was up there for an alignment . So I paid extra money to ship my car overnight to get it there in time since I was going to be done “supposedly”. Turns out that your guys didn’t order the metal part of the key! So I basically wasted money on paying for overnight shipping and waiting time with you guys. You made sure I prepaid, but you didn’t make sure you order all the parts. The plan was to have this done before the storm hit because I did not want my car outside in the hail. So after 3-4 more days my metal part came in and kester said he would work on it tonight. Well another 2 days pass and it turns out my car has been finished 2 days ago and I NEVER got a call! I mean this is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and if this is how it’s going to be from now on, consider me gone.

I got a nail in my tire AND a safety recall notice. I called up Kester as I didnt know the process and this BOSS gets things handled RIGHT AWAY!!! I was treated like one of their own and greatly enjoyed the customer service. The reason that I love Autohaus is that when they looked at the nail, it had not punctured anything and because of THEIR HONESTY, I wasnt swindled into buying a new tire. A car place that you can trust!!!

When I was shopping last week my Q5 flashed a signal on the dash, that I was overheating. I wasnt sure what to do, so I stopped in at the dealer. Of course no appointment, but Michael at the service desk helped me out right away. He stopped what he was doing, checked my coolant levels, and gave me his card, and told me to call if I had any other issues. He couldnt have been more helpful. Thats service!!!

Totally mislead from the beginning and wasted almost 2 hours of my time. From the minute I met Tim to the moment we left the dealership he was either stumbling to get me direct answers to simple questions asked or avoided answering the questions all together regarding a purchase of an RS3. Dont waste your time at this dealership, they are terrible in customer relations. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because they actually had Audis on the lot.

I had a wonderful experience today buying an Audi q3! Neal Parod, Nikita Sardis, and Blake Hutter went above and beyond in making sure I bought a car that was right for me! I was stuck between two cars and Neal made sure to answer all my questions, provided me with information to help me make a decision, and was very patient. Blake was also very helpful and saw I was going back and forth with which car to buy, so helped to answer some technology related questions, great help! Nikita the sales manager was very informative about the car as well and when it came to determining price he was transparent, honest, and fair. You can tell they work as a team and love their Audi vehicles! If you are looking to buy a VW or Audi highly recommend these guys. :)

Purchased my first Audi at Autohaus, after many test drives on both the VW and Audi side of the dealership. I cant say Ive ever had a bad experience there; from answering every question to following up every step of the way, Nikita Sardis in particular has been nothing short of an exemplary salesman. Even after my purchase, I was never a call or text away from having my concerns addressed and my needs met. I have not driven a car that Ive enjoyed more than my new A5, and I have no doubt that Ill be an Autohaus customer for my next Audi, and any thereafter. Highly recommended.
