This company is a USAA preferred collision center. I was greeted by a very friendly staff, by name, when I walked in. As I waited in the waiting area, another customer gave them a glowing review and said I’d be pleased with the work. The estimate process was smooth and easy. They have the rental car company on speed dial. Within 20 minutes, I’d dropped my car off, picked up a rental and was heading home. They listened to my needs and besides the cosmetic damage, my vehicle was inspected by the dealer for mechanical issues I was concerned about. All work was done in under 10 days and they kept me informed along the way even though my insurance was paying for everything. Perfect service. Highly recommend Fix Auto Peoria.

This facility was great from the start. We met with Ben for an estimate and he was amazing. We went with this company because of him. The entire shop was very professional and so nice and easy to work with. The repair on our Jeep was the result of being hit by someone else and this shop made getting it fixed very painless. Everyone from Ben to Kellie, who got our paperwork together, and then the owner Kevin treated us like we were their only customers. No Stars. I was satisfied until I was driving on the highway two days after picking my vehicle up and the Fender Liner fell off. When I reached out to Fix Auto Peoria I was told that it was a known issue but that they didnt communicate it to me because they were trying to save me costs. At this point how do I even know thats true? Now I am being asked to bring my car back there to pay for their mistake. No thanks. Not trustworthy. Terrible experience. Cant recommend this place.

Great service! I went in with an insurance claim and some unrelated work that my car needed done. They gave me a very fair quote on the unrelated work and I decided to proceed. This was sanding and repainting my bumper.They called me a week later and said they had to replace the bumper, I was expecting a price bump, but they said they would do it for the same price!These guys were always updating, they were late because of unforeseen issues, but always communicated.I couldnt pick up my car because of a surgery, so they offered to deliver it! When I saw it there was a dent in the brand new bumper, they picked it up and fixed it right away.They cleaned and detailed my car.If you want to pick a body shop in this area, this is a solid choice, they are good, honest, hard working people!

TldrKelly is awesomeFree loanersGreat workCourteousCame here to have them work on my 2014 4Runner after an accident, the damage was about 16k and I am very happy with the outcome of the repairs and how awesome everyone was during the repairs. My repairs took longer than 30+ days, so my car rental was over but they came through with a loaner for me that lasted until my repairs were done.I had to put a clear bra on after 30 days, so during this time i wrote down any issues I had with the car, and they returned it to me with everything resolved within a day.

To who it may concern I would not recommend this mechanic shop Or there are other locations... To be honest they were a good mechanic shop.. But they damage my vehicle... And did not do a good job of repairing my vehicle... Hey do you have 3 locations and I would not go back to any of those locations.... I had a front in the langlands done they did I have fast job on the front in the linement... When to get an instrument at a different mechanic shop cost me more money in parts So I would definitely recommend another mechanic shop then fix it auto... If you are going to go with miss mechanic shop I would buy or beware in get a second or 3rd opinion Before you let auto fix it work on it..

I couldnt be more pleased with the service and professionalism Fix Auto provided. They exceeded my expectations - and I enthusiastically recommend them to everyone. In particular, Kellie Robins was extraordinarily helpful and great to work with.

(Fix Auto used to be known as Moore Collision Center). Very quick estimate, and staff was professional at every step. They also provided me with a loaner, which not every body shop does. Actual cost of repair was slightly lower than the estimate - nice to hear when you come to pick up the vehicle. Another nice touch was that the car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Hope I dont need to go back for body repairs but if I do, I will go here.
