Fantastic shop, would have never thought I would appreciate a body shop but this was a different experience. This team did a fantastic job right out of the gate. Best estimate, and no disappointments with the work performed. The work is guaranteed for life so I have zero concerns for the longevity. I have used this shop on three different occasions to repair damage to my vehicle. Each time I have been impressed with the level of service and follow up from the shop that I got. I feel great dropping my car off to them knowing that if I have questions or concerns they will be addressed promptly. However, the most impressive part is the quality of the work. Each time I get my car back it looks brand new and every repair and new paint job has been perfect. I have really enjoyed the care that they take with my vehicle and how they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with the results. I recently had the pleasure to work with Kyle at the shop and he kept in touch with me via text and phone calls regularly. I was able to text him with several questions I had and he was always quick to reply, usually within the hour of my message. He even took the time to look at some damage that was not related to my initial reason for bringing in the vehicle and helped me understand what that would take to repair. He did an excellent job. Most honest and friendly auto body shop I have ever seen

When I unfortunately hit something with my vehicle, Progressive Insurance highly recommended A & D. I truly cannot be more pleased with my decision to have my vehicle repaired there. They are easy to deal with and very professional. They had my vehicle towed in and delivered to me so I never had to leave my home. They gave me daily phone calls keeping me updated at the progress. They were fast as my car was towed in on Monday and returned to me on Friday. I highly recommend using A & D! They are top notch! I used the Peoria location.

Five stars all the way!!! Very impressed with their honesty and integrity. I recently brought my wife’s Ford Explorer there. The outside driver’s side door handle had somehow come off in her hand. I had all the pieces but no idea how to put it back together. I was kind of prepared to take it in the shorts for my ignorance. The estimator came out and looked at my problem and asked if I had 5 minutes. He took our car around back. I was figuring that’s how they do estimates. Nope. He came back 5 minutes later and it was all fixed. I tried to pay him but he would have nothing to do with it. Just said, “no charge”. How cool is that??? Thanks A&D. They have been at this location a long time and always seem busy. The reviews look great. They must be doing something right. I wouldn’t hesitate using them. Pretty cool experience.

Great experience with the staff. When I arrived at the shop to drop off my vehicle they called Enterprise to drop off my rental. Ivan kept me updated on the progress of the work being done on my vehicle. When I picked up my car they alerted Enterprise to pick up the rental. Upon inspection of the work done it was top notch. They did a phenomenal job and I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

A&D Body was super clean, exterior & interior. Was very impressed everybody had masks on, unlike Westgate Collision on 75th Ave. The staff was very nice. The guy came out fast & assessed the damage, & boom a few minutes later he came out w/my quote, unlike Westgate Collision, whom said they would email me the quote the next day & NEVER DID! I explained to him that Im getting a cpl more estimates, & he said if theyre less, bringm in & well work w/the price.

The first time I dealt with them, they repaired our car promptly and as promised. This last time, however, was above and beyond. My sons car was backed into on our street, collapsing the corner of the front bumper, so I took it to A & D. Nick not only remembered that he had seen my name as being in recently, but after realizing we were going to pay out of pocket for the car, so as not to have it go against our insurance, Nick said he wanted to try and heat out the dent for us, as with our particular car, it was possible at times, so we wouldnt have to incur the personal cost. Nick took the car, and 15 minutes later: the heating worked and Nick saved us $700. Though you never hope to need an Auto Body place, if you do, there is no better place to go than A & D Auto Body! Thank you for your hard work and understanding how much saving people money during these tough times means. I appreciate A & D and Nick.

Again this shop exceeds expectations, I took my car there for corrective repair after another shop(huge corporation) failed to complete the work. Ivan and his crew were constant professionals. I got updates as needed or when they needed me to reach out to the insurance company. I got my car back yesterday after they had it for 3 weeks and it looks amazing like it just rolled off the dealer lot. You can tell they care about the customers cars like they are their own and are willing to do anything to make sure the car comes back looking new.

Got a few estimates around town, and as a female without a lot of car knowledge, Im always wary of car shops. A & D beat both other estimates I got by almost $1k, the estimate guy and the front desk staff were all polite and helpful and I never felt like I was being talked down to. I dropped my car off at 8:30am, and it was ready by 1pm. And the actual repair costs were below the estimate given to me, as they didnt need to use some of the parts they thought they did. Professional, honest, and the work they did was excellent.

The cost was what I was promised, and happened to be far less than the other 3 shops I had give estimates. The car looks like new. And I received a lifetime warranty on the repairs. Got a quote. It was so high for just a door and a bumper that the insurance company totalled it. I decided to do it anyway and asked them to deduct the bumper. I specifically said I didnt want it touched until I got a revised quote with out the bumper. I Dropped my vehicle off and a week later heard nothing and couldnt get anyone on the phone or to return my call. I went there and nothing had been done, except they cut the door and the bottom piece to expose the perfectly intact frame that they were trying to charge me extra for. The original quote was for $3885 with the bumper. The new quote was $4,200 without the bumper. Duane said $500 was deducted for the bumper and it was still $4,200 so that makes it a $1,000 more, after tax, than they said. I told Duane I wasnt going through with the repair and he just started yelling at me and said they werent putting my car back together and I could take it in pieces. After dealing with his manager I was able to go back and see the condition my vehicle was in. The door had been cut, when my quote included replacing the door, and the parts were on the interior, the door with jagged metal, causing deep scratches and damage. It was also left out side exposed to dirt and rain without the door for over a week. I enclosed photos. I paid $500 to have them put it together. unprofessional!!!! I picked this repair facility because it was guaranteed through my insurance company but I was paying out of pocket. It was also locally owned business and wanted to give them the business. Brought my daughters car in for a repair from a rear-end accident. Estimator said they could replace the rear bumper or fix the one that was damaged and either way I would not be able to tell the difference. Everyone was very nice and car was done in a timely manner. Picked up the car and the paint look very nice and the color match was right on. When I got it home I could still see the stress marks in the original bumper and it appeared that the body work to the bumper had not been prooerly done as stress marks were still visible through the paint. Very disappointed in the workmanship of the repair. $1200 No Bueno.

Chose this shop after reading the good reviews, but wondering now if they are real. I was not kept up to date on the repairs of my vehicle and encountered many challenges along the way.After I picked it up the first time, all 4 tires were over inflated by 10+ pounds and one by 20. Lug nuts were not properly tightened; lucky I didn’t lose a tire while driving or have a blow out.Had to drop my car off for a second time for them to correctly fix my window that would no longer roll up and for two other parts to be ordered and installed. Why wasn’t the car returned to me correctly the first time?When picking up my car for the final time, the guy I dealt with didn’t come out to release my car or to inspect it with me. Seems he was embarrassed with the work too.Look for a better place to take your car for repairs; this isn’t it!

So my mom recommended this place and without being corny mom knows best! I was calling around and after dealing with rude receptionists at other auto shops decided to listen to mom. I took my 14 Nissan Altima for repairs and from the first phone call with the receptionist to the end with Ivan going over all the appraisal/adjustments/supplements and work done it was by far crazy how good this place is. Ivan and his team made my car look brand new! Furthermore, I didnt have a car and almost walked 1hr and 45min(it was over 100F) but Ivan had a driver pick me up! Also, as a courtesy Ivan investigated a code and explained in detail what it meant and possible options going into the future. This was my first time going thru this and Ivan and his team at A&D Auto Body not only made it easy but made me feel at ease during the whole process(updates, costs, dealing with the other INS). I HIGHLY recommend this place and hope my experience helps others looking for a stellar auto body shop.

This place is set up to rip you off!!Got a quote, dropped my car off, and was told by Duane, who didnt do the inspection, that it would probably be more. I told him it was already pushing my budget and to let me know what the actual cost was before they did any work. Over a week later I hadnt heard anything and couldnt get Duane on the phone. I finally connected with him and to my surprise the cost was a lot more. I dropped the car off on 11/13 and on 11/26 No parts had been ordered, however, the door had been cut, removed, and all parts had been stored on the interior from 11/14 until I picked it up causing damage that they refuse to accept responsibility for. The place that actually did the repairs said A&D had been prepping everything for repair, but my estimate had thousands in new parts. Like a new door, yet it was cut and prepped for repair, not replace. They also said there wasnt any frame damage, yet thats exactly what they claim the extra cost was for.

I had my 2006 Nissan Altima repaired at A&D they did amazing!! Great family atmosphere in there! The PRICE of the repairs were great, taking into consideration that the whole drivers side of the car was damanged! As well of the TIME of the repairs, felt like i had my car back before I knew it! Did I mention that the car was spotless when i got it back?! They detailed my car before I recieved it. I LOVED this shop and would definetly return!

Never fun to get in a wreck. They seem to have done a good job, but they didnt communicate, took four weeks instead of the two they estimated (itll be done Tuesday, yeah, right!). I wasnt paying my rental full cost, thank goodness, but the delay did cost me money. Wont choose them again.
