Took my car in for a repair, color of the paint was off which I do understand painting on plastic the color isnt the same as on metal.. But there is clearly a line where they did the repair from where the car was taped and primered its called a hard line. There is dirt left in the paint there is also little pinhole bubbles along with overspray on my back window and windshield. Also whoever removed my back window destroyed the window trim. Ialso had my car cleaned before taking it in,, when I got my car back there was dust and compound in every nook and cranny of my car..they should have cleaned that out. Very unhappy with how the repair was done. I had taken my car there before when it was midwest and they had done a great job. Not this time.... I also had to go without a vehicle for 3 days but that was due to a problem with my insurance company.. however now to get this fixed it will be who knows how long Ill have to go without a vehicle... will not be taking my car back... The only really nice thing was the manager Im assuming waited 15 to 20 minutes after they closed for me to be able to pick up my car so I didnt have to go without my car for the weekend so I would say they do have excellent customer service.

I had a deer hit and Midwest was prompt with providing an estimate and getting my vehicle in their shop. I appreciated the daily updates on my vehicle so I knew well ahead of time when it would be done. Additionally, I had a minor problem with the windshield wiper fluid after repairs were made. I contacted Midwest and they immediately fixed the issue at no additional cost. Would recommend.

My car was only one year old when I took it there to have tar removed. they cleaned it better than it was when I bought it brand new. Awesome job

Midwest Auto Salon removed a decent sized scuff and filled a paint chip on my rear bumper (assuming it was shopping cart damage). I was SO upset it happened to my car, but the guys at Midwest took amazing care of it! Excellent customer service skills, very timely, and it looks amazing!! Cannot thank them enough!!!

Quality of work is terrific, if you dont mind going back two or more times till they get it right. Upside: their detailers do a fine job and their price seems competitive. Downside: Dont expect phone calls or status of work, you have to call them. And if they do promise to get back to you, they dont. Always an excuse why they didnt do what they said, from the person who quotes all the way to the owner.

Can you say zero stars? Repaired one of my cars, wasnt happy, but thought it was me. Brought my other car in, same results. They dont return phone calls, keep promises, and dont finish their work. The car was returned to me running, and they failed to mention they had killed the battery. Discovered the dead battery by accident, as I turned the car off to look into the trunk, and of course it wouldnt start, dead. Key parts were off the car or missing. Front parking light was shorted out,. The owner apologized and said their paint includes a complimentary detail after the paint has settled for a week or two. The owner then black balled me for wanting an honest repair and didnt finish the job, detail the car or replace the items they broke. They must be making money, they just did a remodel. I tried them, twice. I value integrity, quality and good communication, with price the least of my concern. Doesnt seem like we share the same values. .

I want to give a BIG shout out to MAS!! I will never take my car to another body shop. I wont let my friends or loved ones go anywhere else either! Ill first start off by saying that I am EXTREMELY particular (and I cant stress that enough). I took a chance, with MAS, and am so glad that I did! Ive had them do paint work on my Harley, Mercedes and two of my trucks. Theyve also detailed the Mercedes and one of my trucks; the results were astonishing! My Dad, who is even more particular than I am, had them do work on his pride and joy; a 1955 Ford show truck and as usual, the results far surpassed what was expected!I would not take my vehicles to any other shop in Central Illinois and will be a life long and loyal customer for as long as I am around!!

Hands down the best shop in the midwest. Amazing customer service and super fast. My wifes car got hit and it did alot of damage. They told us at least a week before we would have our car back. 3 days later it was done . Not only did they fix it as good as new but the detail job they did really made it feel like a brand new car. I will never take our cars anywhere else for body work and details. My wife and I have brought both of our cars to Midwest and have been very pleased with the results. On her Lincoln MKX, there was a stain on the exterior paint from some run off in her parking garage. We tried everything and couldnt remove it.....Midwest was able to remove the stain and it looks brand new. I took my truck in on a rainy day for a detail but the high humidity made it difficult to buff out the wax. They had me come back on a later date and they re-did the exterior detail. Thanks!

I got rear ended before Id even made a payment on my new car & MAS took excellent care of my car and made sure I was all taken care of & set up with a rental for the duration of my cars stay in their shop. When I got my car back, it looked better than when I bought it.

They promised me the car would be done on the same day but later that day I received a phone call telling me my car wont be finished until the next day.my big complaint with this place is they made me feel embarrassed about the amount of dog hair that was in my car. During the time of check out they told me the amount of dog hair was ridiculous. I didnt think it was an obscene about at all. Yes animals shed its just how it goes.Overall the quality of the detailing was good but the customer service ruined my experience.

So, I bring metal kitchen cabinet doors to them to get the dents out. Beautiful job every time. Thanks guys!

Well I gave my suv in there and they was sopost to do a full detail on my suv on the inside of the suv only and it was not done right at all the dach and all the inside was not wiped down at all the windows on the suv has streeks on them i guss it from the window cleaner they put but not a good detailing at all i gave them $150 And its not right at all so they may do good body work on the body of the car i dont know about that but as far as detailing gos no way very pore no lie I will never go there again a waist of my $150 the detailing man was not personal at all at all so just letting you guys know very pore detail on cars i would avoid this place if you want your detailing work done there stop because the man that does the detail work dont know what he is doing at all so dont waste you good money ok go some wear eils and the hole inside was not wiped down i mean everywhere very pore job so please dont go there a waste of your money ok
