I called to get an estimate on my truck. I couldn’t get a live person on the phone. It kept transferring me to a different voice response. Unbelievable!!
Did a great job repairing my car and even detailed it before I picked it up. Worked with me on pick up and super fast too!! Very happy with the service I received.
My mom was involved in a accident about a year ago and the other partys insurance admitted fault. Long story short, I decided to take her car here because their insurance referred us to them. After dropping the car off and leaving it there for one night, they refused to fix her vehicle for illogical reasons. Very unprofessional. Ill never step here again.
Went for estimate. Never again. First off, taking a few photos of the out side of the vehicle and sending them online for someone to figure out what the repair should cost can not be very accurate. I felt like I would be just a number. Then I had to wait half the day to get a estimate I had an 9a.m. appt. for... The estimate had parts that didnt need to be replaced, and didnt have several that needed to be replaced. Needless to say I went somewhere else where I received warm confident personalized customer service and a wonderful repair job on our truck.
Not impressed. My estimate, 5 lines, we went next door to A&D and 38 lines. I submitted to my insurance and they said the larger estimate was more appropriate and correct and made excuses for the king shop. I know better than to go to a contract shop now.
DO NOT USE!!! They take forever and do not reach out to you. When they do its throughtexts with wrong info. Theyve had my truck since 02/20 and still not done.... Today is 03/06. The manager Marcell is no help and will send u on the run around. Had me drive to go get my trcuk when it wasnt done and wanted me to pay for it. NEVER AGAIN!!
This service king location completely exceeded my expectations. I wasnt sure what to expect at first but Brian Parker made me feel comfortable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their front desk staff were also very friendly. Not to mention, I had dropped my car off on Monday evening and it was already done by Thursday morning. If I ever need one of my cars repaired again, I will definitely be going back to this repair facility.
They took really good care of my car. It was ready a whole week earlier than expected. The customer service I received was beyond what I expected. They were incredibly understanding, patient and willing to help.

Fixed my car a week later back bumper fell off on one side randomly. Took right to them and they saying I messed it up. I did not touch one thing. They just dont know how to repair anything. And the kid with glasses and clean cut hair was high and smoking a weed pen right in office...

After getting rear ended, my insurance company recommended I go to Service King for repairs. They were great from beginning to end, especially Greg. I like the fact that they sent constant text updates letting me know how the car was doing. I would recommend!

Lousy !!!!!I had a 10 minute appraisal and had to make an appt after I got there...Any way they were substantially higher for there work than my other estimates...Eikl not recommend them to anyone !!!!!
Just met with Catherine for an estimate to have minor repair work done at the Peoria location. She was curt at first, then as she racked up a bill over $2,000 for minor repairs, she smirked and offered to write up the repair. I just had an estimate from the competition for only $850. I cannot recommend Service King unless someone elses insurance company is paying for it, as for Catherine, very rude, need to work on your attitude.

Great detail and speedy repairs
Week and a half back, my center hood piece on my tundra flew off driving. My lights where not aligned correct and are off set. Truck was returned dirty. This place is screwed, do not take your vehicle there if insurance tells you, its not worth it
Not thorough in estimations. Gave me a quote of 700 while another place estimated 7000. Both estimates were surface. Service king missed a lot and was way off.

Service King, Peoria location did a wonderful and swift job on the exterior repair of my vehicle but failed miserably by breaking the center console cover/latch of my 2011 Range Rover. They also failed miserable with how dirty, and dusty the interior of the vehicle was presented to me. (Im still trying to figure out how an internal part of my vehicle could get damaged when the work was performed on the exterior)I am a military veteran and a recent customer of Service King, Peoria Az. I am very unhappy with the service and overall experience with Service King Collision repair. I was under the impression that Service King was a trusted place of business and my bank USAA highly recommended them.So in closing I would just like to say I would not recommend Service King to any other customer. The interior of my vehicle was not only damaged but dusty and disgusting. It appeared as if they took no pride whatsoever and majorly inconvenienced me because I had to take an additional day off from work to get the center console repaired.But I would like to point out in all fairness that the other location(tolleson 99th ave) that had to fix the center consol by installing a new center console did a wonderful job & the manager over there Armando Arivizu is a stand up guy! They are advertised to be open from 8-1 on Saturdays. The window says closed when I get there, so they just lost my business. What does it take to update a web site?!?! Maybe a visit from the BBB is in need? Just wasted part of my day off.
Place is ok had to keep calling them to get updates on my truck took them 2 weeks to measure my frame on my truck took them 1 week to let it set on the game rack
