Great staff !No long waiting!

These guys have always been good. Never had any issues. Been going here for years for tire change and tire rotation and sometimes oil changes.

Everyone was super kind and helpful. They replaced my tires, which were almost at their end, and I’m really thankful.

I needed to exchange my 2018 battery that was under a 5 year warranty. The lady lied to my family member that was trying to help me out while I was out of state and said that I was not able to use my warranty, because I had already used it. It was the same exact batter that I purchased the first time. I have never received a replacement battery. I also tried to call the auto shop and the regular Walmart store and no one picked up. I wanted to speak to a manager and no one picked up from any of the numbers. Walmart customer service is awful. The auto care was already awful there and they are always slow and under staffed. Only go to this auto shop if you want to wait 3 to 4 hours for a tire rotation and balance.

Perhaps the lowest price for the same service in market. Only a little problem, the mechanician topped up the windshield fluid for free when I asked for oil change, without asking for my agreement. This maybe okay for most people. But I drove from Michigan and I always use deicer because its always below frozen point in winter. Now I am back in MI and it has been frozen.😣😣

Stood there for 30 minutes and couldnt even get anyone to speak to me they only had one technician working. I do not recommend. Save yourself a trip go to the 280 Tire Center they do a much better job and are much more attentive.

Always over a 90 minute wait to get a basic oil change. Meanwhile all four bays are empty.I bought the lifetime tire rotation butc never use it due to the extreme wait times for simple services.Their pricing plan for oil changes is also very misleading. Come on Walmart you can do much better.

If you value your time, this isn’t the place to get your car fixed. My wife took her car there to get 2 new rear tires and after 3 trips back to the store because one tire kept losing air, the tires were finally installed correctly. It was hard to find the manager we spoke with over the phone and employees were quick to tell you “I just work here”. No one was rude, but no one was overly helpful or seemed to have a clue what was going on. Overall it was a frustrating and time consuming experience just to save a couple bucks. Never again!

My dad has used this Walmart for years and never had issues. I needed 4 tires changed, they said the wait was 4 hours (pushing them right to closing time) but that they would squeeze my car in. I get a call 3.5 hours later saying my lugnuts were stripped and they couldn’t change my tires. I get there and the lugnuts look fine, but I go somewhere else and they said there’s nothing wrong with the lugs or studs on my tires. Apparently Walmart just didn’t want to have to do mine so close to closing time even though they were the ones that said they would make it work.So frustrating! Much rather you tell me you don’t have time than to make up an issue!

Depending on what day and what time is the experience you will have. Its impossible to predict. Last trip I stopped after work on my way home thinking it would be fast. Took 45 minutes to get waited on. 3 hours for an oil change. All bays were open and there were 3 of us there. 2 oil changes and one battery

Great workers and great service !

Good service honest techs and no problem with pro rating tire damage or honoring warranty. No place to really wait comfortably. Very small area and not clean.

I dont know how to ever express my gratitude to these people. God bless them.

I can’t even express how much these guys went above and beyond with great customer service. If you’re looking for the best deal on oil changes and tires, this is the place to go.

You can save money by buying tires there. ButThe service is absolutely terrible! I purchased the road hazard it took me three different trips to get my tire mounted, it took over 3 hours to get one tire mounted. Then after driving home its out of balance, now I must go back to get it balanced again.I wont be making any more Tire purchases from Walmart!!!!!!!😡

Will not be back for auto service

I was thinking about getting some plants for the office. Had no idea what Im looking for since I do not have direct sunlight by my desk. Adele helped me to find everything I wanted and more. She even planted and decorated it with pebbles for me!Love Walmart Tire & Lube Express stores, but its even nicer when I get exceptional customer service!

Been here over 3 hours and have been the only person for the.last hour and a half. What is taking so long to do an oil change. Never coming back.

I stood there for almost an hour and got no help. Three different people asked how they could help me, but none of them actually did anything after I told them I needed an oil change. One of them just stood there and texted on his phone. The girl was waiting on another customer, and apparently needed a manager to sign off on something. Instead of helping me while she waited on the manager, she just stood there. Several employees walked by at leisure without helping the customers that were waiting for help. Honestly, I shouldnt have even returned, because I previously went to get a tire repaired, and one of the employees told me the tire was repaired, but after I got home, it was flat again. Apparently he had just sprayed some stuff on the tire instead of plugging the tire. When I returned, other employees were appalled at his bad workmanship. I had hoped that it was just one bad employee, but apparently none of them care about customer service. If you dont want to give good customer service, get a different job that is not in customer service. Yes, Wal-Mart is a horrible corporation that treats their employees poorly, but that is not an excuse for employees to not do their job.

They did a great job at fixing my tire and getting me back on the road.

I waited at the counter for 10 mins for someone to finally come to the back to help me. I asked for an oil change she said they were no longer taking cars at 5:45.

As normal the Pelham Auto Care opened well after the scheduled 7:00 a.m. time and it required me chasing down other employees inside the store to find someone to open the auto care. Their typicalModus operandi. I was able to start checking in before they found someone with keys to actually open the doors. Another customer came in whining that he was parked before I pulled up and they should take him first. They did. Typical whiney Wal Mart clientele. He just did not know how they operate at this store. Manager was nice but there will be no revisions to the mismanagement at this store. Poorly managed and staffed. Once I change my tires the lifetime rotation and balance will be finished, so I won’t be back after that.

Been waited for 3 hours to get the wrong size tires(20565r15 instead of 20560r15). They even charged for tire rotation which they didn’t even rotate Estimate was 124 which they gave and it was 135 when it’s done. They even act like it’s a joke making customer wait longer and doing wrong job.

We blew tire on I-65. Staff, especially on phone and Darrian, were extremely helpful. This family from out of state could not have asked for better service.

The service here its very sub optimal. The technician was nice, but the desk staff took over a half hour to even talk to us. And we saw them walk by about 5 times and they would not even make eye contact. Very unimpressed and I will not be here again.

Waited two hours and 15 minutes to get an oil change and they changed a wiper blade when I didnt ask them to. First time I have had an issue here but unfortunately I will not be able to use them again.

Horrible. Would not take me and I had a leak in my tire.

Tire pressure was off by 8 psi... No its not ok if its over inflated... They put whatever random valve stem cap they could find on the valve stem. They dont give a $#it...
