Ive never been so disappointed in Advance Auto Parts. When I went to pick up a part that have (supposedly) been ordered it hadnt actually been ordered at all. A different employee spend 5 minutes trying to find the part on the shelf, then 10 looking for it in their system. It was embarrassing that she couldnt just tell me she didnt know what she was looking for and Im just to nice to tell her in person she was dreadfully incompetent. Im sorry I have to give a bad review but it was just a terrible experience.

Wouldnt answer the phone. Picked it up and hung up. Shows open on line and has a sign on the door saying that they are closing at 5:00. Poor customer service and I will never buy anything from them again. Needed my online order. Thinking about canceling entire order.

Good staff and convenient online shopping, ordering, and payment. Great customer loyalty program (saved $50 in battery purchase). Showed up to local store and they installed the battery. 15 min in and out. Perfect for running out of the office and getting a job handled.

Bought new Ram 2500 rear drumsWhen I put brakes on truck shuttered violentlyTook drums back and bought others from another part supplier and truck stops smooth now.Defective parts sure wasted a lot of my time with truck maintenance and time to return them.I called store to inform them of above story and guy that answered phone showed no concern.

Went in for a AUX cable for my car, even though the last one I bought from Advance broke in less than a month. The guys actually saved me some money by suggesting I go get a certain brand from another retailer instead of just selling me another one they knew would break. Even though I wasnt spending money with them, they seemed to care that I get the best quality product. Thanks for the tip guys! If I need other parts I will definitely check with them first before spending my money!
