I stopped in there to see if they had coil spring spacers for my truck (JT) in stock but only ones for the front axle in stock. But I ended up getting a set of wheel spacers for my LJ anyway. Called to place a 2k order. I was told the item was available. I was put on hold to answer another line. No one ever picked back up. Called later on and got out on hold for 36 minutes before hanging up. Just ordered online for store pickup to avoid whatever is going on. Called to find out where my order was and now suddenly it’s backordered after they got my money and nobody called to tell me. So now they can get it from another store but I’ll have to pay shipping. I stated for them to just refund me. Then I’m told well handle shipping and get your item here tomorrow. Tomorrow is here and they call and say it’s backordered again and their system inventory is off. I needed this before I left to go on a 3 month trip out of town. The moral of the story is never trust what these kids tell you, they don’t care, not concerned and couldn’t give a flip about anybody. They’re basically a mail order hub with little inventory. Save the drive time and money, just order online and have it shipped to the door. Then you won’t have to deal with a bunch of lairs.

Drove about 3.5 hours round trip to get what I needed and was completely satisfied had a good talk with the Man who cashed me out it was very pleasant Will be back to buy lift kit

Was there on 3/29/21. Customer service was five-star. These folks were still cleaning-up after a tornado hit the store but took the time to help me with a camper top lock which was not working. These guys went above and beyond to get it fixed. I was impressed all these guys and scheduled some work on the truck and purchased items from them I would have otherwise ordered from the internet. Thanks Pelham store.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. We ordered a part on April 17th and received no updates, so, by April 23rd I emailed customer service with a request to find out the status of our $220 order. I never received a response so I called customer service and waited for an HOUR!, for a representative. I got several updates during the wait of where I was in line (43, 39, 22, etc) Finally, I heard, hello, may I help you. I responded, Whew, that was a long wait, what I need to know is... and before I could finish my sentence the man hung up on me! Really? I patiently waited an hour listening to boring music to be hung up on?! I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Called the store to inquire about a hitch. The rep at the store said one was in California and if placed the order, it would be delivery to the store in 3-5 days. I called back at 5 days and it took til day 7 to actually speak to someone due to continued hold and wait times. Finally, I waited on hold for 45 minutes and someone picked up and said my order would be delivered in the middle of July that is was backordered. I asked what about the one arriving from the other store and then was told he would have to speak to the store manager and call me back. 3 more days and nothing. That day I ordered my hitch from another vendor who I can actually get on the phone. Next time I speak to them it will be to cancel my order, if I can get them on the phone, if not, dispute with my card vendor.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is active in the community and hosts several different rides around the area. If you need anything for your Truck, Jeep, SUV, or RZR come see these guys.

Great store with a large selection of parts and tires. Friendly professional staff and the work performed was top notch. I had Bilstein 5100 level struts with the correct replacement upper control arms and new rims installed (along with an alignment). Highly Recommended for all your 4 Wheel needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I did a lot of shopping around and looking for the right shop to lift my truck. Although they did not sale the particular lift that I wanted installed, they were more than willing to work with me and install the lift even though they were customer supplied parts. These guys fell in the middle range of quotes I received from other shops. Sure I could have gotten another shop to do the work for less, but I doubt anywhere else would have done as good of a job. I am a very meticulous type of individual with a decent level of mechanical knowledge and can typically distinguish quickly b/t shotty work and quality work. When I received my tuck, I spent no less than 2 hours rolling around under it and checking out every detail. These guys didnt disappoint in the least. Every detail of the install was on-point. I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be back in the future.

Had my 2015 Tundra Crewmax SR5 lifted and added 35’s. Went with Bilstein 5100’s all around plus Coachbuilder +3 shackles in the rear. Added a diff drop and carrier bearing drop kit to keep angles as good as possible. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work and customer service. Gaige, Alex, and Matt were outstanding behind the counter and over the phone. And Mike was an awesome Tech who does good, clean mod work and dialed in my alignment. All maintained good communication throughout the process that involved a body mount chop and other mods. Ended up with the exact look I wanted with a slight rake (I didn’t want it exactly leveled in order to avoid it sagging in back when I tow or haul), but with large tires. First time using these guys and I recommend for any Gen 3 Tundra owners.

I love coming to this location to get any info, ideas, parts or knowledge I’m looking for from this team. They’ve helped me so much with my JK and now my 1500. All the staff are friendly and have so much knowledge to pick their brains about. Always fair prices and even on labor (I’ve compared all other local companies just to see and they are competitive in that aspect) I have much more to do on my truck and this store will be my go to. Make sure to see Matt when you’re up there to get taken care of!

The customer service was awful. Website was not accurate with what was in stock. Which was a waste of time for all. This was on a Saturday. Paid $220 for wheel spacers to be sent to my house, was told they would be there tuesday. Came and went, called Wednesday for update, was told the spacers would be delivered Thursday. Its now Monday and the UPs website says that the label has just been created. Wont set expectations as high with this company.

I got a lift put on my truck about 6 months ago and about 2 months in I went to change my oil and noticed that I had loose bolts everywhere on the lift. I also have a close friend of mine that recently had some work done to his truck and he had to take it back to them 4 different times after what they worked on fell apart. I wouldn’t trust these guys to put a chain back on a bicycle.

I bought this Lopro bed cover from these guys. They installed it no time. The staff show that they really care about their customers. Great experience for me!

These guys are always nice and I have had nothing but great service here. Now if you are having work preformed make sure to budget plenty of time.

I want to give a big shout out to the crew at the Pelham, AL store! We had to work through some small ordering mistakes and install issues (not all on them) but guess what, they made it right and took great care of me. Really great group of knowledgable guys. If you need anything call Gaige and I guarantee you that he will take great care of you.

I gave them a 3 because they are super nice, but I still left unsatisfied due to the sub par quality of the products they sold and there lack of customer service once I pointed it out. The amount they charge for labor is quite high as well. Ill find somewhere else to finish my build.

Yukon gears, Toyo RT Tires, ProComp Rims, Rough Country Struts, 7 inch lift. These guys took great care of my truck! 5 Stars!!Yeah it cost a lot, but its all under warranty and I have all the skin on my knuckles. :-)

Went in today to shop for rims and tires. Had every intention of purchasing if they had what I was looking for. My husband and I walked around about 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged us much less offered to help us. Maybe they can afford to lose business. Won’t be back.

Had rims and tires installed put my factory lug nuts in pro comp box but not my pro comp lug nut key. Called and was told I could buy one . The box says the kit included one. I told them their mechanic must have kept it when I went in to the showroom they got it for me. The guy in the showroom saved my business thanks

I got both my 2016 ram 2500 truck and 2017 Jeep worked on here about a year ago. They guys were awesome! They made sure I knew what they thought was best to achieve the goals I wanted to when lifting my trucks. This was something I knew very little about going into. I will be back with my next truck for sure!

I ordered items almost a month ago. I didn’t receive half of my items. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone nor will they reply to any of my emails that I have sent.

Seems to have a nice selection and reasonable prices as I can see, but I can tell they arent worried about all customers. I finally broke down and bought another pickup truck and I was going in there to ask some questions about some parts and about membership for loyal customers and such how is in there over 20 minutes and they never looked my way or greeted me so I eventually just walked out after using the bathroom. Lost out on alot of sales in the near future...

We went there to get a winch, we got a nice deal. We have a jeep, yj wrangler body and 1 ton axels, weve converted from a manual to automatic. We had some concerns and questions we have asked other places weve gone to and none were as informative as Gage, he was awesome and nothing seemed to stump him and if they couldnt get it, he was straight forward and tried to see if there was any thing/way else to go about it. Well definitely be back even though its a 2 hrs plus drive, its worth it for the service, they even have a service department to fix your ride up.

Great store and selection, however the prices are way to high. I normally come in to see the items on display, then order them online. I have seen the same item online from the manufacturer for 100 dollars less than this place marks it up. Nice workers and atmosphere.

Can’t convey how professional the sales team is and what a great job the shop staff did.Gaige and Matt answered all my questions and made recommendations to what I wanted to do, and didn’t upsell me on any of it. I drove from the Cullman area and sat at the shop for 6hrs, while there the staff was courteous, and Matt even offered to drive me somewhere if I needed to grab lunch. After completing the job, I was in a rush to beat traffic and left some personal items in the waiting room, they called to notify me and even offered to ship it to me to keep me from having to drive all the way back.Great work, great experience and look forward to what I have added next to have them do the install.

Very high labor rate. Received a 45min. estimate, but they took about 3.5 hrs. Performed the job myself at a fraction of the cost. Not impressed.

They ordered me some parts that my Jeep needed. Paid the lift and install and said that they would call me as soon as the parts-they ordered arrived, had to call to check the status. They set me up on a Tuesday for 1:00 pm showed up @1:00pm and said that I was actually set up at 10:00am . Had to reschedule again(second time). They blamed it on being overbooked and busy, and not enough employees . Paid for parts and went to install somewhere else!
