The entire staff was great. They were professional and courteous. They were very thorough in explaining things. Dr. Lin was also great with an A+ for professionalism and personality. Overall, great experience and highly recommend. Thanks for taking care of me.

Dr. Tran and staff do a great job of examining your eyes. We are really pleased with them. We have been seeing Dr. Tran for 3 or 4 years now and we will continue to do so in the future.

Awesome experience staff was friendly and helpful took my daughter for glasses and I left with a new pair as well I was able to get my eyes examined and glasses ordered all in 1 day great visit .

Reception wasn’t very friendly. The eye doctor rushed through my daughters exam and didn’t take her time and have patience. They also do not tell you that they only perform the eye exam. THEY DO NOT HAVE GLASSES. I was unaware of this prior to my daughters appointment. After doing the exam they gave us a card with her prescription and we had to look around for someone who excepts the insurance versus a one stop shop. Had I known that prior to the visit I would’ve never came here. Overall I would not recommend especially for children.

I received an automated text message confirming my appointment for Saturday and I called about 20 minutes before my appointment to confirm payment information when I was told my appointment was not available. The text message literally says We want to remind you of your appointment at 10:30am. See you then! This text was sent to me at 8:30am the day of my appointment! The lady on the phone was extremely rude and says I needed to confirm the appointment, but there was no option to confirm the representative says, Yes, this happens often LIKE wait, what?? If this happens often, why havent you all corrected this issue. Anyways, I wasnt able to be seen due to their error and I requested a manager to call me, still havent heard a thing from this company. So sad to have poor staff with terrible communication skills.

I was very pleased with my visit as there was plenty of space between anyone in the waiting area. The ladies behind the desk were very pleasant and made sure that I did not have a tempature and wiped everything down before I was put on any machines.

This Doctor is the best. My past experience with eye exams and the final result I thought was good. After my visit today with this office I promise its like Im seeing thru a new set of eyes. This doctor did a very in dept exam and explained why it is best to wear my glasses all the time. Again I will say at the end of the exam my final results were better than I EVER HAD.

I came here last year. The doctor was super nice and very informative. My experience this year was really disappointing. I got my vision test first, the doctor was nice, then I was taken to do the other test. I requested to have my eyes dilated but they didn’t do that. After I finished with the other exams I was charged and sent home. No one went over the results with me, I felt like those other test were pointless and just done to charge my insurance. Last year the doctor went over all results with me, he said my eye vessels were a little big and he would keep and eye on them. I don’t even know if this doctor even took a look at that or reviewed my file from last year to see if there were any changes on my eye vessels. I will not be returning, I would rather go to a place we’re they actually care about my eye health.

Ive never experienced such poor service to a customer. I am a business owner and if I treated my customers in this manner I would be out of business. Any decent business owner knows there are many unforeseen issues that can occur and to plan accordingly. There was an accident that happened I called at 5:47 for my 5:45 appointment. I was told to be there by at 6:00 because the doctor is walking out 6:01. I put my hand on the door 6:00 pm on the dot...and was told she already left.

There is no Zero star otherwise they deserve that .. Worst customer service . After waiting for one hour “Dr” Tania Ketchum refused to apologize or even examine me and my daughter. .never going to this place again and do not recommend this to anyone .

Manager reeks of incompetence. Completely unprofessional and does not understand the meaning of taking responsibility for her mistakes. Made an appointment for contacts with fitting online for my niece. Upon arrival, manager told us that we couldnt make a fitting appointment online (then why was this an option when making an appointment online?). We had been contacted to confirm appointment twice and this was never mentioned. She complained that if she honored this appointment she would be there until 8:00. That is her problem, not ours and she offered a plethora of lame excuses. Something good came of it, we used her as an example to our children of how we dont make excuses for our mistakes. We admit it and do what we can to fix it. Someday theyll be a lot more successful than this woman.

Our eye appointment are always on time and we have never had any issues with anyone.

Excellent professional service, explained step by step as we went through the process. My first eye examination for 15 years and a very good experience. I definitely recommend Dr Tran, and will be back for all my eye care needs.

Extremely frustrating experience. Took almost an hour of back and forth to get insurance sorted out, as their office was reading my coverage wrong. Then, planning to be there ten minutes early, hit an accident as it started pouring. This set me back 15 minutes, so I ended up showing up for the appointment five minutes late. As I came in apologetic, all they could say was the doctor did not feel like sticking around, so we can’t take you. I understand being timely; however, not even a simple courtesy call was made. I will not return to this establishment.

Tiny waiting area very crowded and uncomfortable. Optometrist Michaels was rude mentioning my last name is funny. She very poorly explained what she was seeing on my wifes eye exam after making vague comments about how poor the measurements were. She lacked knowledge about a relatively common eye condition and procedure. As someone who works in healthcare, I am appalled by how poor her bedside manner is and my family will never go there again. It didnt help that the front desk poorly explained what we were being charged for. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great place, Dr. Pillai was great! Havent had an exam in over a year they took my glasses and basically used that prescription to help with my contacts I was in/out with new contacts within 30 mins. I recommend them

Worst possible customer service. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 12:15 appointment and my turn came at 1:10. I asked the doctor to sped up the process so I can make it to my next appointment and she yelled that “I don’t need this and I don’t care if you waited, I will not see you “ I walked out after wasting my time for whole hour!! Save yourself and stay away.

I had a wonderful experience. I was seen quickly. I met with Dr. Pillai who was extremely informative, answered all my questions, and provided recommendation on how to improve my eye care. I normally hate doing eye exams, and the whole which is better, 1 or 2?, but Dr. Pillai made it easy and effortless.He saw that my eyes were very dry, explained why and what was causing it and then went on to recommend solutions and treatment. I had questions on Lasik vs. PRK, or Ortho K and he took the time to walk me through pros and cons of each, costs, and follow-up care.I even had a question on my husbands eyecare and the Dr. was more than helpful.The lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating, as well!Overall, great service all around. I definitely plan on coming back for my next appointment!
