Dr. Zuckerbrod has been our family ophthalmologist for many years. He’s very caring and competent doctor. He’s thorough in his eye examination. He explained things in layman’s terms and patiently answered our questions. He’s the best!

This practice is absolutely amazing I wish I had found them sooner !Both my children ages 4yr and 5yr see Dr. Malcolm Mazow, who is nearing a 100yrs old.Since COVID happened he has officially retired and Dr. Ann Stout took over his patients. She is also absolutely amazing ! They both were very patient with my children and sometimes lended a helping hand when they needed to be firm. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have are aware of autoimmune disorders and the issues that arise with Eye care. I also travel one hour away to come see the practice because it’s worth the care they receive from Dr. Stout and her team. Very kind and patient team! Love I can easily call or reach by email to any of their team- this helps if your a busy mom! Definitely worth the drive!

Mostly I was impressed with the short wait time. That is unusual this day and age. It seems like most doctors forget theyre working for us but the bigger issue is that they book too many appointments and too close together. Best part, Dr. Sami came in, was very thorough and took her time with me. Answered all my questions and gave me a thorough explanation of my condition. Very impressed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zuckerbrod MD the last four years. He has completed three successful laser surgeries to deal with the increasing pressures on my eyes in order to offset the early stages of glaucoma.The service is excellent, All the way from the booking of the appointment through the initial review to the doctors examination to the online availabilty of the examination report.First class service would recommend the practice to new patients

Dr. Zuckerbrod has been my doctor since the early 2000s. He is honest and very professional. I trust him with my treatment for glaucoma 100 percent. Diana,his nurse, is also wonderful as well as the rest of his staff. Wonderful doctor, wonderful staff.

I am a new patient that has an eye infection and needed to see someone soon due to the discomfort. They were so polite and got me in the next morning no problem with Dr. Z. He took his time and was thorough. The staff is polite as well and most definitely would recommend them.

I made a previous appointment but, it wasnt log in the computer, the receptionist in front was kind enough to create an appointment for me. I was very grateful then, Selena did a great job checking my eyes, the eye doctor was very informative explaining everything about the condition of my eyes. Called to schedule a medical appointment for my daughter who is 8. Only one pediatric ophthalmologist which come to find out is not at this location nor can you really get ahold of her so then I was told another dr at the location accepted medical conditions older than 6 but then when you call the office they don’t? Yet their scheduling appointment states that they do? The office staff at this location is less than helpful and after an hour led to me to nothing. I would not recommend anyone else deal with the unprofessional staff I experienced.

I was greeted when I entered and treated well by a very friendly staff. They were knowledgeable and quick to get me in and out but still be very efficient. I feel I am getting the best treatment I ever had!

Friendly, helpful staff. The doctor was friendly, down to Earth and thorough. I walked in for an eye infection because my doctor wasnt available and I wasnt sure where to go. They were great and I plan to switch to Houston Eye Assocs.

Everyone from reception to techs to Dr Grannis was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Plus, my son said they have “the best” toys, lol. Only complaint was that the “Refractions” form I signed said that most insurance covered the test, but upon checkout I was automatically charged for it because they said, “We go ahead and collect because most insurance won’t cover it.” That seemed a bit shady. Not the receptionist, not her fault, but the company.

First time experience at this HEA office is quite favorable. The staff and Dr Grannis have been professional and kind ... I like that I was given the folder of information regarding my condition and surgery. The office waiting area is more spacious and comfortable than the main campus. I look forward to my continued experience and corrective surgery.

My doctor is mirwat Sami and she is an excellent doctor she has the best bedside manner I have ever seen. Her staff is wonderful they will help you in any way they can. Everyone there is prompt efficient and professional!

If you want a great Dr. for your child’s eyes, you have to come see Dr. Grannis. She is very professional and knowledgeable. My son needed eye muscle surgery and we were very scared to go through with the procedure. Dr. Grannis explained everything to us about 5 times, because we just weren’t sure. We are extremely glad we went through with the surgery, because his eyes look great! She did an amazing job, my son didn’t even feel any pain. I would recommend Dr. Grannis to anyone looking for an eye specialist for their kids. Oh and for those parents like us who were terrified of having our son have the surgery it wasn’t bad at all. My son like I said didn’t even cry after or complain of pain. Yes his eyes were a bit bloody but nothing like google shows you. It was very minimal. So don’t be scared go through with it.

Had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Dr. Nisha Shah is by far the most down to earth and honest doctor ever. She answered all my questions and put my mind to ease as she walked me through the procedure. Definitely the go to doctor for lasik. Thank you for giving me back my eyesight!

I had an appointment with Dr. Zuckerbrod today And was so impressed with the staff at the Pearland office. My wait time was minimal and when I was taken to the exam room I was immediately given the pre exam by a very friendly assistant. Dr. Zuckerbrod was prompt and did a thorough exam and explained my next course of action. I then received my prescriptions from Diana and she explained what I needed to do before she contacts me for my next appointment. Even though they are a long way from my home I will continue to go there !

An excellent service in Spanish from the call and confirmation text of the appointment, a very professional and trained staff very well recommended. I give a 10plus.

Good direct attention with Dr. Grannis, the wait is regular, the only thing I can request is better care when you talk on the phone to request a new order of medication the staf does not solve me so I have to go directly to the dra.Grannis and she is the one that solves me, I really stress every time I have to talk to request something because I have no answer. I hope you improve that. Everything else is ok.
